Mobile Pet Shine Centennial, Colorado

I used mobile pet shine on my daughter reconnait-on. Her groomer had left so they sent someone else (Emma). I have a Bichon After grooming (less than 50 minutes) he looked like a rat! He was still wet and smelled like an unwashed pet. Obviously this young lady had never groomed à Bichon (she was nice and polite) They send anyone available. They charged $125 +her tip. Shameful!

Expensive. Not going with them.

The have a promo code on facebook that says if you call you get a free super shine upgrade package and free same day appointment. I just tore my ACL and am in pinch and need my dog groomed, so I called to use the promo code. And they said they can’t do the same day appointment, in fact they don’t have a free appointment until 2 weeks later. To add on top of that, you still actually have to pay for the upgrade for the super shine package. What is the point in having any of that posted when you can’t actually do any of those services? It’s ridiculous.

My lil guy is so nervous when I take him to a conventional groomer .. mobile pet shine did an amazing job !

Lauren is absolutely amazing with my miniature schnauzer. He recognizes her when she comes to the door. I will not go anywhere else and I will continue to refer family and friends.

Our groomer Lauren is amazing. She communicates well about arrival times and our puppy loves her! Mobile Pet Shine has been our puppy's grooming service ever since we got her a year ago and I can't imagine using any other service. Our puppy is always happy to see her and looks great when she is done.

I got off to a bad start with these folks, they said their App had deleted my appointment. In any event, they did get me in the next day, Flor came to the house and took my large 80 lb plus Giant Schnauzer to the Mobile Grooming Truck and 2 hours later she was back in the house smelling like a freshly washed (and Groomed!) puppy. Flor did a great job, these dogs are not easy to groom. Very pleased with the work she did. THANKS!!!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this experience is just poor business management and I would not recommend them. To start off they were over an hour late to the appointment. I bring my sheepadoodle out and they say that it will be an additional $50 because of the length of his hair (not because he was matted). Which on the appointment scheduling call they said that it would only cost more if the groomer assessed the dog and their was matting. They knew exactly how I wanted my dog cut, his age, weight and breed during the initial call. They should have told me there would be additional fees because it would be a “premium doodle cut” to keep him fluffy and long. After I refused the grooming they still charged me the $25 cancellation fee. Sad to see businesses handle their customers this way when it was bad communication on their end.

He’s so happy with his cut couldn’t stop purring! The service was professional, the girl that cut my cats hair was super friendly, she really took care of my cat. The quality of work was the best cut I’ve ever received for my cat way better than pet co-Very clean.

I love this company and all the groomers they send out. Everyone has been very nice and always feel totally comfortable giving them my dog for an hour or two.

I would give this company a zero star review if I could. Their communication in their timing is horrible. They had an appointment at 7 AM at my house and so far it is 35 minutes past the appointment time no groomer insight and no telephone call explaining why they’re running late. I highly recommend that nobody ever uses company My appointment was made for Monday not Tuesday because I had Monday off of work. I’m sorry if your records have the wrong date on them. I have also called and left you at least 15 voicemails today which nobody has even bothered to contact me. Your customer service sucks and nobody should use your services

Just had a great experience with my large(100lb) dog, after trying to find a mobile service that does large dogs. They were very responsive when I requested the appointment. The groomer showed up on time and did a fantastic job!!! Will definitely schedule another appointment.

My kitty was pampered and refreshed back to her daisy status by Nicki today. It was mine and my kitty's first experience needing grooming services and I literally couldn't be happier with the service we received. Nicki was so thorough and so professional; she kept my girl as stress free as possible and eased my stress by ensuring that I understand everything. Definitely recommend!!I

This nasty company parked their truck right in front of my house. Dumped all this dog hair in front of my windows! Both my son and I are extremely allergic and now at urgent care! Their response was someone will be in contact shortly! Absolutely disgusting

I had a few bad experience but overall they do good. Costly.

