Every time I've brought my little baby here, I walk away feeling she was really looked after. The Vets here really care about animals. They are nice and empathetic on the phone. Everything has always been explained clearly and I just feel like they do everything they can to make her feel better.

How do I make my cat to stop getting babies, my mom said If I don't find some pet hospital, the kittens are gone. So I need someone's help cause I still want them and I'm 13, my mom to give some sort of shot for the mother cat to stop getting kittens.

Super easy to help control our pet population for those who cannot afford to go to a full price vet. They treat your pets well, and are friendly. Thank you!

Barbaric, savagely cruel, exceedingly brutal, primitive and unsophisticated. I took my female kitten to this spay clinic waited in a line outside with 30 other people with cats. The pick up time was early because they had a meeting. When I pick up my kitten at 11:30 AM. I waited in the line again. They gave me paper with aftercare information. I got no medication for my kitten. I could tell she was in a lot of pain. I began to question if they even change glove in-between procedures. My kitten had complications and got a huge lump. I called they said it was normal. I ended up going to a real vet to get her medication and adequate help. I would not recommend this place it is a risky gamble.

Great, affordable place to get your cats spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and chipped. My mom had her cat spayed here and they did an excellent job. The incision healed fairly quickly and with no issues.

They were very fast and efficient with having to deal with social distancing. Plus the price was amazing! Definitely happy and will bring my kittens there also!

They are wonderful vets. Clean, clean place. They honestly love Cats. To have the non profit. The only thing I disagree with is cutting the feral cats ear when fixed! I don't understand that at all. And tattooing them after fixed. But good performance.

I need surgery for my doggo but couldn't afford the bill at his regular vet office. The staff here worked out a payment plan & a significantly reduced fee for my pup. We were there for his initial exam a few minutes early, they took us right back and we were done within an hour! They were then able to schedule him the following week for his procedure. I could not be more grateful.

That are very caring and affordable. I appreciate them so much. I would like to support my local vet, but the ones close to me are so expensive. DDFL is worth the drive and the waiting.

These guys provide an incredibly valuable service for the community they serve, the staff is very friendly and understanding, and I appreciate what they do, immensely so. That said, I believe there are likely some inefficiencies in their systems that hurt the service. Taking a family member and placing them in a kennel for eight hours of sheer terror when they don't know what's going on in order to get a 20 minute neutering procedure doesn't make a ton of sense. I understand what they're trying to do as a high volume low cost non-profit clinic, but it just wasn't right for my kitty, and I think there are ways to handle the volume more efficiently in such a way as to better benefit the animals they're serving, and to better reduce their costs such to better support their mission and community. Nobody can reasonably expect a full service private vet with this mission and this price point, but there is an awful lot of daylight in between full service and the inefficient and kitty-scaring bulk drop-off/pickup system. 1.1 out of every 1000 male kittens pass away during neuterings due to interactions with the anesthesia. That's not an excuse to not neuter your kitty, but it is a good reason to not subject them to 7.5 hours of abject terror away from their family before putting them at that risk. I also had a couple questions about the appointment leading up to it, and over a period of three weeks nobody there replied to an e-mail. Had I gotten any response at all, I likely would have been able to save their staff some time and hassle by opting out for a different service for my kitty before waking up at 6am to take him down there instead of having to further delay his shots making another two weeks away appointment elsewhere.

They helped me when I really needed it. I wish they gave a post operative report to give my vet.

So disappointed made an appointment over the phone over 2 weeks ago. The appointment was today and they didn't even have me in their system. My poor puppy missed his shots. And of course no one cared and it didn't matter. I only put a star because you have 2 so that you can leave a review

I'm just glad I've found this clinic to spay and neuter my cats and get vaccines. My cats were born from stray mom that I have taken in unexpected. It is a wonderful clinic with greatly low cost surgery, vaccines, and more. Best one ever <3 :)

We arrived at 6:30 a.m.put our names on a clipboard security man handed us page 1 full 2nd page #2 on it security said they will give us a call when you're ready see us if they can see us that day so we just basically hung out in our car in the parking lot received a call at 9 a.m asking us to bring our dog back by 1:45 we agreed who took my dog in the staff is very friendly and they were very comforting to me but unfortunately my 19 year old dog has cancer they offered me some medication for her and basically told me to enjoy my time with her that she has left and when I feel our when I see that she's I'm not doing so well I make the final decision to put her down so that's where we're at I'm enjoying my last day with my dog unfortunately weren't able to help but they were a huge comfort how to help with medication and it was really cheap is it I would recommend them

I don't even care that this is a cheap clinic for spay/neuter. The fact that we were informed this morning that you'd prefer us be back at 2pm, even though I get off work at 3:30, has made me livid. I canceled my last client at work to be here by 2pm. It's 2:47 and I'm still standing outside in the freezing cold waiting for my cats. This is ridiculous. Have some respect for people and let them know they'll be standing outside for almost an hour in a line that barely moves. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never bring an animal back here. I'd rather pay another place triple than to have my time be wasted with lack of communication and decency.

My cat got hurt and had his left rear leg amputated. The did a first rate job. He was up and about next day at home. He is is doing well and adjusting to getting around. They even set up a payment plan for me. I am very pleased with the Dumb friends League.
