We have had Lori the last 2 times taking Mya our Alaskan Malamute and Lori is by far the best groomer hands down!! Lori, has so much talent and compassion for Mya. I cannot thank Lori enough. We are so lucky to have found this place or I should say found Lori. She rocks!!!

Jen did an amazing job grooming my precious Rosie. She came back so calm, I couldn't believe how great she handled her. Will be going back for all my future grooming needs.

I made my appointment a month in advance and they cancelled on me the day I was supposed to bring my dogs in. They couldn’t reschedule me for another 3 weeks.

They do a great job on my standard poodle and my Ragdoll cat.

They did such a great job grooming my maltipoo! It was his first time!

Love this place and our babies love it too! Jen does amazing work and the dogs love her.

Groomers are very helpful and they take good care of our girl at a very reasonable rate. Don't let the looks of the mall fool you. This place is BOOKED OUT. We keep at least 3 appointments on the books. Tip extra!

My pet always looks and smells good after grooming and does not seem stressed out when I pick her up. Her care is always done complete and nothing is left out or forgotten.

Amy is the best! She has been grooming my dogs for the past 5 years. They get super excited when we get to the place. I have crazy Pomeranians with tons of hair and I am always so happy when I pick them up. Thank you so much for making this experience so great! I have also tried a couple of other groomers at this place and they have also been great!

Delightful staff and they really love our pets. ! Lori loves our little Samson, paying attention to even the smallest details ! We appreciate how quickly and thoroughly his grooming gets done and the reasonable prices keep us coming back! COVID rules in place, which requires owners to call from the car for pickup and drop off.

Great service. I'm quite picky and they did an excellent cut on my labradoodle. I would recommend.

Unprofessional and rude. I brought my cat here for some deshedding. When we got home I found several bleeding spots, several on his skin and one on his toe where they clipped his claws. No wonder she seemed so scared. When I contacted them I was simply told that I had signed a dicslaimer and that "these things can happen". Do not bring your cat here!

Amy at Aurora Pet Grooming was amazing! It was my 7 mo old puppies first time at the groomers and Amy was so patient with him! She texted me all day with updates and pictures. They are also very affordable and groom your pup exactly how you want. We will definitely be going back!

Wonderful place for pet grooming! The groomer took time to speak with us about our pet, and checked in on us while we waited for our pet to be taken in. Also noticed how friendly and well rounded their attention to other customers and their pets were. Each person and their dog felt cared for and nothing but smiles were on the faces of customers when they left!

I took my puppy Shih Tzu here for the 1st time today and I was surprised with how quick and professional they did there job, very polite and I got my puppy back just how I wanted him the prices are great and I was very satisfied with the service provided to my little one I will be back for sure!.

Was very satisfied with the service!! I was skeptical at first cause this was my older cats grooming cause she had a lot of matted hair. But Jen was super nice!!????

Jen did a fantastic job grooming Syris! He was pretty relaxed on the way home and jumped right in to his normal routine! I can tell she was very gentle and understanding with him! We have booked our Beagle to be groomed by her at the end of the month as well! Thank you again for such great service!

They took my kids on short notice and Marty my oldest doesn't like anyone's picking him up, but he does well with Niki and the young one she has no problem.

I would like to highly compliment our groomer Sean for his hard work with my cats especially one very difficult cat that I have. Sean went above and beyond the call of duty thank you so much.
