First time I took my dog to this groomer, I was impressed. The 4th time, not so much. They didn't follow the instructions I gave them the first time. I don't mind paying $100 on the service they provide. But for as long as they follow the instructions I gave them. I'm taking my dog to them one more time. If they don't follow the instructions, I will quit them.

Got our doggo in last minute on a Saturday. Very pleased with results. Will be taking him back again. Friendly and understood our needs.

We have been here for about 3 years & our dog has always looked good. She loves going there. The price is reasonable & it's easy to get her scheduled.

I have noticed some reviews from people that say they have had a bad experience with us recently. I'm not mentioning names but just so everyone knows we do not disrespect your animals in any way. We do the best job we can and we love our jobs here. The owner is one of the top groomers and doesn't usually work up front with the customers. I've never seen her treat customers or dogs badly. Sometime she's direct and may say something that you don't want to hear but it's in the best interest of your dog or cat. Im sorry if your unhappy with our service but you can always come to us with an issue and we will do our best to fix the problem. I have taken my dogs here for years and used to recommend it to everyone. But after this last time no more. Their treatment of animals in their care is abysmal. Their work lately has been sub par and the owner is snappy and rude. If you love your pets DO NOT take them here!

They went above and beyond. Friendly affordable and professional.

Very knowledgeable. Still go here even though I moved 20 minutes away. I recommend them to my neighbors on fb pages every time.

By far the worst grooming job I’ve ever had on my dog in the 12 years that I’ve owned her my dog has tons of patchy spots. I’ve never posted in disgust before I paid before hand so beware

WOW!!! WOW!!! Our miniature poodle never looked this good in the last 8 years. She is absolutely beautiful. After a day the the Friendly Paws Grooming, she is gorgeous. I just want to recommend this great business for the fine and courteous treatment we received for our dogie. I was delayed at picking up my puppy and they treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I can't say enough great things about the quality of their work and extras done with the grooming. They did a horrible job on cutting my dogs hair. Missed several spots that I had to touch up. Obviously they didn't care because it was very noticeable. They told us 3 hours and it was pushing 5 hours. Unprofessional and very disappointing!!!

Really disappointed with my dogs grooming from Friendly Paws. Her body is all different lengths and they cut her ears lopsided and extremely uneven. I’ve been grooming my dog for the past 5 months during quarantine, and I did a better job than what I paid for at Friendly Paws. Really disappointed and I’ll find a new groomer for the next cut.

I took our dog snickers in for nail trimming this morning and we were in and out in less than five minutes. Everyone we spoke to was kind, courteous, and professional. Very sweet and gentle to our Snickers. Made sure she was comfortable and helped keep her calm. This is how things have gone every time I've had her in. I highly recommend them if you have a pet(s) to take care of. Wonderful staff doing great work. I can't say enough good things about them.

Took my small dog in for a trim. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that she took the time to show me around and explain things. When I picked up my dog, he initially looked fine. However, when I got home, I realized that he had a pretty big chunk of fur missing from his fluffy tail. Apparently the groomer had accidentally shaved it while trying to get a different area. The rest of him looks fine, but his tail looks pretty bad, and it will take a while for the long hair to grow back. Wish I could say I would take him here again, but I don't think I will. :(

Always take my terrier here, he needs to be hand stripped so it’s kind of a process. They always make him look and smell great!

i tried calling and guess the business is closed, anyway I took my Auzteen for a groom there and he contacted Kennel cough poor lil guy he suffered for three days. that is the only place he has been to and his groom was expensive/

This place is great!! The whole staff treats my pets like their own!! I am so happy I found this place!!

We've had 4 dogs over the years and LOVE this place. One dog was a mill dog rescue that was too fearful to go in a crate ever again. We used 3 groomers prior to Friendly Paws that curtly told us not to return with the Golden. Friendly Paws said no problem, he just lays down with other dogs.anyway. We now bring our old timer Catahoola here many years. Service is great, prices fair and we trust them.
