UPDATE: 6/30/2021 After a couple of cancellation mixups, my babies were finally groomed and they look so good! Kobie does an amazing job. He's so good with them and his professionalism shows. He knows how to make them the typical 'shih tzu' head. Another successful experience. Took my two Shihtzus for grooming solely on reviews from others. My babies looked fabulous. He did an excellent job. I was impressed that he came out and told us how they behaved. I was concerned because other groomers said one gave a little hard time. He didn't have that problem. We are going back for sure. He's very experienced and was very kind.

Kobie Titus is the absolute Best groomer I have ever had for my dogs!! He makes them Silky Smooth and he is a great man to boot!

Very good with cats, he knew what he was doing and was firm but kind with my Ramona. Was able to get us in same day which was a pleasant bonus. Happily bring my kitties back to him.

I think that the professionalism of the shop needs an upgrade as there was no front desk to talk to and had to pay in cash; however, my dogs haircut was beyond perfect. He looked so cute and the groomer stuck to my dogs breeds style, which not many other groomers know how to do. So, I can overlook the needed upgrades to the shop. Maybe the shop is newer or still grounding itself and in the future there will be upgrades. But overall, great experience and will return.

Kobe gave our Golden Retriever the royal treatment! He was looking pretty rough after the winter and quarantine. He pranced out of the salon looking AMAZING!!! He was so happy and he looks incredible! We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be bringing him here from now on!!

When I called, the outgoing message said they don't answer their phone, only respond to text messages, and instructs not to leave a voicemail. I sent a text with a pic of our dog and never heard back. Unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional. Zero stars.

We've been going to Kobie for years and very satisfied with how are dogs look and how dogs are treated.

Kobie is a wonderful groomer. Groomed my long hair cat for years and now grooms an elderly service dog I inherited. My cat loved him. He would just lay there and let Kobie shave him. Turned totally docile in Kobies care. The elderly dog is crazy about him too. Loves her grooming time. Kobie’s been grooming my animals now for 15+ years. Would never ever take my animals anywhere else. Great person and a great groomer!

Kobie is great with the dogs and very reasonable. A little far but well worth the trip. I have an old English sheepdog and he has never recommended having to shave her. He would rather put in the patience and work and my dogs live him. Prices are better than the groomers around reunion. He always finds a way to fit your schedule.

My dogs were there forever and came home acting scared. They got the worst cuts I have ever seen. There is a reason this place does not come up on any searches for “best grooming,” Do your research and look at the most recent reviews.....something has changed there for sure.

We are so grateful for VIPet Salon! They were wonderful with our senior dog (miniature Schnauzer) and absolutely amazing with our new guy (Lhasa Apso). You won't be disappointed.

My schnauzer hates to be groomed and has so much anxiety. I've done all his grooming at home and was worried about bringing him somewhere. He moves so much when I trim him and is extremely sensitive about his feet that I usually just give up so I dont hurt him. However I couldn't be happier with my experience. VIP did a fantastic job with him! They trimmed him better than I have been able to in years. I'm pleasantly shocked with how detailed they were able to groom him!

Made a last minute appointment, he stayed late to get me in. Took his time and did such a great job my girlfriend was happy. Which is rare! Lol

Just picked my dog Sammie up. This was the first time we came here. They did an amazing job! My dog looked like a different pup! We brought our dog in for a 9:00 AM grooming appointment . We did text for updates with no response. Finally went over at 4:00. Our dog was sitting in a cage. Apparently he had been groomed earlier but no one bothered to call us. There was no apology or explanation. We have used them for over four years and will go elsewhere now

My mom took my dog there and she came back 5 hours later with cuts on her stomach, to nails bleeding, and hadn’t been given water since I dropped her off. I called him to ask for a refund and he was rude and told me that my dog must have done something after she left and that it could be because she has high blood pressure. I will NEVER go back. I paid $100 to get my dog cut and bleed. TERRIBLE!!!!
