Aspen was extremely helpful, patient and personable. Quickly helped us to find all of our needs— the store’s selection is excellent, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and friendly, and the staff really make the place— especially Aspen— i cannot emphasize enough how much Aspen helped.

Wonderful store with very knowledgeable staff! The store manager Jason was extremely helpful with finding raw food alternatives/options, and was even very kind welcoming me into the Boulder community! Head to this store if you want quality supplies for your pet or good pet advice.

I went to the store to get my dog's favorite food and wasn't disappointed. They had a bigger selection of flavors of his food than the other places I normally get his food.The store was somewhat wheelchair accessible but due to being a small store some isles were a bit hard to navigate but not impossible. They have a couple of store dogs there 1 big and 1 small that are friendly.

Great selection of dog toys and treats!

Today was a rainy day and we wanted to treat our Doggie to a special treat. Inside Only Natural Pet, Topher was met by a welcome from staff. Staff helped us find exactly what we were looking for plus more. We love our Topher ????

Checked out this place only because we got a coupon for the store when we registered our dog with the Boulder county. Not so impressed in the first visit.

Only Natural Pet Store is a precious gem. They have ample selection, and their staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was immediately greeted at the door and offered help any time I looked lost (which happens!) They are even up to date on recalls! The customer ahead of me was there exchanging and asking questions, and they had all the dates and lot numbers and everything handled like pros. If you care about your pet, they will help you do it! I will be returning soon!

Decent selection and prices. The member discounts are really good. But I keep going back because the staff is always so nice!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, great products and prices AND if you try something and it doesn't work out for your pet, it can be returned. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Terrible customer service. Three out of five orders were messed up. One of their customer service reps hung up on my wife. Just overall a terrible company for customer service.

Have a large selection online. Shipping was fast!

I love this store and their products, but I'm exceptionally frustrated that I drove an hour to visit today to find a sign on the door that says "we close at 6". There was no mention of this closing early on any social media or on the Google page, both state that the store closes at 7. Thus I should have had an hour to shop. I'd understand if it was due to inclement weather or another safety concern, but Halloween seems like an odd holiday to close early for. I guess I'll call from now on when I intend on visiting to make sure the store is open before wasting my time.
