Great great great and GREAT. These people are true animal lovers and just straight up professionals. I came in to get my new kitten a "good health" waiver so I could fly with her and they made phone calls, looked information up, gave me calming medicine for my cat. Everything to make sure we would have a calm flight. Also just all around great energy in this place. I loved every person I interacted with. Am I about to get corny? Yes. Two paws way up.

Great experience with our 13 year old Springer. Through exam and gave excellent advice.

We have had an all-around excellent experience here. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their clients. One of our dogs has epilepsy and we feel very confident we are receiving the best care.

My dogs eye infection worsened suddenly on a Friday morning and I called around to every clinic in Boulder hoping to get her in before the weekend Boulder Vet Hospital was the only clinic able to get my dog in that same day. Both the technician and vet were interested and eager to help and allowed me to pester them with a multitude of unrelated questions and answered them with confidence and humility. I was so appreciative of their responsiveness to the situation and would take my dog here again!

I was super nervous to drop my cat off to this new vet with the covid protocols but they could not have been better! From the appointment set up and availability, phone coordination, and of course how they treated my cat- everything was amazing! The vet answered all of my questions and made me feel like my cat was sincerely in the best care. Thanks Boulder Vet!!

PERFECT VET FOR RICH BOULDER YUPPIES! I actually hate to write such a review, because the veterinary doctors are very nice, friendly, and seem to be well qualified. However, the rates at this venue are both astonishing and exorbitant. I do not at all appreciate being taken advantage of, and the insistence on holding a full fledged appointment for a known, recurring issue with our dog's conjunctivitis is just sad. It's not enough to profit on the medication, you have to slap a $70 appointment fee in there, along with a fluorescein stain for an additional $40 when we both know the dog's eye is not scratched (thus, tripling the cost of this single event for absolutely no reason). For the approximately 5-10 minutes that my dog was being examined, we're talking about an hourly rate of somewhere between $828 to $1656 for professional fees alone... (no joke, and that doesn't include the stain). Unfortunately, having a qualified vet is just not enough to justify these unreasonable rates. I look forward to finding a decent, honorable, vet in the area (there are MANY) with a moral compass that's aligned with my own. Thanks for ruining my day.

We have been taking our dogs to BVH for nearly 9 years, and we have always been pleased with their care. The vets and techs are thorough and responsive, and they take the time to explain options and answer our questions.

We had a great experience here with my slightly reactive miniature American shepherd Luca. The technician immediately understood how to make him comfortable and Dr. Jordan was wonderful with him too. He was totally happy and relaxed, and they talked me through everything I needed to know.

This review is based on one experience. I was able to make an appointment in just a few days. I felt that everyone listened to me, from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet. Everything was done according to COVID-19 protocols, doing a verbal intake in the parking lot using masks, talking to the vet on the phone. It still felt personable and professional. The vet talked things through with me, giving me options.

We have been bringing our animals to Boulder Vet for almost ten years now and have never been anything short of pleased and grateful. The whole staff is delightful, professional and friendly. The dog(s) respond so well when we come in and they are all good with both us AND the canines! This has been particularly important to us in Covid days - the team is taking extraordinary caution for human health and I have no hesitation passing my pup off for curbside service, then chatting with the vet in detail after their exam... on the phone! These Bizarre days are being expertly managed In this practice, which is not at all surprising but very much appreciated. Thank you all!!

Dr. Lacey Jones is great. We've been with her since she came to Boulder and she is kind, gentle and caring!

I took my dog there for years . He had an emergency on a Saturday and they would not take him they wanted us to wait until Monday when it was convenient for them. When your pet is having an emergency waiting 3 days just doesn't work. Also , they consistently have new staff so something is going on when they can't keep the same personnel.

Friendly and professional from first phone call through the puppy examination. The standin vet Josey was thorough with her explanations of my little dogs situation and fully explained the options I had for her future treatment. And her gentle and respectful handling of a frightened puppy was exceptional. I recommend this facility for anyone who wants loving care for their pet.
