They provide the same care and medical expertise that I would expect for my human kids.

Always the best care for my animals

I have been taking my dogs here for a while and it seems like it has gone down hill, staff is very hostile. Also they do not care about your pet! I get that they are busy but it doesn’t hurt to at least pretend to show your patients that you care. Each time I go in there or call they have some weird information on my dogs file and they keep mixing him up with another dog or they just make things up to get more money out of you and I have caught them multiple times trying to squeeze every penny out of me. One month they will charge an amount and then the next month they will try to tell you it is a different treatment so it costs more money and when you bring up your invoice to prove it’s the same thing they will not give an apology; just an attitude! Needless to say I no longer go to this vet!

Been going for a long time..I feel they are not reasonable in costs. Got bloodwork done on my senior dog and had to keep calling to find out when I would get results. They should do a better job of following up.

Receiving flowers after having to put down our cat was the most amazing and touching experience. Thank you so much for caring so much for animals and we will be returning customers.

After grinding up what seemed to be an endless slight grade up hill for 2 hours. All so my beloved could make an attempt at gainful employment. Her desire to work with animals (why she's with me I assume) drove us forward on our journey. After what I feel was the longest interview in all of history. We found ourselves at this center to procure something edible. I chose to await her return outside. When I saw her again she had squired an assortment of sushi for me to consume. This act filled me with both food and joy. She's truly amazing, but my sushi farts were not..

Really enjoyed my experience here. Wasn't a great occasion to have to go (to euthanize my 19-yo cat who was in very poor health), but they were very compassionate, welcoming folks who made the process as easy as it possibly could be and I am very grateful for it. I will happily return for other veterinary services in the future. Thank you to Dr Chavala and crew

This place is amazing. They understood my dog had some issues with some vets in the past they were understanding not judgemental and kind. I love this place would definitely come back.

I am truly impressed with the level of care I receive from Bear Valley Vet. I switched to them from another vet a couple of months ago, and since then my pet cat has had a number of health scares. Dr. King and the rest of the staff at Bear Valley have gone above and beyond to ensure he got the care he needed. Dr. King spent time researching different treatment options and called me multiple times to discuss her findings, and once we settled on a medicine, she even found resources for me to ensure my pet could get it at a more affordable price. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

I brought my 2 cats in for a checkup and the staff are friendly, kind and skilled. Dr. Stevenson was very good with both of them. I'm happy I found a vet in my neighborhood.

We had a great visit at Bear Valley Vet Care Center. The ladies at the front were very kind and helpful. Dr. King was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my dog. She was professional, knowledgeable, and trust-worthy. Carla, her assistant was personable and smart. I love the people at Bear Valley. I moved way north of the location but still prefer to drive to Bear Valley for my dogs' care. They love it there, too.

The vet was very nice and for that I am thankful. the front desk could use re training on how to speak properly to paying customers , especially new ones if you’d like to retain them. Aside from that, the young vet assistant’s inexperience made my dog beyond nervous and her passive aggressive comments about him just rubbed the wrong way. Thanks for the service but never again.

Was my first time in and I was very impressed. They were informative and upfront with pricing and explained everything very well. My little queen was well taken care of and, thanks to the Dr and staff, is feeling much better.

This was my first time visiting as we just adopted a puppy this past week!! I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff! Dani and Carley are so nice and they answered all of my questions! I saw Dr. Pranav Chawla and wow, such a nice guy! They explained everything and provided top quality care to my pup! I absolutely recommend and their prices are reasonable! If you are in the area, look no further!!

Bear valley vets staff is so helpful and wonderful! They have taken such good and personal care of me and my dog Olive. I truly appreciate them! If you’re looking for a good general practice this is the place to go!

We absolutely love Bear valley vet and all of their veterinarians and staff! They truly do care about you and your fur babies! They give excellent care, follow up, and professional diagnosis. If you don't live in the neighborhood, it's worth the drive! They make you feel like family and always remember you and your pet! They've gotten our dog through some health challenges with amazing compassion and care and expert advice. We love them!

Great vet tech, my pup lives her. She's down to earth and loves dogs. The vet we liked is moving away. Dr Carola seemed standoffish, not personaly my favorite match to my personality, but provided excellent care.... she didn't want my pup to jump, sniff, lick her and seemed frustrated she was squirming atound during the exam... she's still a puppy, not fully trained yet and full of love and did not care for this particular vet as much. Good care is always provided here though. Highly recommend.

I have a rescue dog who has a lot of anxiety with new people. The staff has always been gentle and caring with my dog. The fact that she doesn’t shake when they are caring for her says a lot. You can tell that the staff really do care about the animals and treat them as if they were their own pet. Also they take time to know the pet so when we come in I don’t have to repeat past history etc. They greet my dog with familiarity which I really like. The whole staff are AWESOME!

These people are amazing. They board my dog for a good price with great love and enthusiasm. They and my dog are always so excited to see each other. They give you a free bath if your dog is there for 4+ days and even have a ball pit for them to play in!!! (Photo attached). Thank you bear valley for taking such good care of my baby!!! These compassionate, competent and professional people navigated us through our dog's end of life issues and provided our family members with a compassionate, un-rushed process as we let go of our 16-year-old dude. I cannot recommend them enough.

I really wanted to like it here and loved the vets. However, when trying to make a boarding request it was a mess. I originally spoke to Dani who gave me pricing and talked through everything and it was fairly simple. My dogs vaccines had expired that week so I needed to get them up to date she had told me no worries we could do that at drop off. I submitted a request online for two weekends and got followed up with my Chris. He told me that the price would be different from when I originally asked and was quite off putting when I questioned it. Overall it was more of a stressor and just felt like it was a burden for them to board my pets. He had told me I would get a call back when they figured out pricing, however they never called back. I followed up and tried to finalize for the second weekend I needed, giving up on the first since it was to late and the first one was the one with the question on payment. She informed me she couldn’t finalize the request, which I was very confused by since there were no questions about that weekend pricing, and that she would give me a call back that day. Again no one called, so I called the next morning and just pulled my cat and dog from the clinic and I am going to go else where. Such a shame because I loved the vets, but the lack of communication and professionalism was concerning.

The best vets! I am a nervous dog mom and they are always so patient and kind to me and my corgi. They are great communicators and respond quickly to any inquiries I send. Also a huge plus that my pup (Butter) loves them as well! She gets all wiggly and excited when we go through the check in process. They make going to the vet a positive experience every time.

Covid has been hard enough, and they have accommodated everyone by doing zoom meetings for a live visit. It's not hours upon hours to get you pet seen. And they love your animals like they are their own. Wonderful people and a talented veterinary clinic!

Bear Valley Vet Care Center is where you want to take your furry friend. They are intelligent and make your pet feel right at home. They are going above and beyond during these unprecedented times and giving Zoom links so you can be in the exam room with them and actively participate in your pet's exam. They are always so kind and will make sure you understand everything before sending you on your way.

Doctors Newett and Stevenson and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They’re all also truly compassionate and caring.
