I got my dog groomed here today, and I admit she was very matted and she is antsy, so it may have been a difficult job. But the groomer didn’t trim her face at all which was not matted, or her tail, and a few other areas that were not matted whatsoever. And there was hair that was half cut. And it was falling off of her as I walked her out and I had to cut a good amount just hanging off of her by myself. They only took 20 minutes and I wish they took a little more time to clean her up around the areas that, like I said, were not matted whatsoever.

Since they closed the Cheyenne mountain location I have been coming to this petco for grooming. The girls are fantastic. They make me feel super comfortable leaving my lil chihuahua with them. He is very dramatic. But, he does really well with them, because of how they handle him! Great crew who cares deeply for your pets. All of the girls at this location rock. A++++++

Don’t bother getting quality answer of how to care for the bearded dragons you purchase here or information on the enclosure specifications. I was literally told to “watch a YouTube video” and not any specific video, on how to care for my new pet. If you plan to purchase from here just know what you need beforehand.

Local Petco had NO groomers at their location. So I had to use this location. Made me an appointment for the very next day. Usually have to wait a week, so grateful. Got my kids in for exceptional service. Nail trim and buff for my big girl, and bath and haircut (with nail trim) for my little man. So happy. Did a fine job.

The animals sold here have such poor living conditions that most of them look sick. Very sad!

I went in 15 mins before closing. Anthony took the time to educate me on the benefits of Orijin pet food without rushing me out the door. Supet friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help, Anthony!

I cane in on 8/2/21 around 9:15am looking for Dog Treats to give to Jamie & Phoebe whom come visit in the morning w/ my Holly Cat. The MOST Paranoid, Pychchotic employee was both Physical & Verbal Abusive & Aggressive even though we are both FULLY Covid-19 Vaccinated & she had o a mask.bI understand having high risk family members as my Spouse has been ILL for 29 years. Get educated or stay Home til you can do your job properly. I worked Medical Clinical & Non- Clinical I've educating myself & taking proper precautions. You should be suspended & have to be educated about Covid-19 & the Variances that are happening. I doubt I will ever go to any Petco again & will share w/ friends not to shop @ Petco. Horrible, Unprofessional, Disgusting

I felt so bad for them because it seemed like they were short staffed! The employees who were there were really helpful and did their best. The store was out of stock of what we were shopping for.

My husband and I went in with questions on what we should do for our dog that’s been having an upset stomach. We were lucky enough to come in contact with Anthony, who was extremely helpful. It’s hard to find customer service like Anthony provided to us. He sat and talked, explained, and educated us on everything we needed to know and was an absolute sweetheart! Thank you so much! This will be our new Petco after our experience today.

Super friendly, knowledgeable pet grooming staff. Particularly Sophie - you can tell she has a genuine love for animals, & she takes great car of each one she grooms. Ask for Sophie - I highly recommend her!

UNSAFE GROOMERS! Do not risk endangerment of your pets in the grooming department. Darcy & Brittney are rough with the animals & yank on the leashes. I stormed out before my dog could be groomed after seeing how they treat the animals. They have no clue who your pet is no matter how many times you’ve been in & are careless with pertinent information on your pet. Brittney seemed out of it and possibly under the influence of drugs. I did not feel my pet was safe nor did I feel welcomed as a loyal customer.

Don't carry medium crickets anymore, consistently out of smalls both carry-out and otherwise, POS systems don't take cards half the time, staff is rude and dismissive, and there's very little help or urgency when needed on the floor. Extremely unwelcoming. Was accused of having thrown a terrarium that was cracked, bought a bulb that was defective and they put it right back on the shelf, was instructed to open up their tote of large crickets when i asked about size rather than being shown. Why is this dump open if they can't take money, don't want to help, and never have stock? My pets would starve if i didn't spend $20 each way via uber for the nearest reptile food retailer.

Great selection. The issue with this, and most, commerical pet stores, is that the employees have no experience with these animals. They are usually no help with specific questions.

The store is dirty, unorganized, poorly stocked, & the employees are not well-trained. I asked a question about my account when I first arrived & the cashier started talking about a meeting & he said I needed to call customer service. (I already had & they directed me to the store.) When I went to check out, I told the new cashier I wanted to use my Petco card - he told me he didn't even know they had cards. The manager was decent about it all, but I'll just go back to ordering everyone from Chewy.
