My husband and I are first time dog owners and we felt like we could use some guidance in training our goldendoodle (Finnigan). We really wanted to set Finnigan up for success and found Sit Means Sit checked all the boxes in our initial consultation. We are beyond happy with the progress we have seen in Finnigan’s training in just a few short months. Though it may be a bit pricey, we have found it has been totally worth it! The trainers are all super helpful and anytime you have a question they’ve all been very responsive. We love Sit Means Sit and would recommend it to anyone seeking training for their furry friend!

We're having a really good experience with Sit Means Sit. They train the owner/handler how to train the dog. And then it's up to the owner/handler to make sure the dog is getting the necessary practice. Our pup was a handful when we got her. A little monster. But now, at six months, an almost amazing transformation into a much better behaved dog. And so much easier to live with and love on. We are very happy with our decision to move forward with the training.

Very impressed with the training Sam has received so far. The trainers also have trained us how to train Sam. We have seen a significant improvement with Sam following commands and his manners. Staff and trainers are great and have the best interest of Sam in mind at all times. Strongly recommend for anyone whose dog needs training.

My newly adopted boy Karl and myself shared our anxiety, not knowing what to expect for our first lesson. Thank you to all staff that we encountered but a special shout out to CODY, our trainer who put us both at ease????

Our dog has been in the program alittle over a month and the results are amazing! My husky listens so well and does great socializing with anyone! The trainers are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They train using the collar, not as a punishment but as a tool to gain our dogs focus again and they are always set up for success.. would recommend to anyone!

All the trainers are great with the dogs and their people. Training focuses on rewarding good behavior. All sessions are designed for the dogs and their people enjoyment The sessions don’t seem like work at all.

We’ve had our 8 month old Great Dane pup in a different training class since we got him. He gradually became more reactive as he got older, to the point that we kind of got kicked out of class. Sit means sit was a God send. We have almost complete control over him now. We can walk him and he doesn’t lose his mind when pass other dogs or people. Most of the time he has zero reaction to them. We were even able to attend group class tonight and he did amazing!! We’re so excited for him to become more comfortable and more social with other people and dogs.

Impressive facility and personal attention. We boarded our 6 month old beagle mix for 7 days and she was improved forever. JD provided clear instructions for us to continue training to get the well-behaved dog of our dreams.

They are really ahead of the times with dog training. I love how they use e-collars not as punishment but as a reminder for my dogs to pay attention and focus on the task at hand. They have a whole different approach with training compared to what I have experienced in the past at other places. And they are ALWAYS there to answer any questions or concerns. You truly get your money’s worth!

We dropped our pup off at Sit Means Sit for 2 weeks of training while we were out of town. The staff there is amazing! They sent us photos and videos and texts of how he was doing each day. They came to our home for personalized training afterwards and we continue to go there for group trainings. Our pup was fairly well behaved before the training, but they certainly took him to a level that we just did not have the time to do.

We are very pleased with Sit Means Sit. Their trainers have been extremely responsive to any concern we have. Every time we meet, they go over any concerns and offer suggestions on how to work with our dogs so we are all happy. I am now able to take my german shepherd for a 3 mile walk without her pulling or yanking my arm. It is fantastic!! Can't say thank you enough to the team at Sit Means Sit for giving us the tools/training to work with our dogs.

I signed my dog up to do the five on visit training and then the lifetime of extra training. We did three training sessions. I am not a fan of the bark collar at all. I expressed this with one of the trainers on our second training session and got brushed off. I have not gone back since our third training session. I have not gotten a phone call from the establishment asking why we haven’t returned or what can they do to help us. I paid a total of 1795 I think it was for training and a bark collar. I haven’t asked for a refund because Quite frankly I don’t think I’ll get one. A phone call would’ve been nice asking why we haven’t returned. That’s a lot of money I paid for nobody to care if we came back or not.

If your looking for a great place for dog training, this is it! They have plenty of options to help meet your dog's needs so he/she can be successful! I'm really satisfied with how the results from the 2wk board and train. Every class after enhances my digs skills and behavior! Thank you! Their Great team of trainers is really the bread and butter!

Ryan and Hanna were amazing with our dogs. We have a Shiba Inu who is very stubborn. Prior to training, he would run from us and ignore any attempts to call him back. Since completing a 5 day board and train, we have taken him out multiple times off leash and he responds almost immediately when called back. We were concerned about his response to the training and boarding, but Ryan assured us that he could train any dog, and he met our expectations. We also have a Presa Canario, who at the time of the board and train was 4 months. He will be going back at 8 months for a second week and we are excited to see his progress. We loved the updates and videos throughout the week. Overall, we are very happy with the training our dogs received and the professionalism and responsiveness of the trainers. We would definitely recommend Sit Means Sit!
