We love Bear Creek! They are always kind and professional and don't make us feel guilty when we go for long periods of time without bringing our dogs in. Thanks We had to put our 15ur old dog down a while back and they sent us such a nice card in the mail, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing vet.

Have taken our puppy here for all of his first shots and vaccines. He also comes in for happy visits and the staff is very friendly each time. They have great availability and are accommodating. The vet is informative, caring, knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you for wonderful service. All of your hard work is appreciated!

Each time we have had to take our cats to Bear Creek Veterinary Care, we have only had the best care for our cats and us. The facility is cozy, loving staff, loving patients and their masters, and not once have we been rejected for anything. They work with us on our financial limits and still give our pets the 5 Star Treatment. Thank you all for all you do for our pets/children and always there to lend a hand, support, and love as well. Great people who actually care!

We took our 7y/o Weimaraner to receive the heavy news that our boy has lymphoma. Despite the diagnosis this was the best over all experience We’ve ever had with a vet. The staff was attentive, kind, empathetic, and collaborative in our treatment plan for our sweet boy. The doctor called us the next morning to check in our boy and that just sealed the deal that they’re an awesome vet clinic! 10/10 would recommend

I started taking my dog here last year and I have nothing but good things to say about their staff. They are all very professional and extremely thorough. I never feel rushed, and they answer all of my questions. I love this place!

They’ve been pretty good so far, however, it’s unreal how when a patient is in a time of struggle, whether it be financial, emotional, or otherwise, the doctor can’t even call in a script for a patient? What kind of vet refuses to call in a scrip for a patient quoting “we don’t work with 3rd party pharmacies”? Well when you don’t carry my medication, what is my other option? You are the people who prescribed me a medication you don’t carry. What logic is there behind that?

They are so caring and quick. We will always take our pets here!

Worth every penny to know your pet is being fully assessed

They do a good job of caring for your pets and have good availability compared to most places in town. Just a little on the pricey side though.

We have seen Dr. DeWitt and Dr. Unsell now for both wellness and urgent needs. Our experiences have been nothing shy of excellent. We’ve lived in the area for nearly two years and hadn’t found the perfect veterinary practice for us yet. But we have finally found where we will call home for our pups and cat during our time here in Colorado Springs. It is so important to me for my pets’ veterinary care team to get in the floor and get to know them and their needs, and to gain their trust and cooperation with fear free methods. Bear Creek’s team does just that; and for that, they have won our patronage.

After a misunderstanding, on my part, I highly recommend Bear Creek Vet to anyone looking for a high quality vet practice. The staff is top-notch & they care about our pets as much as we do! Always clean, calm, & welcoming atmosphere.

This group of animal cartakers are the kindest down to earth people.The docs care about your pet more than you money , Ive been to 3 different Vets in CS and none of them have treated us as well as these folks.They call you through the week too check on your pet and your can call them and actually speak with your Vet. Just got 2 kitties and they had a cold I was trying to get my kitties into any vet i could find for 2 weeks but everywhere was booked for weeks or months out!. finally found a walk in place and I got all the way down there and they were closed when their sign said they were stoposted to be open at the time I was there.. I was super upset so I called around to more vets and finally found bear creek had 1 opening left for the day.. went and they really took care of both my cats and I was super appreciative. They called me 2 days later to see if my kitties were getting any better:) looks like this will be my vet from now on.

Took my friend's dog to get his rabies shot here, they recommended a few things but weren't pushy when I said only the rabies shot. Might bring my cat here since they're close by and the staff is kind to both you and your pet.

Bear Creek Vet was so kind and patient when dealing with euthanizing my sweet cat, Pumpkin. The options they have for this process and afterwards are affordable and beautiful. I will be taking my animals here from now on.

My normal vet was booked for two weeks. Bear Creeks was able to get my dog checked in 2 days.

My cat, Phil, stopped eating and drinking. I called them and, though they weren't taking new clients till August, a cancellation gave us an opening. I took Phil in and they went above and beyond to try and heal him. The entire staff treated him like one of their own. Their empathy with my family and I when Phil was diagnosed with Kidney disease and Liver failure was incredibly comforting. And, above all, their compassion and caring made this saddening and difficult time more bearable. It makes me glad to know that Phil was with friends, as well as family, during his final days. These folks are the ones you want to take care of your companion/buddy/friend, though hopefully not for exactly the same reason that brought us together. Give them a call and I'm sure they'll go to the extremes for your ENTIRE family, just as they did mine.

These vets are just the best. The staff is wonderful and they have cared for all of my animals with grace, competency and kindness. THE BEST.

Overpriced. Don’t waste your hard earned money on the puppy plan, it’s not even for one year, which is what they tell you when you buy it.

My dog gets happy when he sees the staff and that's a great sign. Oy issue is having to find a pharmacy that has the prescriptions they give me.

Found this gem of a place when my dog had a siezure! They follow up and follow thru! We love this place

My german shepherd has horrible anxiety from being crated in a tiny crate & then abandoned by a previous owner who is more concerned w/ her drama than the life of another family member. Anyhow, my dog needed surgery for cyst removal. They did a fine job, but they noticed poor ajax was having a panic attack when they put him in a cage to recover (normal procedure). They did the right thing by keeping him with a nurse in the front of the office to calm his anxiety & used alternative methods that calmed him while they called us to get him because ajax wanted to go home. As soon as my girls picked him up, Ajax immediately calmed down. My thanks to everyone for seeing my best friend as a patient to be cared for rather than an animal to be controlled.

They were so amazing! Went for an emergency and had to wait outside due to COVID. I never felt any extra stress regarding what was going on because they communicated everything step by step.
