The Vet is very kind to our dog

Dr Ben and his staff sold me expired medication for my 2.5 pound puppy and refused to refund that money, lost her original documents, gave me a different puppy’s original documents, and wanted to charge me $65 extra dollars in order to meet the vet caring for my puppy. Also, did not return my phone call in a timely manner when my very small puppy had an adverse reaction to her second combo vaccine, nor did they give me any documentation of her vaccine records until I requested them.

This is by far the best vet I've ever had for any of my animals!!!

Dr Ben is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. All the girls are really nice as well and treat my puppies like their one. You know you love your vet when you are bummed that your significant other has to take your dogs to their appointments.

Great staff, clean space, and recommended by a number of animal lovers I know. I've been taking our 2 cats here since we got them, and have never had an issue. Also, my family has taken their pets here in good times, and bad, and they are always empathetic, and respectful.

I had to take my dog in for a stomach virus and then again for an allergic reaction. My dog is big and doesn't do well with vet appointments, but Dr. Ben and his staff were so kind and professional, and never made me feel unwelcome, unlike other vets I've visited.

The care we've received in CAH is second to none. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating for everything we've ever needed. Dr. Ben has a conservative approach to treating our pup which has saved lots of cost and unnecessary procedures which we greatly appreciate. Would highly recommend their care!

Just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bonnie. Syd gave me an awful scare this morning when I realized he couldn't pee, thinking it was a Urinary Block which is fairly common for male cats, and can pretty deadly if it's not caught quick enough. They let me bring him in as soon as I could. Turns out, it is some sort of UTI and we've got him on some kitty drugs and antibiotics to take care of it. The staff was so kind and offered me great advice and kindness. So happy my kitty is okay, and so happy to find a wonderful vet out here in the meowtains. <3

Ben is the best. Always kind and gentle with all of our animals. His pricing is fair and he is always there when you need him, even taking our after hours calls with an emergency!

We had just moved to Carbondale when my 10 year old dog started showing signs of a UTI, I took him in and we discovered that he has dog diabetes. Ben and his team have been magical: they are supportive, have great customer service and so kind. Ben is very courteous and price-conscious. I'm so grateful for them as Saul is doing very well and is stable and healthy.

They quickly took care of my dog after she was attacked by a deer.

Visiting Carbondale for a sheep dog trial. My dog tore a nail. I found Dr Ben on the Internet and called. He took us right in and tended to my dog with humor, kindness and dispatch. He and his tech were great. 1200 miles from home it was wonderful to receive this care.

Mack the pug dog received great care his entire life at Carbondale Animal Hospital. He actually enjoyed going to the office and would insist on stopping by to visit during his walks.

Dr. Ben and his wonderful vet techs are amazing. They truly care about animals and it is wonderful to hear them talking to your pet as if it is their own fur baby. They go above and beyond what is expected of a vet and really make you feel like you are a close friend rather than just a customer. By far, the best vet experiences I have ever had.

My husband and I are RVERS and we're camped at Gateway RV park in Carbondale, CO. One morning my cat was having urinary issues and I decided to call a vet. I Googled vets in Carbondale and Dr.Ben's clinic came up. After reading the reviews I called and Dr. Ben answered the phone himself. After discussing the problem he made an appointment to see my kitty within two hours. Dr. Ben was both friendly and professional as was his staff. Missy was checked over and was given antibiotics. We were seen promptly and we were very pleased. I can't say enough for the service he and his staff gave us as visitors to their community. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ben is the best vet ever. He loves my dogs as much as I love them. He always remembers them and calls to check in on them after he has done a procedure or given a prescription. He has never does unnecessary test and always puts my mind at ease. I would never go anywhere else.
