Rebecca, I feel like your response was so unprofessional and derogatory towards Jayaram. In the first sentence of your reply not only did you make them feel chagrined and beleaguered but you brought politics and covid into it. Who are you to judge, where and when someone travels to another place? You live in summit county , a very lucrative area. Be grateful fool. That comment that was made was not unprovoked. It wasn't like what they were saying was make believe for them. If their dog smelled like pee to them, then OK but still your response is cringe worthy. You say you stand by your reputation, however when I read your reply to that negative review, it made me never ever want to go spend my hard earned money on such a inconsiderate business and person. Your reply was not constructive to them or anyone else wanting to see what your business looks like ostensibly and you know it. Have a lovely day . Zodd

Took a chance after reading the positive reviews. Oh my god please don't pick this place unless you want your dog to smell like pee. In response to the owner feedback - I would like to update that the puppy smelled like pee even after a bath at Petco. Offcourse, i appreciate that you provided the service in a remote place and during these difficult times but it's a honest feedback for your service. Your tone to my review reflects who is rude :)

My dog has stayed with the dog house multiple times and they do a good job with him. He always comes home happy and healthy. Wish extended stays were a little cheaper but what can you do

The staff is super friendly and our pups always left happy and tired. We will be making the Dog House part of our Breck routine whenever we visit!

My dog Otto loves this place and so do I. I couldn’t feel any more comfortable leaving my 2 yo pup with them. And Rebecca is just outstanding along with the rest of the staff !!

Our pup had a great time here. They seemed to do a great job of putting the dogs in a room that fit their play style and size. Only 10 mins to Breckinridge. Perfect for the day!

My dog loves going here! Every time we pull in she gets so excited! Be sure to book in advance though because they don't take walk ins during COVID. Also, they limit their slots to first-time pets. Popular dates like holidays book up very quickly.

Brought our recently adopted dog, who was a little timid, here for daycare while we were on vacation. Staff was professional, our dog did well and we brought him back for another day of daycare before we left, he went in fine the 2nd time with no problems, seemed like he was happy to go back and play with his doggie friends. Will use this daycare again while we are in Breckenridge.

Our 5 month Shiba was boarded at the Dog House during our week stay in Breckinridge. The reservations were super easy online for our Shiba's boarding. We were able to check our Pup out from 7:30-10am daily to take her on some hikes, bike rides and around town. The Dog house was so convenient and the staff was super friendly! When we had to drop off our pup between 4-530pm to be boarded for the evening, and she was excited as we pulled into the parking lot. I know the staff took great care of our pup and will use them again in the future. Thank you To the Dog House! We sure had a peace of mind knowing Nala was in your care!! See you all soon!

We kenneled our dog Sept 25-28. On Oct 2 he exhibited signs of kennel cough. We confirmed that diagnosis with our vet this morning and he is now on meds to help. I called and left a message informing the kennel this morning. Although I didn't request a call back, I assumed I would get one. We had a family reunion scheduled for next week which we have had to change because we cannot take our dog with this diagnosis into a home with another dog.

Can’t speak highly enough of Steve, Rebecca and staff. They take a genuine interest in the pets in their care, offer great knowledgeable advice, and run a good reliable business. A great facility!

Having a place to bring the pups while on vacation made the trip much less worrisome. $40 per dog for the day for us...pricey (for us) but worth the peace of mind.

Absolutely amazing! They took great care of our dog Breck and he was all smiles and tuckered out when we picked him up. I can't recommend them enough. Definitely our go to while in Summit County!!

There was a booking issue, the girl at the front desk had a serious attitude. I have used the daycare a couple times, but will not go back. Hopefully my dogs were not mistreated!

Our go-to place for boarding and day care for when we are in Breckenridge. A bit pricey but the staff is good and the quality of care is high and more reliable than some of the home dog sitting services like Rover.

Extremely rude ownership, "Steve" takes a lot of liberties in the way he handles customers, as this is the only dog day care in Breckenridge. The area is in desperate need for a more professional and adequate care for the dogs. I called several times without a response, I tried to make reservations on line that never worked. I ended up going in person, and was told to reserve the entire month and then cancel what I didn't need. The owner left me a rude message and when I spoke to him he was even more rude, telling me he has "NEVER" had a problem in 15 years, with his reservation system. (Obviously not true) He practically pushed me away, saying he had another 30 people waiting to get in and I needed to confirm my reservations. He was also rude about other things that we had already discussed and I had no problem with, sounded like he was ready for a fight and has so many customers and no competition, he doesn't care about customer service at all. When I came in that day, it was well after 2pm and the dogs where still on the kennels, not good. The place stank, and this isn't typical of a good day care as I've taken my dog to a few. Especially considering his elevated prices. He took down the cameras (sketchy) where you could see your dog, and they are only available to them. Customers are not allowed to see where the dogs are and this also makes me very uncomfortable, no tour of the facility, no cameras. Not good. I didn't get a sense of professionalism in general from the staff, and after reading some of the owners responses here to other complaints, I can't believe their attitude. Someone else PLEASE open a decent day care. I needed 5-6 days a week of daycare, and cancelled 3 month worth of reservations. Any dog deserves a place with professional supervision and cleanliness! Not Breckenridge appropriate. Also wasn't able to erase any of my details on the account I had to create with them, very poor website!
