Our dogs love going to Tails Up! They get lots of love and attention. They get lots of play time and come home tires and content.

We left our pups here for a week, and occasionally for a day field trip. Honestly our pups are so excited to go back and they had a great time. Only things that were bound to happen were some toys got lost and sometimes it's hard to see the pups on the camera. Other than that, the staff and place is very inviting and I would always go back here for my pet sitting needs!

Tails up has been amazing, I didn't have the best experience at another day care so I was hesitant on taking my puppy to a new place but now that I've found tails up I'll never go anywhere else, they're always so happy to see my puppy and always give him lots of love!

Both times we have left our dogs here they have fallen ill. The first time one of them must have eaten another dogs feces due to likely a combination of it not being picked up and not being supervised properly. He was sick for a couple of days vomiting, the first vomit smelled and looked like feces. We figured could be a simple mistake and returned to board them from 9/16 - 9/21. All seemed well until a couple of days later our younger dog started coughing and gagging, after a vet visit we were told he had kennel cough and sure enough a few days later our older 10 year old dog has it. We called and Tails Up confirmed they had a “small outbreak” due to a dog that was brought in for daycare during our dogs stay. We are now out nearly 1000.00 for vet bills. Long story short, 2 out of 2 stays our dogs have become ill after staying here. Would highly recommend seeking an alternative place for boarding and daycare.

We have been using Tails Up for about 10 years. They have always taken such amazing care of our dogs. I love that you can pick up almost any time and drop off is pretty flawless. The dogs are always super excited to go which speaks for itself.

This place is fantastic! Very friendly staff, you can watch your dog on your phone during playtime, and they take good care of your pets. It doesn't look like a doggy jail, it had clear walls on the dog suites so your dog is comfortable and not scared. They even offer special cuddle time and extra play time sessions.

I’ve struggled finding a place willing to work with my dog, most places I’ve been have judge her by her breed. And Tails up took her and did amazing! They worked with her and stayed patient with her excitement! I am so happy that I found this place! They’re so kind and up front!

I've boarded my cat, Kosmo, here three times. Once when I moved to the area, and twice for family emergencies. I just picked him up this morning and I will not be coming back to board him here again. I left very specific instructions for his feeding regimen because he tends to have GI issues while under stress and away from home. However, my directions weren't followed. When I went in there this morning to get him out of the boarding room myself, I saw his dry food stuck to his bowl and soggy, left over from the day before. I had given his tins of wet food, individual bags of his dry food, and 4 packets of a broth treat to keep his moisture levels up including a separate dish for his broth treat. Someone ignored my directions to use the small dish for the broth separately, and had apparently been pouring the broth treat over his dry food all week. As a result, there were still three full servings of food in his tote bag because he won't eat the soggy kibble. This leads me to believe that my directions were ignored the whole time, and as a result my cat wasn't fed even half his daily amount of food for the entire duration of his stay. Now I'm sure Kosmo isn't the most quiet guest. He's a year old and hasn't been away from home much since his adoption. I'm sure he's probably annoyingly loud or tries to run when the cage is opened because he's scared and stressed out. However, I am quite upset that my directions were ignored and as a result, my cat hasn't eaten properly in 5 days. I left him at Tails Up believing he would be well cared for while I went home to bury a family member. However, bringing my cat home and having him beg for food because he's so hungry really frustrated me. I try to make my instructions as easy and simple as possible, but they just were disregarded. I am disappointed.

Absolutely love Tail's Up. We have been taking our pups there for years and she is always so excited to go! The staff are amazing!! Always so kind and really love all of the dogs that go there. We would never go anywhere else.

My puppy girl came home happy and worn out. A little messy eye when we got home so on meds but as far as I can tell this place is great!

We have lived in CO for a little over two years and the Tails Up family has been so kind to our dogs as well as to us. We lost a German Shepard earlier this year, Cajun and the whole team showed us how truly wonderful they were with their sentiments. They remember each and every detail about our dogs and I have never been nervous leaving them.

We love Tails up! They always have an opening for us, whether it be daycare or boarding, we always know our dog has a place to go! We trusted Tails Up to board our dog for 2 weeks while we were on our honeymoon, and had such a piece of mind knowing she was in great hands! To be able to watch her on the cameras and know she’s playing and having fun is very reassuring! We love Tails up and will continue to recommend to friends and family for years to come!

What a fabulous place for a fur baby! They took impeccable care of my 13.5 year old lab; they watched him carefully, made sure he didn't become over-exhausted or dehydrated, and gave him lots and lots of love. Thanks to Tails Up, unlike experiences at his previous doggie day care/boarding facilities, for the first time ever, he returned home from boarding energetic and very, very happy.

We have been bringing Jackson to Tails Up for a few years. Neat clean facility, friendly and attentive Staff, good facility. AND a very convenient location for us for events in Denver !!!
