Every person who works here in every dept, is so warm and friendly, and the care is exceptional for all animals. i have mammals and reptiles and they have taken excellent care of them for years! they are always happy to answer questions and explain anything. Prices are reasonable too. i moved to denver and still see them as our vet.

Loved every part of my experience with Alpine Hospital. They were able to get my dog seen for an appointment quickly, and everyone was super nice. My dog had a strain in her knee from running and playing ball, and the doctor recommended an anti inflammatory prescription that gave her immediate results and relief. I will definitely keep using this hospital for my pets and would highly recommend them to any fur/feathered pet parent.

Can't say enough good things about this practice. Every touchpoint is top-notch, from the front desk to the technicians to the veterinarians, everyone has been receptive and very caring. The staff is very hands-on and intuitive in the manner that they relate to my dog, taking the time to bond with her and showing so much TLC. I also appreciate the time the veterinarians take to talk with me and explain treatments and options. It's very comforting to know my dog is in good hands when we come to Alpine for care. I highly recommend this practice.

My dog was attacked by another dog and I luckily called Alpine and they were able to see us immediately. It was an extremely traumatizing experience for me and my 14 year old dog. We were treated with compassion, confidence, and speed. They followed up by phone before we went in for the follow up appointment. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Our family’s will be switching to Alpine for our care.

It was easy to book and the staff were sincere and friendly. The doctor took her time and really took a good look at my guy.

5 Star … I took my dog into Alpine and met with Dr. Johnson who was just great; empathetic, caring, professional with v.obvious deep experience. Highly recommend Alpine in general and Dr Johnson specifically.

My kitty had some serious liver/GI issues that needed the attention of a specialist. Dr Stein, my regular vet recommended me to an awesome internal specialist who was able to get her problem under control. She has been able to return to follow up care under Dr Stein. I like that Dr Stein had an established relationship with a highly qualified specialist who got kitty back to health. Dr Stein is good at listening and suggesting what are the best steps to monitor kitty’s health.

My cat was sick and even though alpine was booked up they still took her for an emergency visit. They are fantastic with my animals. My dog Harlee is a big fan of them.

So fortunate to have Alpine as our wellness team! Despite the unusual circumstances of the past 18 months Alpine, Dr Stein and associates have gone out of their way to provide care for my two senior cats and now currently my two young goofballs. So much so that I will be happily taking my youngest in for socialization with the staff to help him get over his people anxiety.

We brought our new 12-week-old puppy in for his first Vet visit. Not only is Dan Mones a great, caring vet (we brought our previous dog to him for many years) who spends as much time with you as you need, one of his assistants gave us all kinds of valuable advice in raising a new puppy. We highly recommend them.

I take my best friend here for his health. If that’s not an endorsement, I don’t know what is.

4 years ago I moved to Boulder and the first week my dog, Casey, ate a rancid chicken bone from garbage my neighbor had left at the curb. Casey was vomiting blood and had bloody diarrhea. I didn't have an established vet yet but the people at Alpine took us in on a Saturday without knowing anything about us. My pup got excellent care and I was so grateful! Needless to say I've been taking Casey ever since for her routine care. Everyone has been wonderful!

Best Vet Ever. I love this office. I was referred here when we first got our puppy (that was five years ago)and I have never once doubted my relationship with them or the care that my dog gets. A few weeks ago, we were out of heart worm medication & they make it so easy to get what you need. I emailed the office (no need to call they are great on email which is perfect for people with busy lives), they responded within the hour, gave me a great response and when I dropped in to pick up the medication they were prepared, they were kind, they asked how Henry is doing, they handled the transaction quickly and easily, and they emailed me the receipt. Great care and super accommodating. What more could you ask for?!?

I really appreciate the people that work at Alpine Hospital for Animals. They listen they are open and they really care about my pets. I have a difficult cat and they work really well with him and they are always really responsive to my questions and concerns about my kitties :)

I brought my cats, Mavis and Matisse, in for their annual checkup and shots. Dr. Mones and his assistant were very professional and caring with the animals. They were handled very gently, and the vaccines and blood draw were performed with minimal trauma to the cats.

We could not love Alpine more. We have been taking our cat and dogs for about 4 years and have ALWAYS had amazing care from their wonderful vets, techs and front desk staff. Over the years Dr. Stein removed our cats teeth, Dr. Mones performed a spay on our dog and most recently Drs. Reuter, Schwartzman and Hagen absolutely blew us away with their care as we were in the process of saying goodbye to our beloved cat. They didn't leave a stone unturned in trying to find any solution to keep him with us and when options ran out they had great recommendations for where we should take him for more advanced diagnostics (and all of their "hunches" ended up being spot on). When we were panicking, hoping for a sooner appointment or just had a questions, they came through every time and made us feel like we were a priority... we have no doubt that we had a little extra time with him because they refused to give up as much as we did. When we did finally say goodbye they sent an amazingly sweet card and made a donation in his name to the Wild Life Sanctuary. They are all just wonderful, competent and communicative people and we couldn't be more grateful to feel like we have someone in our corner for all our pets.

Dr Hagen and staff were great. They were able to put my cat out of pain right away. They were friendly, professional and responsive. I recommend them.

We followed Dan Mones from the days he was in Longmont before he bought Alpine Hospital in Boulder because he is such a special compassionate person. We bring our Lab Cooper from Longmont for all of his vet care. Everyone is so special at Alpine, very friendly and everyone loves Cooper. Can't believe Dan works with snakes though...ewwwww!

We had to put our pup down and they couldn't have made the experience any better. It of course was so tough, but they were caring, took as much time as we needed and made our pup comfortable. They then sent a condolence card thoughtfully signed by the whole office. It really meant a lot.

Dr Stein has been our vet for years. She is so knowledgeable and so gentle with our cats!

Our first appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early and were taken to an exam room almost immediately. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Hagen provided a New Client Wellness Exam and professional advice on our dogs care, given that we are new to the area. We look forward to working with Alpine in the years to come, thank you!

Drs. Hagen and Meyer are so knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff are so attentive and responsive. I always feel that my cat Achilles is in the best possible hands at Alpine!

Best vet clinic ever! They helped me out with my bearded dragon. They took care of her so well! I got detailed advice on how to help her out and everything because she seemed very lethargic. I would recommend this place to any reptile owner!

This is the best vet in Boulder. They'll treat your pet as their own, and the whole business runs like a swiss watch.

Incredibly informative staff and affordable service. The entire process was seamless. We were able to come in same day for some semi-urgent pet care. We weren’t able to go inside (covid restrictions) but when my pup came out from treatment, he was happy and unfazed. We will be back for all future pet care.
