Our dog is always happy to go to Bergen Bark. The staff are friendly and always take good care of him.

I'm not sure who loves Bergen Bark Inn more, me or my dog Charlie!

I called to ask a few question about daycare for a dog that just lost his partner of 12 years. The girl told me she had to ask her manager. I finally hung up after about 7 minutes. I've read that they are very busy and I get it. So, instead we stopped by to do a tour. We love our 'bear' so much that I would never put him in a day care or boarding without touring it first. I want to see where they will play and, more importantly, where the will be spending there nights. We were told, by the same girl, two things: "because of covid they can't give us a tour" and then we were told that "they don't like to let people in the back anyway". My first thought is Why? What is going on that I can't see? I've heard great things about this place but this made me immediately walk out the door.

Update: maybe train your office staff to be more friendly and have the phones monitored

Our high energy husky absolutely loves coming here weekly. He gets excited every time my husband gets dressed for work and is disappointed whenever he doesn’t get to go to daycare. They do a great job with him! They are booked up often and the phones aren’t answered consistently like others have mentioned. BUT if you can get a day scheduled weekly, it’s the best.

The groomer always did a great job with our corgi. But we've only been 2 times because everytime you call no matter what time if day no one will EVER pickup and even if you leave a message you should not expect a call back for AT LEAST 2 weeks which is absolutely crazy. We will be looking for a new groomer because their call/scheduling service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I have taken our many dogs over the years to Bergen Bark Inn for boarding and would never give them anything less than 5 stars. They really have taken very good care of our dogs. In addition, the owner's husband was our vet until he retired. Maaike and Morgan are the best but everyone of the staff has been really good with our dogs. Our 12 1/2 year old female lab loves going to Bergen Bark Inn and has been a guest since she was 10 months old. We just started taking our new 1 1/2 year male lab mix to Bergen Bark Inn for day care with the hopes that more socialization will help cure his separation anxiety. I highly recommend Bergen Bark Inn.

Everyone at Bergen Bark clearly genuinely loves dogs! They are kind, flexible, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and attentive. I know Chief is in great hands with them! He LOVES going there, so i know he is having a great time. Also, they have caught two minor injuries he has had even before I did! I trust them completely and am so grateful to have them so close by :)

One of the few boarding facilities that will allow me to board my 8 month bernese until he's old enough to be neutered. He is kept away from other animals but gets lots of human interaction.

We have been clients of Bergen Bark Inn for over 10 years. Our first Golden considered BBI home away from home. She loved all of her friends there. Our Golden, Finlee, also loves BBI. She goes to daycare one or two days a week. All of the staff at BBI are the best. They love our dogs and strive for nothing but the best care for them. Many have been there as long as we've been going. They keep the facilities immaculate and I feel my girl is in a safe environment. I highly recommend Bergen Bark Inn.

We’ve taken our Portuguese Water Dog to Bergan BARK since she’s been 6 months ago. She will be 7 in October. We chose Bergan because of a strong recommendation from our veterinarian. Bergan Bark has become her second home. All dogs should have an environment like Bergan to socialize and become friendlier pets. The staff is very attentive and caring and the facility extremely clean. Thanks for taking such good care of our little girl.

My experience with them from the start was terrible. They booked my reservation for the wrong week and thankfully I needed to extend my reservation so I called, only to find out that they didnt have me on the schedule. The day I went to drop off I found out my dog had to have a CIV shot...huh?? Called my vet and it's not even a shot that is recommended because there is no proof that it keeps the dog from getting the flu. I was not made aware that they require this shot for boarding when I made my reservation. If they had notified me i would have made my reservation at a kennel that does not require it because even if i were to get the shot it doesnt do anything until after the booster, which would have been after I needed him boarded. Now I'm in a situation where I'm going out of town and cant bring my dog and have no place to bring him. I would not recommend this kennel. If they are this negligent in the front end I have no reason to believe they would not be negligent when caring for my dog.

Great place, to get a ton of energy out of the pups. I feel like staff here always goes the extra mile to make sure dogs feel comfortable.

We love that “lovin feeling” we get when we go into the Bergen Bark Inn! Our dogs are repeat guests at the Bergen Bark Inn and the more they go there, the more comfortable they get. They went there the first time as guests and came home as friends... now every time they go back, they are family! Thank you all... you are wonderful, special people and we so appreciate your service to our community????

Excellent. We've used them for years including our special needs rescues. Pricy but worth the great care and our peace of mind.

Our two one year old chocolate labs, Dakota & Shiloh had a terrific time. As they love playing with other dogs, the play time during the day was something they looked forward too. The staff at Bergen Bark Inn are terrific, you can tell they love animals! I would highly recommend the facility to anyone, other than home, this is like home.
