We have gone to AVH for two years, and we started so happy with them. We have noticed a huge change in the quality of their care these past few months, but this week takes the cake. We have tried all week to get our puppy in, and had a backup appointment scheduled for Thursday, which we scheduled early Monday. We took off work Thursday and they refused to see us, saying they hadn't taken any notes or actually made the appointment. Today we called early, and made another appointment. My wife was just 5 minutes late and they refused again to see our dog. This is ridiculous as we always have to wait 5-20 minutes to have our appointment when we arrive on time, but apparently we aren't allowed the same leeway. Its obvious this vet no long cares about the patients, and we are currently looking for a replacement vet that will actually honor the appointments they make.

We brought in our 2 new puppies for the first time today. Dr Peter Sepp was excellent! He took his time getting to know the pups and made them feel very comfortable. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and gave us great tips and suggestions. We never felt rushed and the facility was clean. We're glad we found a great Vet for our pup!

Their prices are high. I loved the doctor.

The only vet who could see my cat within two weeks. She has a swollen and draining eye. Excellent service and price! They have been my vet for over ten years!

I have been going to this vet over 10 years for my cats. They give great service and are affiliated with other doctors to give you the most thorough services. When I had to put a couple of my cats down, they were so kind and stayed with me until I was able to leave. I highly recommend them.

This was the most positive experience that Axle has had getting his nails trimmed and thank you! Axle must have had very traumatic experiences in his past for nail trimming.

They took my dog as a last minute patient, they treated Bruno my dog like it was family and that made me feel great, they took the time to explain everything by the point, this place is not cheap but it is completely worth it! I am definitely changing vet clinics to this one even though is a bit far from where I live.

We highly recommend Dr. Sepp and Arvada Veterinary Hospital. Our dogs have always received excellent care from everyone at this office. We also felt like we were always able to get ahold of the office and scheduling was easy. Communication was always great with both front and back office staff. Very disappointed! Our dog, Toby ???? has been going here for almost a year with a heart condition. We recently moved 40 miles away. We had a appointment with Arvada. In the mean time poor Toby passed away. When I called to cancel the appointment and told them that he had passed. They acted like they could care less! I didn't expect a big to do. BUT I did expect a sorry for your loss or something! The Veterinarian that helped us with Toby 40 miles away and only saw Toby once. Was very sorry and upset as we were, sent us a card just couple days later. Very disappointed!!!

I have taken my cat here in the past, but this time I was visiting to drop off food as a door dash driver. There was someone who didn't identify herself outside of the front door not allowing me to access the door to drop off food. She condescendingly told me she already knocked and they are busy. I had no idea who she was. So I waited a couple moments, and asked if she was seen by someone inside and she again was rude and told me to wait because they are on the phone. I figured it must be a client. I was just trying to find out if I needed to contact customer for delivery. Soon, someone opened the door and this woman who was blocking me and rude turned out to be a worker at this office. Not only did you lose a door dasher driver to deliver your office lunch, but you lost someone who has used your office and referred people. Be nice to people !

I love taking my dogs to them .they are so nice and friendly and they always let me know prices before charging me and make sure I understand what they are doing..I take my dogs there for all their needs.

Very unfriendly toward me the moment I walked in with my dieing dog in my arms and turned us away without even taking a glance at her

Arvada Veterinary Hospital was able to get me in quickly and their staff was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

We've been visiting Arvada Vet since we moved here in 2019. They have done amazing with all of our pets, ranging from a puppy to a senior. They take a lot of care with our babies and are very affordable. Love this staff!

Dog is puking blood and they couldn’t even check him to make sure he isn’t going to die. Don’t bother coming here, they do not care about your animals. I’m pulling all of my rescue animals from this facility.

Everyone is always very kind, caring and compassionate with my pups!!!

After taking our dog and cat here for their vaccines and other issues, we won’t be back. They didn’t necessarily do anything wrong up front, it’s just that they never know what’s going on. They never know what vaccine to administer or what we’re there for. It’s like there’s a disconnect between the front desk, the vet techs and the veterinarians. Also, I want to see the same vet over and over again and this place has rotating vets. One day I called to make an appointment for my dog, same day appointment and the lady said they didn’t have anything available. After speaking to my partner about finding another place to go, I ended up calling them back. Low and behold when I spoke to a different lady, there were many appointments available. Just another disconnect.

I took my cranky cat in for some blood work, and let me say the teamwork that Dr Anema, Audrey and Annie exhibited was beyond excellent! The talent and skill they all displayed was so comforting for a pet parent to witness.

Kind, patient, and professional staff - I greatly appreciated the time they spent making sure my concerns were heard and answered thoroughly. The dedication they have to making sure pet owners are as informed as possible truly shows how much they care for the animals in their care.

They have friendly and genuine animal caring staff. My cat isn’t the nicest yet they always welcome her and care for her the best way possible. Appreciate the warm welcomes every time we go ????

Very nice people and cost way less than expected!

We reached out to a few other vet hospitals who were not very accommodating for an emergency (dog bite), but Arvada Vet Hospital was! Thank you for getting us in to check on my pup so quickly! The vet came out and explained what was going on which gave us peace of mind also. Very fast, efficient and most importantly caring. We have now found our new favorite vet in Arvada =)
