Very nice young man behind the counter. Unfortunately spies are low and they are unsure when they will get more. I bought one of the last bags so I am good for a couple of months.

It seems that Geysers is the only game in town and the know it! But, if you are a “beginner” with the pets they sell don’t expect to get the information you really need on how to care for your new pet or what you will need! Sadly for this beginner household didn’t know what all to ask because well, we’re beginners. But what we were told was not only woefully insufficient and ultimately put our new pets life at risk, as well the heart of our child whose only Christmas wish came from Geysers. Now we’ve been told to check you tube to find out what to do and find out we’re far from the mark. I have learned a huge, stressful lesson at a very high price! I thought I’d be given better quality, including expert guidance and information for the 3+ times the cost that I thought I’d get at a pet store chain. I stand corrected and hoping it’s not already too late to restore health and faith to pet and family.

They take excellent care of their animals and have very friendly staff. extremely pleased with the experience!

Customer service is great and I love how friendly everyone is. I got my dog from here and she's one smart little pup.

Fish department is in very sad shape and fish prices way to high!!

They are as clean as they use to be . Nor do they have as many fish as they use to.

Gaiser pets is ALWAYS a pleasure to visit. From the giant turtle to the smallest fish, the kids love it. We're SO happy to visit again and support them!

This is the best pet store! They have done an amazing job the past few years with updating their reptile enclosures too.

Horrible staff and very dismissive. My guinea pig was dying and i was desprate for help. They tried to make me buy products that arent for guinea pigs and use professional medical equipment and food. They shouldnt be selling that to the public it specifically says only for professional use or reccomended by doctors. They have their children running around too.

Have the fest feeder nice for our Cleopatra!

My nieces love coming here to look at the animals and feed the fishes. I love feeding Franklin.

We love this store! Blake is extremely helpful, knowledge and friendly. The shop has so much to offer and we get a lot of things from them. We also like to just walk thru and say hi to all the critters!

Love this local small business vs big pet stores.

Love this place. Sometimes just go in to look at the aquarium with the amazing coral and other sea "creatures" it's a delight. I used to buy hermit crabs there when my kids were kids, they were always healthy, not lifeless. The large reptile that is on the floor sometimes freaks me out, but I love the turtles or tortoises that sometimes roam around. It's a great place.

Knowledgeable staff that is very helpful in times of need. I set up a new saltwater tank and made a ton of Newby mistakes like adding 17 fish in a not yet cycled tank and they helped me so much to get through it without losing a single fish.

Very impressed with the selection.

Good place to take animals to be groomed...

On our way home from picking up our rescue boy we stopped to see how he was with water. He LOVED it! It's a beautiful place to visit, we have camped in the area before. Lots of activities for families!

Please check your tanks daily. Please remove dead fish and do a little tank maintenance!

A true community gem. This store is wonderful and caters to the families of our community. This store is a lightweight petting zoo that gives the little ones an activity that is free to enjoy. We need more places like this in our community. They always welcomed me and my 3kids and never once have I felt pressured to buy anything. I urge our local community to show your support and spend locally so stores like this can prevail. Stores like this are needed in these high stress times to unite our neighborhood's on common ground instead of highlighting our our differences like the media seems to do.

It is the only local pet store (not counting big box stores) and a great place to get what you need. And if they dont carry it, they will see if they can order it for you. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Awesome pet store. Great selection of tropical fish and aquarium plants. Plus they have a huge tortoise named Franklin who's always fun to see.