Ashley and her partner (I'm sorry I can't recall her name) did a wonderful job with our cat Toby. He's skittish and a bit nervous but they handled that well. I completely recommend their grooming services and we'll be using them next time!

The first couple times I used Mobil pet shine, my dog came out so beautifully and I loved that I didn’t have to leave her somewhere was right outside the door. However, the last time I used this service I was so disappointed. The groomer came to the house as usual but I was not there to put my dog in the van and she does have bad anxiety. They charged me extra for taking care of a anxious dog. Then her hair cut was horrible, she had uneven spots all over her. So I called them let them know I was not happy with her haircut, they were nice enough to send a groomer back out to fix her hair but they sent out the same groomer that messed her hair up the first time, and her hair was worse than before. She had spots all over her where the razor got so close it was just a line with no hair, her stomach was shaved so close there was barely any hair and her face was so uneven I’m still trying to make it work. I would say if you’re gonna use this service inspect all of your dog before they leave and make sure it’s what you asked for.

After a rough start (my address in the system was 10 miles off) Sasha showed up and Bella loved her right from the get go. A previous groomer had told me Bella did not like the nail grinder but Sasha had no problems as Bella stayed calm until the hair dryer. Bella was happy and showed no signs of distress once I brought her back inside; and she smells awesome! Her coat is so soft and lighter with the de-shedding.

I have a cat which this is the 2nd time I have used this company. Great staff and service.

Thanks to Ashley. She did a wonderful job on my cat. Wish I could post pictures, before and after. Great service, very on time. Cost is acceptable. I had checked different grooming salons. Most of them don't have separate rooms for cats. If you don't want your pet(s) to be frightened by other customers, you should consider Mobile Pet Shine. They come to your driveway with a clean, all equipped spa inside the van. It is an A+++ company.

Absolutely horrible now I have to pay another groomer to come out an fix the botch job they did! I will never recommend them to anyone an honestly I should get my $150 back what a waste of money

I'm beyond upset, she left my kittens cold and soaking wet would not even give a discount could not provide a receipt for this over priced service both of my cats are still shedding and their fur looks dingy. I paid $ 230 to have someone hose them down. Simply a horrifying experience.

I have only used Mobile Pet Shine one time, but it won't be my last! Nikki (I hope I remembered her name) was ADORABLE! She took great care of both of my dogs. You can stop right here if you need a mobile groomer. They are great!

My cat hates to be groomed mainly because of other animals at most groomers. We have been using Mobile Pet for years and she does great. She comes back inside with a beautiful lion cut and loves all of the attention. Instead of hiding for days and being scared she is out and about showing off her new cut. All the groomers have been amazing with her and our dog who hates having his nails trimmed. We highly recommend.

OMG!! They are awesome!! Zen has never looked so good after a bath!! Gerry was very patient, and caring!! And my dog was happy after her "doggie spa day" !!????

Cannot recommend this company enough! Flor made our Great Pyrenees named Hoji look incredible. I'll definitely be using them again! Amazing group of people

Great people. But super expensive for just a wash. I went to Auto Wash that has a pet wash for 10 bucks, vs 125. I was thinking 60-75.

Ashley was amazing with my 12 year old boarder/Aussie we could not take him to the groomer anymore he gets really bad ANXIETY . but Ashley was amazing she handled our Shadow with great care. She is an angel as far I'm concern also the people making the apointment were also great. Thank you so much the Flynn Family

I called and they happened to have a cancellation, so Katherine was able to get me scheduled for the same day. Katherine was very patient on the phone and was very helpful. Bri came to my house a little bit later and was terrific with my 2 dogs who hate baths. Great service! This is an expensive service, also my first time using, so I’m not sure what to compare it to. Wonderful people and Bri was so good with my dogs. Definitely recommend!

My cat had mats on his back, some of which were pretty hard, I was worried about getting him groomed and if removing them would hurt. Amber did an AMAZING job with him! All of the mats were able to be shaved off with no problems. He got a lions cut and looks so handsome. Definitely will be using Mobile Pet Shine for his grooming in the future!
