Still sells grain free pet food even though it has been proven to cause heart disease.

Things are out of stock often and they don't price items accurately. I'll often find out food is on sale if x amount is purchased AFTER I've stood in line to purchase my items. If I knew there was a sale, I'd purchase more. When I bring it to their attention I'm told they don't bother to advertise the sale if it's short a short sale. There are no sales associates on the floor to ask usually or they don't know. This used to be my favorite pet store but I'm now finding other places to shop since customer service has gone down hill.

Had all I needed but cost more than wanted

The groomer staff are incredible. Every time I bring my fur baby in he is treated with SUCH kindness I couldn’t find anywhere else (i usually bring him in for his nails and occasionally a bath). My baby gets a little nervous going in sometimes, but they love him to death & I know they’ll take care of him for me. Amazing Amazing people. I trust no place else!

Every time I come here I get FANTASTIC items for my babies. My dog, Roxy loves coming here and seeing her "friends" Bree, the cashier and her trainer. They are so sweet.

They really need help in there. Had to be in there 2 days in a row and the staff they do have seems overwhelmed and that's never good for costumer service.

Ok so the staff here are always friendly, very helpful, and a total pleasure as far as customer service goes. So why the 3 stars? The animals ????. I shop there often (several times a week) and will often have to notify them that there is something dead. But this can be something as small as fish or horned worms that were literally decomposing on the shelf. One associate even said that she is the only one who changes the betta fish water or checks on the critters. She had just come back from a week off work and found many of them severely neglected and already deceased. It is a store and the store itself is very well maintained. Unfortunately the animals often lack proper care, and some animals (guinea pig, chameleon)that i have purchased were malnourished.

Staff is friendly, store is clean, stuff is easy to find, checkout is quick. You leave there happy.

They were awesome in Yuba city. The little girl I wanted got hurt a little so after the meds, quarantine,the doctor. She's mine!!

Ive been here 2x in the past week and both times they over charged me?! $60 the first time and like $20 the second time

Great. I even asked a question and they knew the answer. Lol. It was clean, actually had options for a specific problem I had, and she was nice

Went later in the evening on a weekday.... Wasn't crowded and received help from staff.... A lot of product was sold out or missing so we didn't have as much selected.... Quality of products was good.... Will be back!

Got my cat's nails done, the woman who does them is crazy nice, helpful, fast and gorgeous.

Not much for x small dogs (Pretty disappointing). Other then that, a good place.

The store has all you need but the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable enough to sell the products. May be understaffed the employees. On the floor seemed to be pulled in many directions. Overall it is a clean store and has a decent selection.

Great store. Kind of expensive but definitely has most of anything you are looking for.

Such friendly staff in the grooming salon! I just adopted a cat and she desperately needed her nails clipped. Not only did they clip her nails, but they went out of their way to brush off any excess fur and cleaned up her paws too! I look forward to coming back from grooming… great service! Thank you! ????

Clean and easy to find what you want

We went here to buy a leash, and there was a large variety of leashes to choose from with reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Dog had hair. Hair was dirty and long. Now dogs hair is short and clean. Many thankies!
