Gina came and was incredibly supportive and understanding during this tough time for us. She had a calm demeanor and was patient, she made the difficult task of saying goodby to our best friend as easy as possible. Other aspects of dealing with Caring Pathways were just as nice. Thanks you guys so much for what you do, it really makes a difference.

Company claims 24 hour service, yet no one is there to answer the phone at any time of the day.

It was so nice to have a vet come to the house to take our beloved cat to the mortuary for us. We got to say goodbye in the comfort of our own home. We had a great experience given the circumstances.

This amazing company was able to aid my senior fur baby to the rainbow bridge. I was so concerned about her failing health they were able to see me the same day I called. (Since our normal vet was closed.) They were soo kind and compassionate I couldn’t recommend a better company.

Dr. Littrell came to our house when our dog Nacho was ready to cross the bridge. She was wonderful, her voice was soothing, explained the process, she was very patience and she treated our other dogs like what I consider them, part of our family. She talked to them when they came close to her and let them know what was happening to their brother. She didn't rush us, gave us our space to say goodbye and treated our dog with the respect and care that only an animal lover would. Thank you Dr. Littrell and Caring Pathways for the care and service.

We made the difficult decision to put our baby Timber down 2 days before Christmas. It was extremely tough for us but thankfully our vet (Aurora Animal Hospital) recommended Caring Pathways and I cannot thank them enough for the recommendation. Caring Pathways offers services in the comfort of your own home which was very important to us since our dog was in so much pain, just moving him caused him excruciating pain. So we made the difficult decision to call Caring Pathways to make an appointment. We left a message and they were very responsive and called back within 30 minutes. I believe I spoke to a representative by the name Megan. She had such a soothing and caring voice and was so patient with me when I could barely get the words out over the phone. Scheduling a next day appointment was very fast and easy. We got to spend a few hours with Timber before we met with Dr. Stacie Kim in the morning. She is a wonderful Veterinarian. She was so kind, understanding, professional, and personable. She was also very patient and allowed us to take all the time we needed to say goodbye. We even got a handwritten note in the mail with her condolences a few days later. Thank you so much Dr. Stacie Kim! Thanks to you, our beloved Timber is no longer in pain. If you want to say goodbye to your beloved pet in the comfort of your own home surrounded by caring veterinarians, then I absolutely recommended Caring Pathways.

Dr. Eddie was so compassionate and took care of our cat Jasper as if he was his own pet. I genuinely appreciate the level of compassion and professionalism that they provided during this difficult time.

Like many others, we made the difficult decision to have our dog euthanized after 13.5 years. Caring Pathways can kind, understanding, professional, and considerate while I was on the phone, and we were able to get a time a few hours later on the same day. We spent those three hours with our sweet dog, and when the caring staff member arrived we knew it was time. She was professional, kind, sympathetic, and understanding at our time of despair and loss. I recommend Caring Pathways to anyone when the time comes to carry out the last act of love that you can give your pet and animal family member.

I can't even begin to say how grateful I am for Caring Pathways. Dr Kim was very caring, professional, and sympathetic during one of the hardest times for our family. She took great care and time getting to know our black lab Bijou and eased my mind that I was in fact making the right decision for my best friend. The respect Dr Kim showed for Bijou was thoughtful and commendable . The service they provided us to be able to do this in our own home is invaluable. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough positive things about Caring Pathways. Everyone I interacted with during the heartbreakingly difficult time of saying goodbye to my dog was extremely compassionate, caring, and professional. They are amazing, and my dog and I felt extremely cared for during the whole process.

This group was absolutely wonderful. We used their services for in home pet euthanasia. The person who scheduled our appointment was very kind. The veterinarian who came to our house, Kellie L, was compassionate and very patient. We honestly could not have asked for more. I had never thought about doing this at home, and now I cannot imagine it any other way. This group really made a very difficult time the best it could be.

This company made my experience so personable and easy compared to taking my dog into the vet to put them to sleep. They were able to fit me in the same day. Angel took the time to explain what was happening and actually gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. She encouraged our other animals to be around so they could say good bye if they wanted to. She wanted to hear stories about our sweet girl and was so very gentle and loving. I cannot thank her enough. They provide you with a packet including a journal to help you cope and even information on a free first session with a grievance counselor. 10/10 recommend for anyone who has to say goodbye to their beloved pet.

We were treated with an incredible amount of compassion from the time we reached out until the time we said our final goodbye to our cat. The process from start to finish was throughly communicated and we were able to make decisions about after-care on our terms and in our own time. Dr. Steve was fantastic. His calmness, warmth and empathy were greatly appreciated during such a difficult time. He gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our Very Best Guy.

I can't say that I enjoyed this experience because well, our best friend had to leave. What I can say is that Dr. Lori and her team were absolutely amazing during one of the hardest times of our lives. We had to call Dr. Lori pretty late. She arrived at 1:30am, talked us through the process and proceeded for there. We were able to give our Chauncy, of 15 years, a loving and comfortable send off. His ashes were available much sooner than anticipated and we received a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Lori. If you have to go through this experience, the caring pathways team is absolutely the way to go.

I can not thank the team at Caring Pathways enough. When I got the news early on Saturday morning the my cat was is kidney failure, my husband and I made the tough decision to euthanize our sweet Angel. I reached out to a friend who is very active in the pet rescue community and she highly recommend Caring Pathways. When I made the call to schedule Caring Pathways to come out I was beside myself and the lady that answered the phone so kind, compassionate and caring. Dr. Eddie arrived at our home Sunday evening, and immediately we felt at ease. He was so kind, patient, gentle and compassionate. He talked with us about Angel for a few minutes and then walked us through the process. When we were "ready" to start the process he was so calm, collected, compassionate and professional. I don't think Angel even realized that he was a vet. She seemed so comfortable and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or team to help my sweet girl cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you so much Dr. Eddie and the team at Caring Pathways you are so appreciated!

This was as positive an experience as could be. Our vet, Mindy, had a great bedside manner, made sure that my girl was in no pain, and gave us space for our grief. My last memories of Veda are of her getting pet by people she loved while drifting asleep. I hope those are her last memories too. Every detail was well considered and I will absolutely use Caring Pathway's services in the future, when it's time for my other dogs. At every step, I was met with empathy, including when I was making the appointment while crying. What a tough job. But everyone I interacted with was somehow up to the task.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet lab yesterday. Mindy was who came to our house and I can’t explain how grateful I am that she helped give my baby the exit that she so greatly deserved. She explained the process and answered all of our questions before and during we knew exactly how comfortable our dog was. She felt at peace. She looked at peace and Mindy at caring pathways gave that to her. I would have paid thousands of dollars for this service now that I know how great of a gift it was to the best dog in the world. If you’re struggling to say goodbye but you know it’s time like I did, first of all I’m very sorry and secondly let me say you can trust them with your baby. Thank you again so much Mindy!

I highly recommend Caring Pathways! Dr. Lori was on call overnight when I had to urgently put my dog, Lexi, down. She was able to get to my house quickly and was professional, compassionate and empathetic. Having to put down your pet is never going to be an easy, but Dr. Lori's calm demeanor made the experience peaceful. I cannot thank you enough for being there for Lexi and me.

The experience with Caring Pathways was so much better than taking my dog to the vet to be euthanized. I felt better letting him be at home. Mindy Brewster was so awesome, caring and patient. I don’t think I would do it any other from now on. Thank you!
