Please if your fur family needs assistance this is the place. Don't go with a "familiar name" come here. The Entire staff is phenomenal and the Dr. (whose name I don't remember) went above and beyond to explain and keep me informed. They were (are) the best emergence care around...I promise.

Absolutely would recommend! The staff were kind and helpful, both over the phone and when we arrived. Allie was great and Dr. K. was thoughtful and gentle with our sweet old cat. Grateful for their quality care on the holiday!

We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend. It was after hours and our dog was bit by another dog and we are so grateful to have found RinoVet! From the check in to the check out everyone was so nice and helped make us feel like everything was going to be ok with our Henry. The doctor went above and beyond and even checked on our Henry the following day. The office is very nice and clean and also in a convenient location. You could hear them talking to our puppy while they were bringing him back to us and they were all truly amazing. I felt they were highly knowledgeable and trustworthy and also fair in their pricing. We took our cat to RiNoVet Animal Emergency Care from Lafayette as it was the closest option late last night. The check-in process was very easy and they immediately saw us. They did a quick evaluation of our cat and determined it would be best if he went to another facility that would be able to monitor him after his procedure. While we didn't receive care here, we appreciated Dr. Strom and team who provided quick, professional support and helped us with the transfer. They did what was best for our cat, all free of charge. Thank you!

Called to ask for some basic questions due to my cat having an allergic reaction to flea and tick medicine. The guy on the phone was really rude and just kept repeating that they can’t give advise without seeing the cat. I told him I don’t have the option to bring my cat in since I am not in the area and there are no emergency vets in my area. He proceeded to interrupt me stating they can’t help at all. I get that there are certain things that can’t be done without seeing the cat but this is a stressful situation. I was obviously upset and they showed no empathy or care whatsoever about my concern. The fact that I was talked over while just trying to ask a question was extremely upsetting. I am already upset enough and they just made it worse. I would expect more from people that work with the health and well-being of animals. Show some empathy even if you can’t help. Terrible experience.

SO impressed with this emergency clinic. We have had to go to a few over the years with both of our dogs & this experience was the best by far. The staff was all so kind & the pricing is fair. I highly recommend care for your pets here.

Great emergency vet! Our dogs got into a fight late on Friday night and they were available and able to get us in and see our injured dog right away. The staff was fantastic and the care she received was top notch - the doctors did a great job as its been a few weeks now and she healed up perfectly with no setbacks. If you need somewhere to go in the Denver area, this is a great choice.

What a great place!!! Billy was so nice and after going to another hospital he was able to calm us down. The whole staff was amazing from the doctors to the nurses.
