Crow Hill Veterinary Hospital Bailey, Colorado

I’m so impressed with the staff here. I called in the morning because it was clear my elderly dog was ready to be put to sleep and they met me with so much compassion. I knew absolutely nothing about this vet other than they were closest to us. I’m so glad we ended up going here because they treated our baby with so much care and empathy despite never meeting us before. We will definitely be bringing our other pets here for care in the future.

Moved into the area a year ago. I take my pup and kitties to Crow Hill. I feel like they have my and my fur babies best interests in mind. The vet and vet techs are compassionate and knowledgeable, and pricing is reasonable. They always follow up to check on your pets after appointments, even for routine stuff. They are easy to schedule, having late hours on Tuesday’s. Very convenient location for those of us in Bailey. I look forward to many more years of service here and recommend them to anyone.

Great people! Kind, repectful, and personable. They really care about you and your animals! They also see a very wide range of pets. They take care of everything from our dogs to our parrot.

I just moved up to Bailey and needed to find a local vet. This office is awesome! I received some information about my dog that I never knew ... until I moved into the Mountains. They also took the time to show me some helpful websites for new residents. They are easy to get to and the office has a very small town, local vibe. Great people, Great Service!

I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. We took our dog here, as an emergency. He was coughing up blood and lethargic. Thank You for how attentive and caring you guys were on 10/23 this is the best veterinarian clinic ever. When you are scared about your animals health, (we were heartbroken) these people are straight shooter's. Integrity, morals, empathy, and taking the time to find all possible routes for treatment. You guys are A#1 in our books, and THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU AGAIN. From the bottom of our hearts.

Inviting, caring and respectful..... After being told "go to Denver", and "we don't have time for that" we found Crow Hill. The only thing they said was "get here". Having recently relocated up here from Denver, we know now who we will be taking our animals to from here on out. Thank you for caring for Boss-KO the way we do!

Crow Hill takes excellent care of our animals. Dr. Sheila and the vet techs do an excellent job informing us of our pets conditions, which vaccinations to administer and when, and which treatments and procedures are necessary. I highly recommend this clinic. They treat your pets like family!

Our old man Sam is doing so much better with some help from our friends at crow hill vet. He's still slow however every now and then he gets a jump hop and skip in his step which he didn't have before visiting crow hills amazing team.

Quality care - poor customer service

Dr. Sheila is compassionate while being the utmost professional. The staff is friendly and also gave me some options to pay my bill when I didn’t have enough money to cover it.

AH, Out of 5 calls received after I called you, not one was yours, so who ever received the call is wondering. Anyway, thank you for the response and everyone knows emergency calls are 1st. The point was missed. Blessings and good luck to you all. As for the vet services, not be knowledgeable my self, all I can say is Dr. Sheila appears to be very knowledgeable and can treat my pets. However the office issues are what are causing me to move on. Being asked to wait in my vehicle while they empty out then being forgotten and found 45 mins after my appt.was not a good experience. Yes. They said they were sorry so all forgiven But then I called to share the status and ask questions. No one called me back or even acknowledge it when I called again. I spoke to Chris who took all the info said he'd call back by end of that day, and never did. I expressed I was going to interview other vets in the area and he said he'd is more then happy to transfer my records not really caring about the cause of the problem or acknowledging any issues on their side that need to be fixed. This is unsettling that my pets don't really matter nor does my business.

We drove an hour to take our very sick chicken, Agua, to these folks and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to spend the time to help me understand what was going on and how to be a better chicken mom moving forward. We have definitely found our new vet!

Poor service I took a healthy dog in for routine blood work and ended up with a sick dog 12 hrs later, called the next morning and was told, too bad we are booked solid best you take him somewhere else, and I had used Dr. Mitch Zale for 12 years, this was not his fault it was the clinics responsibility and response then painted the notes to make it my fault. Dr, Zale never did respond to my request. What cost 300 or even 400 at his previous clinic cost 753.82 at Over the Hill Crow hill then 277 more at a second Vet to fix the dog!!! STAY AWAY FROM CROW HILL VET. CLINIC, AND PAUL AND SHANNON AND I GUESS DR ZALE

Hands down this is the best vet and vet technicians. They are patient and understanding of my difficult breed. They have welcomed me to bring my two puppies in for happy visits to work on training and making sure they know the vet is a good place. They have helped greatly when I whelped the most difficult litter in all my years of breeding and have been able to figure out what was wrong with one of my clients dog that even vrcc couldn't figure out. Very knowledgeable down to earth and compassionate. I'll always take my animals to them.

I want to thank them for saving Josie from her huge tumor and letting her live to do more amazing work for our Veterans with Pack 22. I follow them on Tiktok. Being an Army Veteran Wife myself I know what my husband goes through and I wish we had a Pack 22 location closer to us because he along with many would benefit from it. Maybe in the future there can be. I just want to really say With out the amazing team who worked on Josie she wouldn't be here and you are very much appreciated. Thank you so much.

I always have a great experience. They are flexible and reliable. Always will recommend. They were there AFTER HOURS to check out my dog Maggie when she was in a car accident and showed up right away. They also always take great care of my animals and give me all my options, recommend the best one for my situation, respect my decisions, and call to check up after a visit. And there Plans help keep me on top of keeping my fur babies healthy and happy.

Always a 5 star experience! The second you walk in, everyone is smiling and friendly. I accidentally showed up an hour early for my appt and they didn't even bat an eye, got us in and out! These people care about giving your pets the care they need at an affordable price. Thank you Crow Hill Vet!
