I received great care for both my dog and cat here, 10 years apart, by the same doctor. They have good prices and won't make you pay for, and your animal go though, unnecessary tests. The staff is great.

I took my kitten today for physical check up. Dr.Herbeck took care of my kitten. He was very friendly and attentive. They didn’t charge me for the first visit which was great. Definitely gonna take my cat there!

Weird experience with the whole covid thing happening. They had it worked out so you don't wait inside. They were organized. They got our pet, called us while we waited outside asked for any concerns, checked our pet called again and let us know the situation. Came back with our pet and we paid outside.

We just got/rescued a new puppy 10 days ago and she suddenly started showing signs of a UTI an hour before closing. We called and they immediately squeezed us in before closing and couldn’t have been nicer! We received a free puppy kit and flea medicine and hope to bring her back for healthy checks from here on out. Thank you!

I love the availability of appointments and how streamlined the electronic process is- before I figured that way out, the old fashioned phone call worked great too! Five (hundred) stars! I appreciate being given options both with cost and treatments. With four dogs i like knowing who will be caring for my dogs when they need it!

They killed one cat and held another one of my cats ransom until we could afford the $2300 fee..

They took my EXTREMELY CALM cat in the back and we heard him screaming for 20 minutes, unsure why because he was just getting a shot. Tried to charge us 500$ for an exam and xrays, ended up talking them down to 165$ and when we get up to the front desk they tried to charge me 283$, had to wait 15 minutes with our vomiting cat for them to lower the price back to what they quoted me. My cat is even more sick now the morning after going so we’re going to take him to a different vet and hopefully save his life. This vet will try and scam you, go to another!

My cat was in kidney failure, they diagnosed him with worms, he died the next day. Brought him in dehydrated with stomach pain and throwing up, didn’t suggest xrays or blood work! Worst vet EVER, if you love your pet, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PET, very sorry I went there! SAD!

Whom ever answered the phone on MLK Day 2020 at 7AM is a rude, inconsiderate, and has no empathy. I hope they have a better day, than how they started mine.

The first time I can here. I had a pretty good experience. They have an offer for a free exam when you sign up online. I definitely recommend checking that out. The vet was friendly and my dog and I had a positive experience. The second Time I came. The girl working in the front ignored me for a full 5 mins while she was standing 15 ft away from me just doing paperwork and not acknowledging me. When she finally did she was stand offish and rude. Dont know if I'll be coming back.

The staff is super friendly and very very helpful the doctor very patient helpful and cares great place to bring your pet especially if you want the best care for your pet I've been to a few other vets because I thought vca was to expensive but I quickly found out that the care that my pets got from other vets was nothing like vca they even have a good care program so u can get what your pet needs without paying all at once best place to bring your pets

The doctors are always great. They're super friendly and our dogs which are aren't always great with others trust them. Dr Flores and Dr Herbeck are awesome!

I love the care they provide for my pets. The doctor was very down to earth and honest. They are good about following up for appointments and answering questions. You can usually schedule an appointment within the week as well. A bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford the care. edit: my dog seems to have gotten kennel cough twice, both times after visiting here. It might just be a coincidence but I hope they do everything possible to avoid this.

Our regular vet was out of town when I needed to put my 15-year old buddy, Mosquito, to rest as she awoke that morning in such pain. I had never visited this location previously but they were very accommodating on short notice. Always a terrible experience but Dr. Paulina Flores was wonderful and compassionate, as was all the staff. Thank you for being so kind.

I switched to VCA years ago because they are the same quality as the independent vets and not nearly as expensive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only one time did I feel upset when they were throwing terms and diagnosis at me like I should know what any of those conditions or meds were. Just took new puppy there and all was fine.
