Thank you for fitting my newfis in your schedule. We have spent 13yrs w a lovely groomer, who busted her foot and u got us right in to help us out!!! My babies are 11and13 and I cant thank you enough for seeing them and being gentle. They look wonderful!

Abusive, neglectful and sloppy. Horribly run.

Do not go here. She overcharged our credit card 165 dollars. We called her a dozen times to have her correct it. She dodged or ignored every call. We contested it with our Credit Card company, she lied to them and told them the charges are valid. We have so many other amazing groomers in the valley, we only went here once because we were in a bind, NEVER AGAIN.

She is abusive towards animals. Very rude.

I don’t know how else to say this - absolutely DO NOT bring your animals to this woman. After giving her multiple days/chances to respond it’s time to take this public. On June 19th my mother dropped off our 8 pound Yorkie Maltese mix who we acknowledge is nervous. My mom felt comfortable enough to leave our dog to run an errand. After Mo (our dog) was washed and dried, my mom was told Mo was bleeding from her mouth. Of course my mom sped up her errands and rushed over - while on the way she was told Mo was having a seizure and still bleeding. None of that would have been the groomers fault - until my mom went to the emergency vet and was informed Mo had severe and violent bruising on her neck and head. While we understand things happen, it’s apparent our dog was strangled given the intensity of the bruising and hemorrhaging in her eyes. It is one thing for an accident to happen, maybe Mo seized on the table and fell. Why was she left unmonitored long enough to have the kind of damage she did? Why hasn’t she returned our phone calls politely requesting information? This woman should not be working with animals. The pictures are far too graphic for the general public but I will show the hemorrhaging in her eyes - I will free you from the horrific pictures of our feces/blood covered dog. We have now taken Mo to two different vets, one emergency and our regular doctor who can both confirm Mo has symptoms consistent with strangulation. They suspect the groomer was at fault but we have yet to hear anything back. Please, I implore you to take your dog anywhere else.

Take your pet here if you want yourself and your pet traumatized. Lisa is known to be ABUSIVE towards the animals. Horrible experience.

Tried making an appointment and all I got was “I Will get to you when I get to you” and hung up like seriously?! good thing I didn’t go to this place after seeing the reviews!

Lisa has done a good job with our two Bichons. They always look great when they are done. I've learned to schedule our next appointment when I pick them up otherwise you may not be able to get in when you want. We've never had our dogs get sick from spending time here. Lisa has been grooming our dogs for a couple of years at least. It can be difficult to get a hold of them to confirm/change appointments.

Go here if you want a terrible grooming experience, your dog to get kennel cough, and deal with rude staff.

I took my puppy in for grooming went to pick her up and noticed a red bloody eye and Lisa told us she had to cut hair that was around her eyes and that it was nothing to worry about that it would be going away on its own and we didn’t have to take her in to the vet that she would be ok. 4 hours later her eye is now bleeding more than it was when we picked her up and she is in pain. This is very unprofessional of her to tell us that instead of speaking with the truth and say I hurt her my daughter has been crying since we picked her up I think this is very unfair for us and our puppy. I will not return to this place and don’t recommend going here at all! It’s not fair that our puppy is going through pain and not just that we have to take care to the vet. And plus add another bill that we did not have planned to spend on.

Dropped off my 2 Yorkies and a poodle to be groomed at 8 am and was told they would be ready at noon. No phone call and when I tried calling at 2 pm, no answer and voice mail was full. Decided to stop by, doors were locked and no one would answer even though I rang the doorbell and could hear the blow dryer. When the blow dryer stopped, I rang bell and knocked and still no answer. Waited in parking lot over an hour. Finally owner arrived, said she had an emergency which I could understand. I requested puppy cut and my dogs were all shaved and she still charged me $250. I then noticed my male Yorkie’s ear was bleeding and she said it was just a nick, no big deal. I told her I was unhappy and she told me to find another groomer which I will. When I got home I found more areas where he has cuts. Not big cuts like his ear, but nicks - unacceptable. All 3 dogs were left unattended in a cage with their leashes for at least an hour. Lisa did an amazing job with my Daisy girl! I will be a repeat customer for sure. I took her to another place in edwards and did not feel comfortable leaving her in such a hostile environment so we left. …

Terrible experience communicating with the owner, Lisa. She made me reschedule 4 separate times only to not show up to my appointment. Which left me to work out the details with another worker there who quoted me at $55 more than she told …
