Very nice and professional. I liked that the vet came and talked to me after the exam.

I choose Thrive because it was close to my house and offered a membership so our appointments were included when we signed up. Their puppy package is affordable. The visit was quick and I liked the text communication and ability for me to pay by phone while I was still in the patient room - no need to make another stop to checkout. My puppy is happy and the vet was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience.

It was amazing. I can say better than we both had planned. I was very nervous and didn't know really what was going on. But being curbside did not mean I was alone the vet called almost instantly after intake talked the whole way thru and explained what he recommended what was given and "dolomite" also got micro chipped for a low flat rate that no one can beat along with the experience. More then recommended by my pup and I Thanks Thrive

For a low cost clinic it was solid. Low cost serves many purposes, but this one serves most, and does it well. I recommend using this for all needs save for speciality.

Pretty sad experience today. I’m a veteran with ptsd and have an emotional support animal, apparently their company policy is to separate the animal and handler and give shots and exams in the back. I pleaded with them to let me stay with my dog as he helps me cope out in public. No luck though. Response to the owner: Lobby was open, no staff were wearing masks, please don’t try to use covid as an excuse for poor customer service. Is the “owner” even aware of what’s going on in its stores? Or is this just some part time employee replying with cookie cutter answers? I’m guessing the latter.

I have 2 very young kittens and they were professional and courteous through the whole visit. With the exam they were very through and helped me make a plan for the kittens since they were found in a box :)

Overall my experience with thrive is a positive one! The staff is friendly and professional. They explain what they are doing and how things are going and the contactless payment is a plus. Only downside is they usually are booked 2 weeks out. Which is fine unless you pet needs something more immediate. But I did find out recently if you call the mornings each day and get put on their cancellation list for the day they may be able to get you in sooner.

I brought my sister's dog for shots and a check up. Even though we were 10 min late, they brought us back right away. The vet tech and veterinarian were professional and gave good advice. I would definitely recommend.

I took my dogs to THRIVE denver in June 2021 for a wellness exam due to a stomach bug but their shots weren’t due until July and they wouldn’t give them their shots until their medicine was done. Come July THRIVE denver did not have availability for shots so I scheduled their shots at THRIVE aurora. So much for affordable. I just paid $70 for exams last month at denver and this THRIVE charged me an additional $70 for a new exam when all I did was schedule Shots since they had an exam a month ago. They stated since a new doctor saw them then they charge a vet exam fee. However if I took them to THRIVE denver and a new doc saw them then I would not have been charged. Ridiculous! I will not be coming back.

This is the first veterinary appointment I’ve had since March 2020 where I felt like I had a partner in my dogs’ health care - this isn’t even my regular vet. I came here on a whim because I could get an appointment, I’m glad I did.

Came in for a dental exam due to really bad breath. They would not let me stay with my dog during the exam. They didnt really say what all they checked, or how they checked him, and were unable to his brush teeth. I thought it was really weird how the whole visit was handled. Everything was so rushed and they didnt give my dog back until I paid. I left there without any real results. Waste of $35. It's so hard to find a good vet these days.

Very accommodating and sweet to my dramatic, but loving pit bull. Dr Jazmin Nunez-Mikulin noticed right away that my Weimaraner/Doberman mix had a type of alopecia, when no other vet had! We found our vet home!

Beyond disappointed and wasted my time. Our pets did not get the care they needed today. Do not use this Thrive clinic. The employees don't care about helping people or pets. I would give this location a zero if I could. I understand Thrive clinics are separate from the Petcos themselves but they still represent Petco companies. I scheduled an appt a month ago for 2 cats for vaccines and to be fixed. (One was for boosters and had been here before. The other cat was a new client). This should be able to happen all in one appt.. not two or three. I shouldn't need an appt for vaccines and one for a consult and one for the surgery. How can that be healthy to put cats in a car 3 times in 90 degree weather. Why stress them out like that. I called the phone # for the store this morning and they gave me a # for Thrive aka the call center. (BTW I had called 2 weeks ago as well and no return response). I called the call center multiple times previously to ask about moving the appointments up and to find out pricing on packaging for what the cats would need. None of my questions were answered or communicated to someone who could help. So, I got to the appointment early. The.lady spoke to me through a metal fence. I couldn't even hear her. Then she let me in.after 10 minutes. They had no clue what I was there for??? REALLY? This was discussed when the appointment was made. I had a coupon for one of the cats exams as well. They didn't ask me any questions about the cats to learn about them before dictating packages and pricing. They didn't even know their ages! If they didn't have anything in their notes then they should try to find out some information. Clearly all they care about is money not delivering proper care for the fur babies or their customer service to their clients. The first lady, Ashley Hartman had poor communication skills and did not give breakdowns or thoroughly answer my questions... So 10 minutes into the appt the cats still hadn't been seen. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Active listening goes a long way. This other lady came up and did not cover what the packages included either only confirmed pricing. When I said that the vet shouldn't sticker shock people and prices should be discussed ahead of time along with treatment plans for efficiency. I didn't come here today for a $35 exam and rabies. I came for all the vaccines. Not some now and some in August at their next available time...smh. When I asked for corporates # Brittany Gilmore said she didn't know it! Convenient. Then because I'm asking for contact info she started threatening me. I will be emailing corporate. This lady should be fired. She was rude and is definitely in the wrong field. Very poor customer service skills. She lacked any compassion for the situation and kept making excuses. I wasted two hours of my time today. My niece's cats did not get the care they were scheduled for today. I will never refer a Thrive clinic to anyone.

Dr. Hand was the only doctor who took control of my dog's situation. Dr. Hand did the best she could. At the end of the day, THRIVE is a small clinic. If your animal has something severe or unknown going on, I recommend just going straight to a bigger hospital. My dog was seen by THRIVE 2-3 times a week, for 4 months, and never received a diagnosis. I finally took her to CSU, and we received a diagnosis within one day of being seen at CSU. THRIVE refused to reimburse any of the money I spent there as they tried to fix a problem they could not fix with the resources they have. THRIVE spent thousands of my money trying to solve a situation that never would have been solved without the right diagnosis and medication. I am still very disappointed with the administration side of THRIVE. I am thankful to the staff who loved on my pet and for Dr. Hand who tried her hardest to treat my dog. I should have been told that my dog's case was too rare and severe for THRIVE to figure out before they did 3 different surgeries that did nothing for my dog.

This THRIVE always goes above and beyond to make sure my fur babies have the best trip to the vet that they can. Everyone is upfront with pricing and makes sure that I understand the plan for my appointments. The receptionist, I think her name is Ashley, has always been friendly and interactive with both my pets and me!

Love coming to Thrive Vet to get my dogs vaccinations. Never had a problem. Even when my dog Cinnamon was sick, she was up and running the next day! My puppy Simba also loves the vets there. Would definitely recommend it to other dog owners! They're very professional and well informed! Also love their customer service!
