This place is a corporate scam. Came to get a second opinion on a skin tag on my dogs belly and they typed out a 3,000$ quote when our previous vet quoted us 500$ And then had the audacity to tell us if we can’t afford it we can stand outside in the cold at the humane society and they could do it cheaper there. Nothing worse than corporate places trying to steal your money when your just trying to take care of your beloved pet. Will absolutely never return to this place.

Appointment availability is scarce, but that's every vet right now. So we had to wait about 2 and a half weeks from the time I called to when he was seen, but it was well worth the wait. The prices are low and most importantly they seem to truly care about each animal and I would recommend Thrive to any pet owner for check ups, shots, ect. But if it's an emergency I would go to Adams county animal hospital or (after hours) Wheatridge animal hospital.

This was the first time I've been to Thrive Vet and I couldn't be happier with their service. The entire staff was amazing. I wish there was a location in the Petco close to me, but I will definitely be back.

I love the staff at Thrive but getting an appointment is like pulling teeth. You have to go thru a service that is a phone center and there are several conversations going on. They don’t care what you say if it varies from their script. I asked 4 times to make an appointment to have my dog neutered. I never did get the appointment. Infuriating!

The call service does not go to the THRIVE Arvada Office. It goes to a call center in India perhaps. The call center told us the wrong information for bringing our pet in. The doctor's office appeared unresponsive at the inconvenience of being told wrong information. I guess clients time can be wasted...

Looks like I'm about ready to have to find a new vet Cause it's next to impossible to get an appointment at thrive And cancel your pet's prescriptions cause you can't get an appointment to get him looked at

This place has really gone down hill. They are double booking everyone, even though they are short-handed. I showed up for my appointment and was sent home because they were too busy. An appointment I waited 3 weeks for. I can never get in as an emergency appointment. Each time I'm told to take my dog to Urgent Care! So what is the point of having a family vet if I am going to keep paying Urgent care prices? If they are always this overwhelmed how good of care is my dog receiving? UPDATE: my appointment was canceled and rescheduled AGAIN this week (9/14/21)...ugh...

Thank you Dr. Menghini and Tech Patricia for helping me with Betsy today! I am Extremely thankful for your patience and support with Betsy! My dear Betsy struggles with fear aggression and the staff here made sure Betsy was taken care of and felt comfort. I definitely felt the support and reassurance that we can overcome this with Betsy! Patricia came up with the best idea ever to bring Betsy in for office visits to interact with staff so that she knows that it’s not a scary place! That was the moment I knew the staff was with me on this and I am extremely thankful for that! Thank you Once again!

This place is a complete joke! The customer service was so poor with very little communication. The doctor we had had little to no experience it seems with big dogs. We had 2 appointments one to get my dog vaccinated my dog being a little tense was scared of them and there approach so we muzzled him per there request, then my boyfriend was told to hold him down trying to calm our dog. He growled subtly and the doctor freaked and refused to give him his vaccinations. The vet then said she could sedate him with a shot……? So she was willing to give him a shot for sedation but not his actual vaccine? We end up rescheduling his appointment and giving him trazodone for his second appointment and for some odd reason they cancel our appointment the day of without letting us know or giving us any messages. The lack of experience here is mind blowing. I do not recommend this place to anyone if I could I would give them no stars.

I brought my dog that I had adopted 24 hours prior in because he had kennel cough. I couldn't get him in anywhere and they called me to let me know they had a last minute cancellation. During the exam, there was an ~incident~ with my dog and the vet tech when they did the rectal temp and then we found out the shelter I had gotten him from lied about giving him his vaccines. They handled it professionally and didn't make me feel bad about an accident gone awry. I'm very thankful for their professionalism during a stressful time and I have already recommended this vet to other animal owners. Thank you, Thrive! - claire (and pork chop)

We adopted our pup over a year ago and he had so many problems the first few months (malnourished, parasites, digestive issues, etc.) I would text or call with my many questions and they were always happy to help out! Since then, we have gone in for all kinds of things and although he gets nervous, he is always happy to see the techs and doctors which means a lot (especially considering we couldn't go to the exam rooms due to covid, just made me feel confident in the care he gets). Today I got to go back to the room with him and got to see his interactions with more of the team. He loves Patricia and Dr. Menghini. Even right after his dental surgery, he was wagging his tail at the doctor who did the procedure. I like that Thrive provides you with costs upfront and always present options for what you need. Would give a much higher rating but the poor excuse that you need to go through a call center than a direct line at the clinic is very inconvenient and time consuming. I don't know any other vet that does this.

Thank you Dr. McDowell, Kate and the rest of the staff for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies!! Our dogs have always received excellent care and we can trust that they are in good hands with you!! Thanks for finding the culprit of her inflammation in her foot and giving her lots of love today!

My dog had a cut on his paw that caused him extreme discomfort. Waited 3 days to get in. Vet office called as I was driving to appt and said they were short-staffed and I had to re-schedule. They explained that they double-booked me with another dog's vaccination and they didn't have the staff for both appts. They never told me that when I booked. Shouldn't a sick dog with an appt have priority over a vaccination ? Used to like them.. not anymore. IMO, second class operation that prioritizes vaccinations over sick animals.

Brought my dog Tiger in to get checked out with a limited budget. And the vets were so nice and accommodating to both Tiger and my needs. Also the most affordable vet in the entire Denver area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I had a really great experience here. I took my dog, Sansa, in for her vaccinations and check-up and she’s really not a fan of going to the vet, but everyone was so nice and REALLY good with her. She actually seemed to relax by the end of the appointment. They even texted me the next day to check in on Sansa to see how she was doing, which I really appreciated. She did end up feeling a bit under the weather after her vaccines, but everyone I spoke with for advice was very helpful and the techs were great about getting back to me as well. You can tell they genuinely care. I definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here!

I went to Thrive after being recommended by some people that I knew. They were very understanding and when I didn’t have enough money at the time offered me other solutions and things that I could sign up for to make it cheaper. I recently went for a checkup with my cat who had been sick. I was seen by Dr. Menghini, Haley, and Patricia, all who were very friendly and professional. Having the rooms open was a good change from having to do curbside before, it really let me talk to the doctor and find out everything that was going on along with being able to show them what concerned me and talk about what might happen. Overall 5 stars I definitely recommend the service :)
