Awesome place with great staff and reasonable prices. Their new building that opened this week is very nice and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Our dog comes homes happy and tired every time.

We took our dog Ben to daycare once or twice a week for about 3 months. He loved. You could tell how excited he got as we drove up the driveway. When Ben reached 6 month old he was close to 60-lbs and getting quite rambunctious so we switched to training. We also use the very well equipped dog park.

We're 2 weeks into puppy training with our pup Charlie. Janet has been great. You can tell she has significant experience with training. She's also taken extra time after both classes to speak with us and answer questions we've had, even though they weren't directly related to the cirriculum. The classes are small which is nice. It feels like each dog is getting more personal attention during the lessons. Price wise, it's a great value as well. We plan to continue with more training once puppy classes are completed.

I was in town for a family death and was able to live my two small dogs here several times over the week. I was nervous as they have not really been exposed to a lot of other dogs but staff was patient, very kind and the facilities were great!

Our pup loves to go here for day care. She gets to play all day long.

Great staff! They are building a new area and it already looks so nice. Brieanne is just wonderful with the dogs.

I LOVE this place for daycare! They take such good care of my dogs and remember my wife and I, and send us pictures of the pups every time they come in. They even helped my aunt bring our dogs from her car when she had to bring them in a few times. You won't find more attentive staff in Colorado Springs, at least of the several I tried. We also know they take special care of our dogs as their social skills have greatly improved since they started going. The only reason I'm docking a star is because their kennels for overnight and long stays made me sad. They're tight with very little comforts and I was told the dogs only get fed once a day.

Vader loves it when he gets to be dropped off for daycare. His first day, he was shy but over time has made so many doggy friends ! The staff is so friendly and they care so much for the pets! I’d definitely recommend this place 100%. The thing I LOVE the most is that they send report cards at the end of day with photos of your pups day … it brightens my day so much ☺️

Pickles loves it here. They have a trainer that teaches dogs how to swim. The gentleman taught Pickles how to swim amd now he's a water boy. Loves swimming in lakes and streams.

UTS daycare takes great care of our puppy, and make sure the dogs are interacting well with each other. We love the pictures and report cards, and our dog loves attending daycare at UTS!

Took my dog there for her first daycare and group dog experience, she did excellent and they did an awesome job, and she came home relaxed for the rest of the day! Can't wait to take her back to play woth her friends!

Absolutely TERRIBLE trial experience. They have a “no touch policy” that they do not make known as a new customer. Their solution to bad behavior is EXCESSIVELY spraying diluted distilled white vinegar, and locking your precious pooch in a crate. Was 100% unaware of their “discipline tactics” until my poor baby had to go to the vet. He is recovering from a serious infection & chemical burn. Which they refused to compensate for their wrongdoing. Also, never received his puppy report card with pictures from his visit. No wonder, he was locked away in a crate!! This company dropped the ball and refused to do anything about it. Would not recommend.

My dog was abused here. He stayed for daycare and was not behaving after a while so the staff sprayed him point blank repeatedly with concentrated vinegar on the top of the head since there is a no touch policy. Now I can see his skin and scabs on the top of his head and burn marks on his nose. His fur is falling out. No one told me this was procedure nor did they care to wash it out before sending him home. No touch? But you have training and grooming? I'm furious about this kind of "care" you all provide. EDIT: post owner response . How was my dog in your daycare if he failed the temperament test? I was told by an employee he passed. Heather the owner said she tried multiple times to call me, she tried once. I called them back a few mins later, no answer. She told me over the phone when I was upset with their service "I do not run a daycare" excuse me. If I read the title correctly, this place says it is a daycare. The only mean word I used is shtt because that's all over the property. But keep trying to smear customers. I was there to pick up my dog at 4:02 pm. You also told us over the phone there is a "No-touch" policy. Never got any pictures and a report like they said would be given. This owner can not get any facts straight and is lying through her teeth. She knows it too

Excellent place for dog daycare and training! I’ve been taking my two large dogs there a couple of times a week for the last year and have been really happy with everything. My dogs love going and are always super tired from playing all day. The staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond and offered extra assistance handling my dogs while I was visibly pregnant. Also had a great experience with one-on-one and group training with Tim. Would definitely recommend Under the Sun for daycare and training!!

My little guy will still sometimes bark at my roommates, but he runs to his friends at UTS. He absolutely loves it

An absolute joke. We were thrilled to find a daycare at a reasonable price that had such good outdoor access, but the service is horrible. Some of the workers are kind, and others are short, rude, and will tell you what you want to hear to get you to bring your dogs back. I should have known to never go back when we were told the complete opposite things about our dogs in person than what was written on their “report cards.” We were also not allowed to see the area our dogs would be in throughout the day, nor are there any cameras like most dog daycares. I was horrified picking up my two dogs tonight. I could hear one of our dogs crying/whining from the parking lot outside, and found she had been left alone without any attendant, even though we were told this was never allowed. My lab mix who loves everything and everybody acted skittish and scared when brought out to us, and we were then told the one women was the only worker left, and there were 6 dogs, meaning ALL of the dogs were left completely unattended. We have been paying for a service that was promised but not delivered, and the worker seemed completely uninterested and brushed off our concerns and questions.

The staff are professional and friendly. Our dog Maker's loves it there. Between the swimming lessons and the park and personal walks he comes home all tired out. Were looking forward to doing training in a few weeks. This has been the best experience for all of us.

Poorly communicated offerings and then after three days charged us for something we understood to be included. They also purchased a choke collar without calling me first, which isn't something we wanted to use with our dog anyway, and then expected me to pay for it when I picked up my dog.

My dogs love it at Under the Sun Doggie Daycare! They have so much fun playing all day and the staff is so knowledgeable and caring, we all love Under the Sun! Great daycare with owners and staff that go above and beyond.

We bring our pup here when she needs to get some of her energy out at puppy daycare. They are affordable, professional, and great with the dogs.
