I called to get my boy an appt for nails. He has to be knocked out. The young lady was nice, but they couldn't get him in till February, I said ok, well I'll have to find a vet that can do it sooner, I wasn't even upset and she slammed the phone down in my ear and didn't even say anything. All banfriends cust service is really going down hill

They were amazing when I had to put my dog down. They were so respectful and understanding. They took extra care to make sure my dog and myself were comfortable and all of our needs were met. Very great experience under the worst of circumstances. Thank you for everything Banfield!

Any appointment you make, no matter how far in advance means nothing. Drop off at 9 am? 30 min checkup? It will take 8 hours.

Worst experience at a pet hospital! I spent over $250 on a visit and medicine, only to find out they diagnosed my pet wrong via a phone call a month later. Attempted to speak with a manager, who was conveniently out for the next week. Needless to say I'll be speaking with upper management.

The staff totally dropped the ball on my pets med refill. I will not go into detail. Now the good, a young gentleman called me from the office, I explained what happened. He was so helpful and kind. I really appreciated his care and concern for me and my pet. I was ready to give them heck! But that all went away with this kid!

What a scam! MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY GET WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR! After this event, I'm starting to believe this office don't administer vaccinations in the back like we are led to believe. I took my 14 week old puppies in for their second round of parvo shots, this occasion, I requested to be present with them while they administered the shots. The vet technician said she would would check with the doctor to see if it's fine, and the doctor said due to covid they can have me watch from the door window instead, as they administer the parvo shots. Which was perfectly fine with me. The puppies go back into the room, as I'm waiting with them looking through the glass door, a different technician comes out and tells me " sooo were afraid were going to have to bring the puppies to the back to administer the shots, as the doctor doesn't feel comfortable with anyone hovering over her as their administer their shots". I said I am outside a door of an office room that's closed looking through a window, I don't see how that is considered hovering??? I'm thinking to myself, first excuse was health related and now a second excuse of not feeling comfortable? Give me a break! The technician started to argue with me, trying to convince me theyll get them without me watching, and then asked me why it's such a big deal if I had to see them getting their shots? This same office had previously gave parvo shots to my mothers family dog and it of course caught parvo, and died. This same office also gave me a false diagnosis on my last dog Roxy, saying she had arthritis when she really had cancer, and she also died. So yes! I absolutely want to make sure as simple as administering some parvo shots can be, to make sure it's actually being performed. I am so sick of this banfield office! I walked out of this office with my pups and it'll be the last time they ever see this building again. 1/30/2021

Puppy parents beware! The Banfield in Brighton, Co just wants your money. Gave my 2 puppies their 1st parvo shots on July 1, 2020. Paid 198.00 with the wellness plan included. By Friday one of my puppies had diarrhea, and loss of appetite. Called them told them I think she is having a reaction to the shot. They tell me they want to do a parvo year and another test. Results come in but before they will tell me the result they want to know if she got in to anything, ate a toy, or the normal puppy questions right... all we a no. Then she informs me my puppy has Parvo. “Suggests” to put her in a hospital for 24hrs with an IV. She told me she wasn’t dehydrated so I said no. Then wants me to come in everyday for an antibiotic at 70 dollars a day. Plus Wants me to buy prescribed dog food. 2.79 a can or 60 dollars a bag. But no guarantees the pup will survive. So by the end of the visit I pay 182.00. Talked to some people and some vets for a second option. Plus I researched it... they all say to not test for parvo 8 to 10 days after the shot is given. It will give you a FALSE POSITIVE. So if your puppy is sick please go else where to give them a chance and not be just billed for nothing. Called today to talk to the manager at 10:30 am. No call back. Called again around 2:30pm was on break.... the lady on the phone went to get her. Spoke to the manager and she had already knew I put a call into corporate and had an answer for everything. Refused to make it right. Preceded to tell me how a guy took a dog to get euthanized because he had parvo. So she resuced the dog and is a parvo survivor. Good for you! That doesn’t help me. I ended the call because all she wanted to do was argue with me and tell me all the puppies she has saved that has had parvo. Please please please reconsider taking your pets to a different Banfield or another vet. All this one is a paycheck and plays on heart stings. My puppy was back to herself by saturday night with no more issues. That’s not a dog who has parvo. They don’t bounce back that fast. I hope corporate makes it right!

We decided to take our dog today because of a ear issue..and could not get her into our veterinarian. Not only was she there for 6 hours and 124.00 dollars later they could not even give her a first dose of medicine they told us that would be another 15.00 dollars I think it is completely unprofessional especially after paying 124.00 dollars..will not go back and will let all family and friends no how they are taking advantage of people who are just trying to take care of our pet...when they cannot get into there own vet..sad and sick

Super friendly staff. Veterinarian talked to me about what my dog needed and how much each vaccine would cost, payment plans, everything before hand. My dog was happy and had no issues. They gave me the option to opt in for text reminders for her next shots. Awesome people!

Very pricey, they make you get a doctor's visit even if you're going in there for booster shots from two weeks ago

I am a new puppy owner with a blind pup. I had a lot of questions my first visit and the vet tech and the vet stayed and answered all of my question no matter how long it took. Without rushing me or finding me an inconvenience. They were beyond helpful and kind. I got a year membership because of the amazing service they gave me. I highly recommend!

This place is horrible! They don’t care about the pets. I called to check on my dog and they didn’t even bother to make sure they were telling my about the correct dog because there was another dog with my dogs name. We got his teeth cleaned through them and when he came out of being put under he was deaf......according to other vets that is very common for older dogs......was never informed of that. He was 11 we would have just skipped it so he didn’t have to be deaf. He was healthy otherwise so very irritating!!! I picked him up and his face was covered in blood and the vet offered to show me a picture on her cell phone of his tooth she took during the procedure. It was the absolute most unprofessional conversation I have ever had! She didn’t even give me the dishcharge paperwork and his meds....we had to go back for it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET HERE FOR NAIL TRIMMINGS!!! Just Picked my dog up from here and was horrified to see that they were careless with his trim and made him bleed.

We loved every second at this hospital! Prompt service, educational conversations on our fur baby, and great prices!! We struggled finding the right people to deal with our nervous pup and everyone here handled him with the same love and care we give him! BEST PLACE EVER! Thank you!!

After being at a few Banfield hospital locations with my (now blind from diabetes) retired service dog, I was delightfully impressed. The friendly attitude of the store personell and the knowledge of the Vet, Dr Jorgensen. The entire Banfield staff was both prepared and up to speed for me and my long time best friend's complicated medical record. We both are convinced that our necessary changes in animal care brought us to this particular Banfield. This Guide (rarely scores above 4) is pleased to highly rate this location. I am also very happy with my current Banfield/PetSmart location in Brighton.

When your pet is concerned you'll do about anything. This place too advantage of that giving us only one option that wasn't even there problem. $400 later we left with anti biotics! Rude! Poor service! And expensive. Just go somewhere else.

Pricey and maybe just a slight pushy on services, but this is a corporate vet so not unexpected. Good service though and very friendly. Would recommend if looking for a vet in the area but the local family vets are a better option on price.
