Petco on Venture was excellent. Meagan helped me find supplies for my new puppy. Meagan was kind and had lots of knowledge about what my puppy would need.

I am very disappointed that, despite the most current behavioral science research that supports positive, force free dog training, you continue to carry aversive training equipment like prong, shock, and choke collars as well as very unhealthy, undigestable rawhide. In addition, your employees are not very experienced or educated about the items you sell. For instance, a customer had just gotten a new puppy and had asked about food puzzles. The sales associate was lacking basic knowledge and I was able to provide assistance by showing the customer the Kongs and explained that you can stuff them and freeze them. The sales associate seemed appreciative of my knowledge and shared that he had no idea that the stuffed Kongs could be frozen!

Excellent customer service all around. Petco is not only a special place for dogs, its a special place for customers as well. I live across the street and they truly feel like a part of the neighborhood!!!!!!!

I don’t have time to write negative reviews, but I am so over of this Petco groomer, every-time I book an online appointment they call me and tell me that unfortunately we can not take your dog, since I always get the best and highest quality of grooming they are too lazy to put time on my chow chow. This was the third time that the same thing happened. I booked a service for my dog for next month from 3 weeks ago and I received 2 times call that we can’t get your dog. I just cancelled today and I’m glad that I will not have to deal with these lazy people anymore! If I get more work done I pay for it, what the heck is wrong with you guys that ask me to cancel my appointment because he has a lot to do! Also one more thing to add is that the groomer pick her nose while taking care of the dogs!

This store was very clean. I came in to look at the fish and walked out with 5. The man who helped me in that department was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait around waiting for someone to come over to the fish area like i usually do with other petco's in the area. Will definitely be coming back here.

I actually walked out of petsmart (because it's awful and I finally had enough) and came back to petco same day (because u guys shut down the one close to my house) and it was so much easier and so much better. Lesson learned...

I have never waited in line as long as I did at this location. It took the cashier 10 min to call for backup and then almost another 10 waiting for them to get to the registers. I work retail and sadly they missed the mark. One good note the guy who finally helped me actually asked me about my fur babies and what I was buying for them. He made me forget for a second how frustrating it was watching the one cashier for almost 20 min take care of 2 people

It's Petco, I buy pet food here nothing special

Needed to use bathroom facilities and was promptly assisted. Purchased cat brush. Offered assistance but didn't need any.

We visited this store to get a pet and were impressed by the helpful nature of the manager of this store: Fahad. Being new to the pet world, we asked questions that were answered so well by him, that we felt comfortable. Great service, we would recommend this store to anyone because of him.

Super empty shelves. But the staff is friendly. Cat adoptions every weekend. Wonderful.

Petco has a little bit high price for me, but the others are good.

These are the best tags ever! I bought one for my dog about 4 years ago, and then got one for my grand-dog a few months later. I recently bought another one for a friend's dog, and he loves it, too! They virtually cannot come off the collar if you follow the directions. The older ones still look like new! Will continue buying these as needed for years to come.

I got help lifting a heavy bag of dog food into my cart and then someone else helped me get the bag into the car. Much appreciated.
