Amazing! They took care of Reese and clipped her nails without issues. Definitely recommend, they were understanding of her and so sweet.

We've been taking our German Shepherd service dog here for around a year and they always do a fine job on him! Very professional and affordable!

We've tried them a few times. The first was great, second was questionable, and third horrid. Our experience was consistent with the other one star reviews. Won't be going back.

My chihuahua has a lot of anxiety and don't like getting her nails cut. Apparently she urinated while getting her nails trimmed and the woman put a hood covering her hole face called it the cone of shame. I did not like it. So I asked her to remove it and forget it. I will never take her there again

I have been here quite a few times, I was actually a bit concerned since I like to read lowest reviews first to gain insight on what people do not like about a place. I personally have never gotten my dog groomed here, but have brought him in many times for other things such as nail trims. Every time I have called they always make sure to find a time I can come in, they are always very friendly to both me and my dog, and I can say I have yet to have a bad experience!

Very knowledgeable and friendly for our first of many visits! My scraggly rescue looks like a proper gentleman now.

I encountered behavior that was rude, unprofessional & condescending. Also, while waiting in my car parked directly in front of the shop, an employee did not wear a mask for 1/2 hr. I will not be returning or recommending this shop to my friends.

Understanding that this was the first grooming after the stay-at-home orders. I asked for a teddy bear cut, and not to make him look like a poodle. My Goldendoodle was in and out in an hour and a half. Twenty minutes after I dropped him off, I was told that “we’re going to have to go a bit shorter on Groucho. It’s the only way to get the blade through his hair.“ Little did I know that this meant shaving him as close as possible and making him look like a poodle. I feel as if there could have been more time taken to brush out his coat. I will not be returning. Quality, not quantity.

I LOVE Dog Holliday Grooming! It's the only place that gives my dog (mini goldendoodle) a great haircut. I usually leave grooming places and think my dog looks weird, but not here! Also, other grooming places in Denver have been lazy and just shaved my dog claiming she was matted, but at Dog Holliday they do such a great job and are never lazy. We honestly wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.

Jen and her staff are amazing, caring people. We have 2, almost 3 dogs with very different personalities and coats. They all like it there.

Horrible Experience ???? Jen the owner is very unprofessional s!i She is also rough with dogs I watched her comb my dog's hair and my dog was looking back as if what are you doing and hurting her I had to bring her back to have Jen fix what her son did not do. I was told $65 would cover a bath haircut nails and ears. I dropped her off and when I returned... basically my dog was just washed and nothing was done/haircut. Her son proceeded to tell me that he doesn't cut hair he just does trims therefore Jen had not explained to him what I wanted... Excellent customer service their folks! I was told to bring her back the next day at 2:30 and when I walked in my dog was very scared and wanted to leave quickly I think something happened in there and I would never recommend taking my dog there as they are not nice to the animals or at least a mine I also have tried to contact her to discuss what we can do to resolve this situation and she said to bring my dog back in to get another wash a...????you kidding me?? my dog was traumatized and you want me to bring her back after you butchered her and then still want me to pay. one of the worst experiences actually in a customer service environment I've ever been in beware of these people

Nice staff. The online appointment system is convenient and easy to use. They were also flexible as I had to reschedule once. My fuzzy fur butt is nice and clean! Definitely my go to spot from now on.

We have brought our dog in multiple times in the past few years and never really had a horrible experience until this time. Usually Jen sees our dog, but this time it was someone else who we didn't recognize. The cut was not wonderful. The sides of him look like he got hit by a lawnmower. He was eager to get out of the shop too, which is not like him. He enjoys his puppy spa days usually. The entire car ride home and days after his appointment he keeps wincing like we are about to hit him. He isn't playing or eating much now either. He was happy and acting normal when I dropped him off. Now to this. After reading reviews, it looks like this is an ongoing problem. We will not be back. Also! If you pay by card, they require you to pay $5 EXTRA to pay for their credit card fees. Not classy.

Older lady (owner i believe) is very rude. No costumer service whatsoever. Walked in for an appointment and I heard her in the back yelling a a dog, even hitting the cage. Walked right out and left. Will not go back.

I have taken my dog here many times and the last couple hair cuts look rushed and horrible. We asked for him to be shaved down which they did to his body but they left his head with long hair. Sadly, I will be looking for another groomer. Edit: They deflected and blamed my dog for being "Matted" which could not be further from the truth. Also never offered to correct their mistake (Horrible customer service). I wasted $70 for a hair cut I could have done myself. Used them for a long time but quality has been declining over the years. Will never be back.

My wife, JAX and myself moved to CO about a month ago from VA. Along with all the stressors of moving, it's even more disstressing when your best good pooch needs his hair "did"!!! :p My wife got on the net and had an immediate soul connection to this establishment, nevermind the awesome ratings and being #1 at their craft in 2017, she said we just have to go to Dog Holliday!! My wife was sick the day of JAX' appointment and couldn't go. JAX and I made the 45 minute drive and we met Jen. We wanted the Lion's cut for our little guy and that's just what we got!!! JAX does look like a little lion!!! We are SO HAPPY with Dog Holliday and will be frequent customers as long as we live here!! It's well worth the drive to be able to pick up our little guy looking handsome and happy. Safety and our pet's comfortability with new folks means everything to us!! Dog Holliday gave us just that!! :) Sorry the review is so long, but we thought anyone new to CO should definately take their beloved pets to this awesome place!!! 5 PLUS STARS!!!! After losing my dog's groomer of 17 years, I was desperate to find someone skilled at doing terriers. Doc Holliday did not disappoint. Fair price, convenient and porfessional.

Lovely place, they took such great care of my dog. They did a fantastic job with the groom, and are very helpful and friendly. Love the little bandana they send home with them. I would recommend this place!

This place is a blessing Jen and Vince were so great with my senior Pyrenees she looks beautiful and was completely calm when I picked her up also she was not in cage but was aloud to roam securely in their office area I recommend this facility to anyone who has a furbaby in need of grooming with the ultimate TCL
