Second time I’ve brought my dog to self wash and they said they didn’t have it open. My dog is in the midst of chemo treatments. I’ve tried to reach someone by phone and never can speak to anyone. Won’t ever try here again and wouldn’t suggest you try there either.

My family and I have been choosing this location for years! They've worked with three of our dogs, even into their old age - and they remember the little things. I'm not willing to switch groomers right now, and maybe not ever!

I was apprehensive about dropping off my year-old Rottweiler she loves people but still gets very nervous when her family isn't around. The ladies made me feel at ease, I filled out a form with special instructions on what makes her scared and they reassured me before leaving that they would take great care of her. A few hours later, my pup was clean, smelled great and her nails were clipped perfectly! I was very happy with my first experience and will be back.

Emily always does out dogs and we love her. The place is always clean and Emily is so personable and caring to us and our kids. (Dogs). I hope to get an appointment soon after all this COVID is done. Miss you guys. And hope y’all are safe and healthy.

Today I went to the groomers for the very first time ! I took my little chihuahua poncho in today for full body and nails ! Emily and I didn’t get the other women’s name who I was talking to the most , we’re beyond sweet to me. I got to help with my dogs nails and calm him down . The service was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend bringing you’re pups here to be groomed. They treated my baby like he was there’s and were beyond gentle for it being both our first times . 10/10 on everything . Poncho smells amazing looks great. And I love the style they went with . I could go on and on. But thank you guys ! I’ll be back!

This place is not the best I love the services they offer however the customer service is super lacking. I was told 40 for my shitzu which made sense but I have a 6 lb short hair chihuahua and they charged me 40 to bath her and clip her nails. I informed them that I was quoted 20 and she said yes well we fired that girl so its 40? Tf? Will NEVER GO BACK. Hope that extra 20 was worth a terrible review and the loss of multiple customers including me.

Nicest owners you ever could meet. Our dogs are not fond of other dogs & these people know how to care for them. The only place we take our 3 pups!

Naomi is fantastic! Our labradoodle was in rough shape after playing in the weeds all weekend. She was able to give him a great haircut despite all the tangles!
