Employees here are so nice and helpful! Great selection and they always have the food I need for my kitties in stock. They have a great deal where the canned food you buy is 15% off when you buy 15 or more cans, which fortunately also makes this the cheapest place to buy my favorite brand of cat food! My cats' favorite stick toy came from here, and they have a lot of adorable and local selections for toys, food, and supplements. Also one of the easier pet stores to get into, lots of parking nearby, and it's right next to the public garage for King Soopers. Always quality, and the dogs are very pettable.

Was very disappointed when they returned my dog to me un-groomed and told me they couldn't groom her because she was giving them a hard time. They proceeded to charge me $70 for the bath that I could have done at home. Will not be returning.

They always do a great job grooming my golden retriever. I appreciate that they do a small consultation before grooming to verify what my preferences are and always give my pup treats!

If negative stars existed it would be - 5000. Everyone here has a vendetta on life. Employees cannot be worse people, being as respectful as I can they are useless. Horrible store save yourself the problem of dealing with awful human beings and shop elsewhere. Hell I will pay for your dog food elsewhere. They are that bad.

Hailey is outstanding. Hailey (store manager) has helped us with our Aussie for a few years now. From grooming, food, treats, beds, etc... Hailey is wonderful to work with and cares so much for the pets and people that come into her store. Thank you!!

Everyone was super nice and super fast about trimming my cats nails, she was stressed out from being outside and they were so sweet to her, love this place!

Kriser's now offers dog training!! They also offer puppy socialization classes and the socialization classes are free!!!

When I arrived 10 minutes there was only one groomer and a assistant and they more than double booked appointments two other animals arrived the young girl at the counter was a little confused although I was first she waited last to serve me I know my dog is a rescue animal and maybe not be a doodle of some sort but I did feel that I was treated very unfairly and also when I called to inquire it appeared that my dog was last to be served after waiting15 more minutes in the store to pick up my pup I asked if I may use their bathroom the young girl was so rude and even embarrassing me. all she had to say was sorry we don't allow people to use it but there are two places on either side of us that you could go to and will hold your dog no that wasn't it she was rude and then just said corporate didn't allow that and I said oh corporate huh okay well I don't give them more than two stars the service was very bad

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable on foods that have grains and grain free. We bought a harness that i love. Staff said i could bring the pup back and they would fit it for me if i had problems. Awesome

We had been going to this groomer for a few years and we will never go back. The groomer Adrian took notes when we asked for a trim (I said if you are short on time, just leave his head alone--I'll trim it). When we got there to pick him up 6 hours later we literally did not recognize our dog, he had been completely shaved from nose to tip of tail and was shaking and traumatized. He was there for 6 hours and they did not even have an excuse for why they decided to go rogue and shave him. He has been shaking since the experience yesterday... I don't even think Adrian gave him the shave because I spoke with her so clearly beforehand and she seemed to understand ... no idea what is going on at krisers these days but do not take your pets there if you love your pets. This my first review of anything ever, but I thought folks should be warned because of our dog's terrible experience... we can't even take him hiking today bc he will get a sunburn... thanks for ruining our summer krisers...

Nice little store. Convenient location and very friendly staff. They gave my Shiba a cute fluff up after his bath.

Very nice and friend staff, totally respectful. The women I spoke to was knowledgeable when it came to her stores products, fast at checking my items out. I advise any pet lovers to go to this store!!

I am in disbelief!!! They butchered my dog!! They completely shaved his entire body. My fiancé gave them SPECIFIC details they followed none of them. My dog wont stop shaking. We will never go there again.

This is one of the few places with a cat groomer. They gave a variety of top foods that Jade will eat. Jade trusts so very few people to touch her, so it's great the groomer here is one of the few. She likes getting her bath and nail trim here. Great staff.

We absolutely love this Pet Shop! Great items for every animal and great prices too. Also very friendly people. Every question I had to ask, they answered without hesitation, so that shows that they know what they are doing. If you haven’t been to this Pet Shop before, it’s a place to check out. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can't really leave a review. Showed up for an appointment and was turned away. One star represents my opinion about that.

This is an awesome place to pick and choose from. Many items, and lots of cool pet toys and treats. The sales person even took time to adjust my dog Phoenix's new harness. THANK YOU!

Best pet store around! Sury was very knowledgeable &was able to recommend the best food for my dogs based on what I told her.

We came in from a road trip and they were able to fit our husky in for a bath and shedding treatment. Which was extremely nice of them. We have a 105 Pound husky that was so dirty from being in the mountains for a week and they cleaned him up so good they knew just what to do. They were great with him he was so scared I really appreciate them for taking care of him.

We took our pup for her first groom. They did a nice job with her summer cut. We mostly love to shop here for their dog food, treats, and toys. The selection is great considering the smallish space. It's a friendly neighborhood pet store perfect for the essentials. And the staff is caring and willing to offer suggestions about various products. They also have a reasonable return policy.
