This is absolutely the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. I was on a major timeline and they were so incredibly understanding and helped me out tremendously!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service.very rude and refuse service to my cat cause of my low income resorces.But thanks to the Animal Control Service i got my cat the treatment he need it.

Best Veterinary care in woodland. I can't say enough about the staff at Valley Oak. They are so positive and professional. My animals love them. You are charged a fair price and you are able to go in with your animal. No nonsense or extra frills just simply great care.

smooth. informative. educational. friendly. welcomed. and your pet..all the attention and care (mine was just eating it all up) they did get my name wrong but, that be my fault and the mask. hope they send that other guy the bill!

Small, friendly clinic. The docs seem careful and conscientious. Dr. Thornburg saved my dog's life by diagnosing anaphylactic shock and treating immediately.

They are the best, they got my dog in so I wouldn't have to to take Time off work, took very good care of my dog. I won't take my dog anywhere else , and it's 40 miles from my house

Great staff, great doctor. They are awesome with my cat and super nice and helpful. I called the receptionist today about a few questions I had (ok more than a few) and either she is really good at hiding her irritation at my many questions or she is super super nice and sweet. ???? thank you!

Highly recommend. Doctor Richard Thornburgh is fantastic. He is honest with what he can do but what is probably doesn't give much results based on your pets age. We had elderly dogs and he didn't push unnecessary treatments. He is very caring and thorough. We bypass many vets to come to him. Plus he gives back to the community through non profit organizations.

Took very good care of my Pipity June Bug. Had a spay and tooth extraction. Didn't even need to make her a conehead! They do the stitches so you don't need it.
