The Sniff Shack Denver, Colorado

We are definitely Sniff Shack fans! Our dog, Sage, loves to play with the staff and other dogs. He always comes home tired & happy, and we know he is cared for during weekends away. We have only had positive experiences!

Oscar the Dog goes to "camp" when we leave town and cant someone to watch him. Always cones back clean and healthy and the report cards are a nice touch. Staff reaches out to confirm appointments and any issues (vaccines, space, pickup times. Etc)

This is the only place I board my dogs. The staff is amazing and treat the dogs with great care. I also love the daily report cards they send out!

There's no grass for the dogs but the report cards are sweet. It's nice to know other dogs that your dog has interacted with. Reason for my low review is that they fired my friend for medical reasons so they are a very discriminatory workplace.

Margarita loves everyone at the Sniff Shack. She is a happy dog after a day there.

Oskie loves going to the shack!! He plays all day with his BFFs and when he gets home he’s ready for a nice snooze. If you want to socialize a puppy, I recommend bringing them to doggy daycare!! The earlier the start the better!

I board my dog here whenever I leave town, wouldn't trust anyone else with my furbaby! It's great to be able to check in during play time, they send cute report cards with pictures letting me know how she did that day. My dog is timid and shy towards people, I have caught the workers on camera being so patient and gentle towards her when it's time to leave the play area. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to make me feel at ease when Im away. Highly recommend the sniff shack to any dog parent.

The staff is very nice, but my dog did not do well in this environment. We did one trial day and did one additional doggie daycare day. They pack too many dogs in their play area. My pup got scared and ended up having to be separated from others (which I'm glad they did). We will not be back, and have decided on a doggie daycare that sets itself apart by having small groups.

I am so grateful for this doggie daycare. They treat my husky girl Laika so well that she is always so excited and ready to jump out of our car the minute we pull up into their parking lot. Hard working, friendly, caring, pup loving staff is super responsive, easy to deal with and always available to answer any questions or concerns! Easy to book process and personal touch with an after daycare report card. And they opened up as soon as they could during this Covid ordeal so kudos to them! I highly recommend Sniff Shack- it will leave you and your pup both tail wagging happy!

My dog loves every day he gets to go to daycare here. The staff is friendly and helpful and dropping off and picking up is safe, quick, and easy.

I worked here for a few days. I got sick on my 2nd day and was told I was trying to get out of work and then i came back for my 3rd day I believe and I brought my dog along of which got punished physically for whining because she couldnt see me

Great spot for daycare and boarding!

Izzy has been going to the Sniff Shack since she was 4 months old. The Sniff Shack has been absolutely amazing to us the past two years. All I have to say is "Izzy, do you want to go to the Sniff Shack?" and her ears perk up and she goes straight for the door. She literally runs in every time we go. As we move to another state, I would just like to thank the entire staff for loving on little Izzy and taking such good care of her. We will miss you guys so much!! PS- Izzy says goodbye to her BFF- Ruthie Ninja Bader.

My English cream golden Larry absolutely loves this place! It’s super fun to watch them on the live feed. The staff always seems friendly and to really enjoy the dogs.

Great job with the pup! Love the 8pm pickup time which makes commutes far easier.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about. I have taken my dog here, every day, and board him frequently when I am out of town, for over 3 years. He has never gotten sick. They require all the necessary shots for all dogs so there is nothing to be concerned about. Of course there is always a risk when you take your dog around other dogs, that is not Sniff Shack’s fault. They have wonderful staff and always flexible with my schedule. They take great care of my dog and he absolutely loves going to daycare. I’ve tried a few other places in the past and this one is definitely the best. I moved 40 minutes away and still drive him there because they are the only people I trust with my boy!

We have used sniff shack for overnight boarding. The reservation process is easy and quick. The employees have been very professional and friendly. Our dog is always happy and worn out when we pick her up! Would highly recommend!

We feel good trusting our dog with the folks at Sniff Shack. They are always helpful, friendly and kind. Plus, we love watching him hang out with the staff and the other dogs on the webcams.

These guys always take great care of our Chihuahuas and never fret about the sweater collection my wife has for our little guys.

Beware! My dog went 1 day and ended up with kennel cough costing me $100 and a sick pup. This place is over crowded. Doesn't look bad in the mornings but by mid morning to mid afternoon it is a madhouse in there. Watch the cams. They say 1 person per 15 dogs. I saw 2 people in the room with over 50 dogs. They did say they plan on building additional space so that may help later. Dogs are only separated by size and not by temperament. My dog is laid back and likes to sleep a lot. There was no place for him to "escape" the chaos going on in the room. The poor thing hid in the corner most of the day and no worker bothered trying to comfort him or get him to drink water. Dogs just go to the bathroom inside (instead of outside) wherever and whenever they want. Not a good place for a trained and well behaved dog.

My dog goes every time we leave town and she loves it! Being the helicopter dog mom that I am, I love watching her play on the cameras. The report cards at the end of each day are the icing on the cake. The staff at Sniff Shack are always very professional and nice, leaving me without a fear when I drop my fur baby off.

My dog got bit by another dog(it was her own fault) and they were so nice! They were watching everything so it wasn't an issue and they even gave her a bath and inspected her! She was bleeding so they put antibactirial stuff on it and a powder so the wound wasnt as bloody. My dog also needs some down time at the end of the day so they made accomodations for her and now she gets a cod skin treat and a nap at 1 o'clock everyday. Everyone there is so nice and they always greet my dog with joy! Even today when i picked her up she was just the happiest thing!(and she was not very happy this morning) I reccomend this to anyone with a dog, esspecially if you had bad experiences with doggy daycare in the past because they are just so special and good at what they do there.????????

Well, my girlfriend’s dog got kennel cough while staying here for a one day trial run. Had to be taken to the vet to diagnose what was going on and resolve his breathing and coughing issues. It honestly did not even seem like there were enough employees to merely take the dogs out to go to the bathroom. Not a ton of space. Overall just an unpleasant experience from the info I was told about the business as a whole. Will not be returning for doggy day care needs.
