This is where we’ve gone for almost every vet emergency our two golden retrievers have had and we never have a doubt about the care. They go above and beyond. We raced up the hill from a vet in wheat ridge because the one who was working here at the time was more experienced with elbow dislocations and he saved our pup from having to undergo surgery. When our other pup was in a lot of pain on one arm and unable to walk they used gurneys and blankets and whatever necessary to get him moved around in the most comfortable way. They have always been able to get us in the day of as well and we’ve never had to make our way down the hill for care while living in Evergreen.

The staff at Evergreen Animal Hospital are professional and compassionate. We're very happy with the care our pets receive.

I left another vet in the area that I had been going to for 25 years and couldnt be more satisfied with my choice. I have 3 dogs and two cats ...a lot of care. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted like I'm there VIP! I am always warmly greeted, never wait long and the place is beautiful and immaculate. I think I have seen all their vets and techs and have been over the top happy with them. I had to put my 20 year old cat down and it was an amazing experience. Not only do they have a waiting room for cat owners but a room dedicated for putting a beloved pet down with dim lighting, stain glass window and small water feature. They were ready with a cat bed and blanket. They are truly the BEST!

I took my cat to have FIV/FeLV ExpressTest done. It’s an express test and usually takes 10-15 min to get the results. So I thought it would be a fast and easy appointment. While we were in a lobby the tech/nurse approached us and she asked what kind of test we're doing and she said that she was taking out cat to the back office to get a blood test. 40 mins later she came back with our cat and said that he was all set with a blood test and the vaccines… I was shocked! What kind of vaccines did you give him? After a long conversation I found out that they did rabies booster vaccine, which they just did 2 weeks ago in the same clinic! So they vaccinated my kitty again with rabies booster within 2 week period! PLUS all of the sudden they injected him with Leukemia vaccine booster! This vaccine was never given to him while he was a kitten, he was not scheduled to get any booster! It all was wrong! It was a huge medical error or a medical negligence. I asked them to print out his medical records to check what they have in there: they DID have records of the previous rabies vaccine and they DID have records that my cat didn’t have Leukemia vaccine, so there was NO need for a booster. Doctor made the vaccination without checking the medical records!!!! Really? How did it happen??? I believe even without a proper medical exam: she just shoot my kitty with the vaccines! She didn’t even call me to ask or confirm! Thanks God she didn’t euthanize him by a mistake! We spent 1.5 hour in that office and I got back my over-vaccinated kitty. He has not been eating well and he’s been lethargic after this visit. Please stay away from this practice. They don’t know how to provide medical services properly and they don’t really care about it. P.S. And they DIDN"T call me the next day to check how is my kitty doing after what they did to him! Can you imagine?

What a wonderful atmosphere. I was so thankful they were able to get my standard poodle in on a same-day visit. The receptionist was wonderful, all of the staff is very kind and personable. The vet was comforting and told me exactly what I needed to do. I felt they were very thorough and I’m glad I decided to make these guys my vet

Evergreen staff has been amazing. Recently they made themselves readily available in the midst of 2 emergencies with my babies. Thank you so much for caring.

We recently moved to Evergreen and to find a new and trustworthy veterinarian is always difficult. Dr. Teel and the staff at Evergreen Animal Hospital are amazing. We have had to take in all 3 of our dogs in for one reason our another over the past several months and each time they have been incredibly attentive, supportive and gotten them nursed back to health. We are truly grateful for the loving service they have provided us each time. It is so comforting to know that your pets are in the best care possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their pet care needs.

For close to 40 years, Evergreen veterinary service, now evergreen animal hospital, has taken excellent care of all our animals. Two days ago we had a problem with our cat and Dr. Julie Suarez, a new veterinarian, was absolutely wonderful and professional with us and took good care of our kitty cat. 10/10 would recommend Evergreen to the parents of fur babes or whatever your family addition pet might be due to their great service. The staff at Evergreen have been accommodating, kind, personable, and caring to all members of my family. I live roughly 45 minutes away on a good day in traffic and find it is worth the drive at each visit in comparison to vet offices closer to my location due to affordable and quality of care. :)

I am new to evergreen and I needed to find a vet. I googled for Vets near me. I got Evergreen Animal Hospital. I called made an appointment that same day. The staff was great, in fact I got lost and I called back and I don't remember the lady's name,( I do know she just got back from vacation). She was great!!! Then it was time to go in the room for the check up. The doctor's assistant was awesome also!!! The Dr came in he was great!!! He was very patient. Miklo ( my doggy) was very nervous. The Dr. was relaxed and he knew what he was doing. I feel bad I don't remember his name.( A young man) I made another appointment for my other dog (Nutty). KUDOS!!! To the whole STAFF!!

They did a great job of taking care of our baby boy, Bob. He was not scared or uncomfortable with any of the procedures. Highly recommend.

Nothing could have been better. You made time to see my dog when she had an allergic reaction even though you had a surgery scheduled. Justin was a great tech and made Kaponga very comfortable, and the vet (sorry I forgot his name) quickly diagnosed and medicated her and got us out of there. And no one freaked when she pooped on the lobby floor!

We just left after bringing in our 11-month-old Rottweiler for significant vomiting and diarrhea. Every single person we interacted with was kind, caring, and understanding, even though we use another vet for primary care. Each procedure was explained in detail and Dr Teel even let us view the radiographs, which we so appreciated. Thank you so much for treating us and our dog with such amazing attention. We will be switching to EAH for primary care.

We are new to the area and have not yet established a vet for our dogs. Our little dog became very ill and we frantically called looking for a vet to help. Meredith answered the phone and was so compassionate and helped to calm me. She said to bring Mindy in right away. We are so thankful for the Evergreen team. It so scary to need help and not know where to go. We have found a vet to care for all three of our fur babies.

Tessa (new pup) and I love the folks at EAH! The whole team is very friendly. Dr. Rachel Walla is professional, friendly and kind. She makes a point of coming outside to chat after each check up. I appreciate this communication during the office lock down for COVID.

Have been using Evergreen Animal Hospital for many years. Dr. Terry (a founder), was our primary vet until his untimely passing some years ago. That said, our doc's are splendid and very much appreciated especially since Bridgette our little Westie has Pulmonary Hypertension which requires extremely close management. Highly recommended and you will be pleased I assure you....

I’ve been to a couple vets offices in Denver and nothing even close compares to Evergreen Animal Hospital. I’ll drive 30 min out of my way any time. They are so attentive to my concerns and they provide me with a lot of options during hard times. My kitty is tough to handle sometimes but she’s always really relaxed with them. It’s honestly wild to see her response to EAH vs other vets down the hill. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
