They were able to squeeze my dog in when everyone else was booked for two weeks away for an emergency. Very grateful they were willing to go above and beyond for us!

My normally VERY skittish dog NEVER acts skittish with them. They're the only people he'll let touch him, much less cut his nails, ect.. Love them!!

For years, each time I get an unwelcoming attitude especially on the phone. They don't need or want your business. A bit pricey as well. I gave them multiple chances thinking someone was just having a bad day or new staff might be there now but the owner must not care about who they hire. Done giving grace, chances and my money to this place.

My cat had a cut which had gotten infected. I called a couple places. Couldn't get in today so I made a future appt. But called Aspen Clinic..They were able to squeeze me in.They even took the time to cancel my appt that I had made with another vet clinic.. We were in and out within 30 minutes after our arrival. The doctor and staff were very professional, caring and provided the best customer!!!! And for an affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!..Thank you Aspen Clinic. ????

We have been clients of Austin bluffs animal clinic for over 17 years. That equates to 4 dogs and 2 cats. In all those years we have never had a bad experience. From the veterinarians to the front desk reception staff their customer service. care and compassion are second to none. They never make you feel rushed even if their day is hectic and running behind. They always discuss options with you so that important you are always a part of your pets treatment plan. Can't recommend them enough!!

Quick appointment times, friendly service, and attentive staff.

After two years as loyal patients, our family was told we would no longer be able to receive services here. The explanation, from the eyes of my two now deceased furry family members, would say this is a blessing! The negligence of Dr. Monik whom, despite a charming demeanor, still failed to dutifully and authentically follow up after my beloved dog had an elevated potassium level. Two months later, after he failed to refer for cardiac evaluation and potentially medication management, my dog, who had zero pre-existing conditions aside from some arthritis, suffered a cardiac event in front of our whole family, and passed away. At the ER follow up with Dr. Ben (who first assessed him for the elevated potassium 1 week after it was discovered at the ER and Dr. Monik was out of town) wrongly accused me of allowing my dog access to marijuana, when this was and is still, entirely impossible. Might be hard to believe Dr Ben, but not everyone in the state of Colorado uses pot, and it is absurd that you would use this as an excuse in place of appropriate follow though when your patients potassium is high and they collapse sending them to the ER. Perhaps she was not comfortable enough in her skill set to look outside of a marijuana overdose as the cause, so she took the easy way out. Although the loss of my heart and soul dog is the most important in me even taking the time to write this, it is worthwhile for review purposes to mention the monetary issue as well. I received approx $150 in return for an annual policy they advertise, that I subsequently paid over a thousand dollars for in February of this year, AND he didn’t live long enough to have his teeth cleaned, which is listed on their plan for around $300+. In the end, I lost my best friend and they did not fairly reimburse me for the plan we could no longer use. I was told that the women who typically handles reimbursement was deployed and someone less familiar was taking over her position. I am not a mathematician but know full well that receiving $150 for an insurance plan that costs over a thousand dollars and was not fully used in 7 months time does not seem fair. If I could offer any words of wisdom here, aside from advocating for your much loved pet and getting that second opinion, it would be to avoid Austin Bluffs Vets like the plague. In all of my adult years and various veterinarians that I have had the opportunity to work with in caring for my fur family, this place took bottom rung.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic. They served our elderly dog so well until we had to say goodbye to her. Now we have a new dog whom they have also treated with the same level of care and kindness. You can tell the staff truly love their patients and go above and beyond to make sure they are well cared for.

They have always been great with all of our animals! With our most recent visit they squeezed us in even though they didn't have an appointment available! The staff is always friendly and helpful, they really care for your fur baby!!!!

I appreciate this clinic so much. My dog Leo was diagnosed with mast cell cancer he had to have four spots removed. They were opening honest about pricing at the initial visit. They cut his nails for me and treated him with such compassion and love. Brittany and Dr dorsett helped in my initial visit and then she was the one to do his surgery today. Leo's incisions are very clean and he he was taken well care of. I will not take any of my animals to any other clinic I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the doctor. She even called me after my initial visit to let me know that it was cancer and her empathy was touching. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who needs to take their animals in.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the exam room. They helped put me at ease with my new puppy, and got me in right away when we needed her to be seen. Thank you ABAC!

My wife and I were visiting the area with our dogs! We found a small growth on our Border Collie that was not there when we left our home in AZ. Our friends that are local to the area recommended Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic that they use. The Staff was professional, courteous and very efficient, they were even able to get us in on short notice as well!!! We are considering relocating to the area, and if we do this will be our GO TO Vet Clinic without a doubt!!!

We've been coming her with our cats for 10+ years and have been happy 95% of the time. Minor things have bugged us, but we still recommend these vets. They're better than some other vets we've used.

I was charged more for a booster shot than the original shot and I was told it's because I had an exam with the original shot. I was not told that when I asked about the price of the booster shot at the original appointment. I asked the prices of everything clearly so why was I charged more than what you qouted me? That's foul. You're taking advantage of someone that has just been laid off to make things worse. I'll be looking for somewhere else to go.

They took me in and helped my dog

The staff was wonderful and so kind. As a Pittie mom I am always worried how my girl will be treated going somewhere new especially the vet and they all just loved her and she loved them. They were amazing and quick. We just moved here from California so finding a new vet was nerve wracking when we have had the same one for 10 years. Thanks to the doctor and staff We will forever go back here. We felt comfortable and welcomed. They were upfront about costs didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need but were very accommodating for everything we needed for our insurance company.

Veterinarian techs and doctors care so much about your pets.

Animals can't tell you what's wring, so a veterinarian who will spend the time to explain their thinking about what might be up with with our furry friends makes a world of difference. Dr Hands was great with the patient, but more importantly we didn't feel at all hurried, and every minute there was efficient... No lengthy waiting for check-in, exam, discussion and prescription, and then checkout.

There are some really caring people here. The Dr is really amazing. You can tell he really loves animals. They have been taking care of my cat for a few years now and I would not go anywhere else.
