Our entire experience was the best of any vet experiences I have had in a decade of having my cat. And not because the diagnosis wasn’t tough or worrisome or anything, but bc the staff were incredibly caring, thoughtful and just, human with explaining to us what was going on. I understood from the get go what we were in for with SPKs teeth/ gum issues and the way it was all handled has kept me from panicking while we wait for his follow up surgery. Literally the best vet I've ever gone to in my life. Dr Ingram has helped me through extremely stressful situations with my pets and been informative and not scary about it. She's absolutely amazing and my pets are my LIFE. I trust her judgement completely. They never pressure and always help find affordable and reasonable solutions (not push you into doing tests and procedures that may not be necessary.) I will never take my cat or dogs anywhere else. Vet techs and receptionists are absolutely lovely too!

Dr. Greer is knowledgeable and kind. The staff is very helpful. While my pets don't like the smell of a vet clinic, they seem less anxious at Indian Peaks than at previous clinics.

They work with me, my cats and other vets if needed to keep my cats healthy and extend their lives.

They do a great job and they can usually get you in to be soon relatively quickly. They're typically down to earth and affordable as well.

Staff is always super friendly and attentive. My dog is a rescue and afraid of humans until he gets to know them and they have been so flexible and kind in helping him feel comfortable and safe!

Very knowledgeable and compassionate about your pet

I've brought three humane society pets here. Two were severely over-diagnosed and I don't believe the veterinarians were very informative. We've switched vets and have found our new office to be significantly more thorough and educative. Seems like other users have enjoyed their care but my repeat experiences do not match the rating this facility has.

I've had an excellent experience with the doctors here. However, recently the vet techs have disappointed me. My cat had a life threatening emergency and after he left the ER, I called Indian Peaks (his normal vet for 3 years) several times to get advice on how to prevent this from happening again. They were hard to reach, didn't call me back, and weren't very helpful when I did talk to them. I didn't feel that they wanted to talk to me or help and they were impatient with my questions. At a really scary time when I wanted my cat's primary vet to be supportive, they weren't helpful and available. Thinking about switching vets.

Dr. Ingram is amazing! Recently switched from another local vet I wasn't happy with, and am so happy I found Indian Peaks. I'm in the animal care field and am particular with who I trust with my pets. Dr. Ingram is trustworthy, reliable, gentle... everything you could want in your veterinary care professional. Indian Peaks is the best!

Indian Peaks has always been great with our poodle puppy. When we moved to the area we were very concerned about who to have watching out for our puppy's health (our first choice was not so great). Indian Peaks has always been happy to let us come in on fairly short notice when we had minor emergencies, and never given us any trouble when we've asked for explanations of items on the invoices. We will definitely still bring our business here when we leave the Boulder area.

Great care, but staff can be short on phone. Had an appointment to get dog neutered and was delivered an estimate less than 24 hours before scheduled surgery. The estimate was $640 plus $100 of bloodwork which is over twice the market rate for this routine procedure. I understand Indian Peaks delivers the best care, but for something as routine as neuter/spay, it kinda seems like a cash grab. When my girlfriend called to let them know we would not be moving forward, the office person was short and dismissive...kind of disappointed.

We had such a great experience here! Everyone we talked to was so friendly to us and our pup. Their COVID protocol made us feel really safe. We know our dog is in good hands here and we'll definitely be back.

I took my girl Goldie to Indian Peaks for a second opinion; and I’m so thankful I did. She was examined by Dr. Ingram and was treated immediately for an infection that was missed by another local vet. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Indian Peaks Animal Hospital.

The vets here are top-notch. Highly knowledgeable. Good and patient with troubled animals, even big dogs (I have a rescue German Shepherd that's not friendly to strangers). It's not cheap, but it's also not over-the-top expensive, either, especially for the expert care. I transferred to this vet after going to a different vet clinic that couldn't diagnose my cat's illness for over a year; Indian Peaks diagnosed the problem on the first visit. All of the vets and technicians are excellent, but I'm especially partial to Dr. Ingram. Ask for her if you've got a troubled dog.

The vet is amazing and called me twice to follow up.

Dr. Grier was so incredibly kind and helpful treating our new puppy. She made his first time at the vet as stress free as possible with lots of treats and affection. After our puppy had a rare allergic reaction the staff acted quickly to treat him, and had him feeling better quickly. The following morning the staff called us to check up on our dog and see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend Indian Peaks Veterinary Hospital.

Thomas ( my incredible cat) and I had to visit Dr Sara this morning. Thom had not been feeling well. Her staff was so good and worked with us and my limitations. Thomas is now feeling much better. Thank you all so much. We will be back.
