Over priced in my opinion.

Staff are plentiful and helpful. Store has wide variety of everything for dogs and cats.( Those animals are the only ones I checked). Recommend it highly.

You get no help there and when you do they are really rude I'm going to Petco from now on.

Good customer service friendly staff!

Walked in and the customer service was great. Then they cut my dogs nails and they did not care about how much she was crying. The lady was cutting it too fast and was just trying to get it done while my dog was crying. Brought in my friend’s dog to get an ear cleaning because her ears had stuff in it and they just wiped it with a cotton ball. Did not clean anything. I will not be going back.

The store prices are higher than the website prices. They will price match their website, but be sure to open your petsmart app on your phone and show it to the person at checkout; otherwise, you will pay the higher price and the people at the corporate office will do NOTHING about it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

This location is often under-staffed and today I was refused a 25% off coupon that I had earned thru the PetSmart app Treat Trail game. The cashier told me the barcode had already been used, but I am certain it hadn’t due to me unlocking the coupon only 15 min before shopping at PetSmart. Disappointed with this experience. Also wish they would carry more of the brands that are available on chewy.com as they recently bought that company.

Nice people and great service. Knew where everything was when I needed it. Good selection of foods. They seem to get new shipments Wednesday afternoons so get in early.

We are so lucky to have this store in Boulder! We just adopted a gorgeous, sweet tabby adult cat from this Petsmart yesterday. We want to write about this experience because of LISA, who is WONDERFUL, and manages the adoption center there. The entire process of finding our cat there quite by "accident" , and interacting with LISA was seamless, and so kind, and she was so generous with her time, that we will send others there for adoption as well. We had not actually thought about adopting a cat there until we saw the cat we casually walked by who touched us by his sweet friendly face and the happy way he connected with us. Then we met LISA, who did more than most people would have to tell us about this sweet kitty, and when she took him out of the cage it was obvious he was just loving being with her. She is a true animal lover and advocate and loves her job there. She actually sealed our decision to adopt because of who she is. She made it so easy and was so caring and thoughtful toward us and our new cat. She went out of her way to help us and help our cat be adopted without any stress. I cannot say enough good things about her and the way she handled everything, especially how well she does her job. She herself was cleaning up his cage as we left! She was reassuring the other sweet black female kitty that she would do her best to find her a good home tooo. Now that is a hands on manager! Petsmart is lucky to have her -- she is a gem! We adopted our cat because of her and we spent quite a bit of money there on food, and cat needs! Thank you LISA you are terrific and as promised we will come in soon and let you know how our cat is doing -- so far he is doing great! Jennifer and David

Great service and selection with a knowledgeable, passionate staff. Be sure to check their website for lower prices, which they'll happily match in-store. :)

Booked a cat grooming appointment well in advance, provided all paperwork. Came in day of and they said "oh we thought her age was a typo, and she looks stressed, so we're not going to do it". Made no outreach before, offered no help or even apology/sympathy. Zero stars.

CANNOT stress this enough - would not recommend for puppy training. Signed up and paid for a 6 week puppy class, every week there seemed to be an issue. They have cancelled 4 classes. I now have a 3 month old, untrained puppy who doesn’t even know commands like “down”. Wish I spent my money elsewhere.

It's petsmart. Always easy but they have been running low on some items and have discontinued others since the vet clinic has closed at this location.

Emilyne truly went above and beyond with my pup! I've been taking him to get groomed at this location for years and this is the best he's ever looked!!!

I come here to buy my rabbit treats and stuff. The staff here needs to be more friendly. Some of the staff are friendly but not all of them. The manager is NOT friendly. What a shame. I bought my parakeet here, but unfortunately he died a year later from cancer. Budgies can get cancer young, the vet told me.

No customer service... Just tried calling to book a grooming appointment. The lady who answered put me on hold twice and then transferred me to another department? I will look elsewhere for grooming.

A year ago I gave 5 ???? but now it doesn't deserve it, I don't know what's going on my poor baby got his hair done horrible. He is embarrassed to come out, I mean I would be too. ????????

I would never shop at the Boulder store. 3 bad experiences now. Sell you a sick hamster and when you take it back they blame you. They said we must have dropped him from a height that did internal damage. Then that we could not return anymore if we purchased one. The cage was on the floor. I thought the hamster smelled poopy when my daughter wanted to by him and the Heavy set arrogant and ignorant male staff said he was fine and not sick. Never owned up to that! Always poor service with an attitude!!

This is a pretty loop trail. One word of warning. When warm weather arrives the rattlesnakes are prolific on this trail. You may want to keep your dogs on leash.

Nothing unusual for a petsmart but if you like these stores in general like I do, then this one will fit the bill.

I think the term PetSnark would be appropriate for this aquarium staff. Went in for a few more fish and three individuals grilled me to the point of it being an uncomfortable situation in front of our daughter. We replaced a guppy who unfortunately died the day after we got it. We even had them test the water before we introduced the fish to make sure the pH was just right. It felt like they were the snark prosecution team, and we were on trial for murder. Go to PetCo for any fish needs. Their staff is knowledgeable and kind.

Usually jave the crickets I need and always have cool stuff for my dog. Great customer service and experience everytime
