Didn't have what I needed.

Not that management cares but multiple times my PREGNANT wife was told “everyone’s too busy” the help bring 50lb dog food bags the her car! Curbside is a joke and takes over a day to fulfill a dog food order so pickup inside is most reasonable option.

Was lost looking for a tool I needed for my cat.The gentleman that was working on stocking saw me struggling. I didn't even have to ask, he immediately came to my aid and helped me find the right tool that I was looking for. Super nice guy with long dark hair. I wish I had his name, but I can't remember it. He was wearing a name tag, so that's my fault. Then they guy that checked us out was super helpful too. He got us all signed up for the discount account (which I thought I already had). Just a really nice experience. I was in a hurry that day and thanks to them, I was on time!!

Affordable! Great holiday selection. Found an ugly (but adorable) christmas sweater for our dog and cat!

High prices, poor service, many items with no prices. But their vetco vaccination services are 5 star and thankfully not managed by this stores manager.

These people will abuse your dog. Don’t take your precious pets here! I would give zero stars if I could. They were unable to give my puppy a haircut because she wouldn’t hold still. Well duh. She’s a puppy. That’s why I wanted to take her to a professional groomer. Definitely no professionals here! And to top it off, she was scared and didn’t want to go, so they just dragged her around by the neck! Someone ought to drag these idiots around by the neck… see how they feel about being strangled. My puppy was traumatized for nothing. I am so horrified by this experience. Out of principle, I will never shop at Petco again. I have been a customer for years… but NEVER again!

I had no idea this location was under renovation. Jericho my son & I with everything we were looking for. Looking forward to visiting this location after renovations are finished.

The staff is always polite, on the phone or in person. ***2-Years later*** OK, I understaning the store was under construction, Covid, understaff, etc....but the attitude from some of the staff is unacceptable. From 5-star to 2-star over the course of 2 years. **#4 months later*** 2 stars to 1 stars. Kaila could not be much more rude. I guess the fish section is closed. She was not happy about me asking for clarification. Closed indefinitely, closed for the day??? I guess asking for help then asking for clarification (2 question) is just too much. From 2-stars to 1- star (plural)

It was very hard to find help and they no longer carry what I used to buy from them.

Great selection of products, especially in the aquatic and reptile section. Only bad thing was the employees knew nothing.

Don’t know if every other groomer in the state has let us slip by or if this Petco in specific has very specific rules. However, we were turned away after 10 minutes of them looking at our receipt and vaccine card over issues with our card being hand written by his vet. Service we received explains why they can get your dog in 2 weeks before anywhere else. I’d wait the extra couple weeks to get your good boy/girl the service they deserve. We waited outside for 10 minutes after arriving right at his appointment time for staff to even notice us initially.

Adopted some kittens a few months back; my apartment is all they get to explore, usually. Now they're big enough, took them to Petco, got some cat leashes, and let them explore. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Other customers, too.

I come here for dog food, cat food and treats. That's it, thanks petco.
