Had to call 25 times to get a check up on my dog calling any more than once is unnecessary get a better phone system! I will not be coming back until you respond that you have a new phone system very unprofessional thought you guys were trying to steal my dog

I have been to several groomers over the years with my 3 Malteses. Fancy Fur did an absolutely amazing job making all 3 look incredible. I have never seen there coats look so good. Highly recommended.

Tried to make an appointment for my mini doodle puppy ,because we love how they do cut our other doodle, but was told they we not taking New doodles …..ummmm so I need two groomers ? That makes no sense

1st time client at this location. The shampoo quality smells really bad. I drop off my teacup Teddy bear pomeranian at the place and when I pick up they stick a feather on his ear area with a glue. They are so careless. Glue!!?? Never seen such. They cut his fur short. I only went to this place because of the ratings. It's totally over stated.

Fast service. Friendly people and I always come back with happy fresh smelling dogs, so I know they were treated right.

Everyone here does a great job! We always try to have Lahren groom our mini schnauzer Charlie, but he loves going to this pet salon no matter who grooms him! They do a great job and he comes home so happy, clean, and adorable! ????

their words "I've spent too much on your dog already. I'm not spending any more." I brought in a picture of my dog with his last hair cut so that they knew exactly what I expected. He did not match the picture.

Brought long hair cat in cause to get sanitary shave on hind quarters and tangles combed out. They did great job for a very reasonable price and very friendly staff.

This is the best dog groomer in town. Super accommodating, they actually like dogs, and they do fantastic work on my golden retriever every time. He gets visibly excited every time we walk up to the place, and that tells me everything I need to know about how he's treated when he's there! I give my strongest recommendation for Fancy Fur Pet Salon.

By far the best Pet Groomers in SFV. I’ve taken my dog to many different places and he seems to be most comfortable here, with Kevin and the rest of the staff. They have the best service, they are flexible with drop off/pick up times and they have the most reasonable prices. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

I love to bring my dog here. I have a toy poodle that is scared of groomers in general because of past experiences, but he is treated like a little king here from the moment I have to drop him off. I show them pictures of the style that I want him to have and they deliver! They are confident about their work, and they have better prices than other groomers that "specialize" in poodles. I attached 2 pictures of the cute hair styles that he's had so far with Fancy Fur pet salon.

They are so friendly and do great grooms. Love the signature long lash.

My dog absolutely loves her trips to Fancy Fur. She loves the people and the service she gets. They are certainly very, very nice and always do a good job with Lola. They are very reasonably priced. I recommend Fancy Fur to anyone with a dog.

Gigi has to be absolutely one of the best in the business she keeps honey well-groomed and always smelling great. She is very accommodating but she does book up quick so make your appointments in advance. Great service,my puppy is happy and and so am I.

I took my long haired chihuahua there as he needed some grooming but most importantly he needed his glands taken care of. They were so nice and very gentle...they didn't rush so my baby could get acclimated and not be all frantic..I found my dogs stylist lol...2 thumbs and 2 paws up!

Alley parking, back entrance & two dogs nails trimmed $25.00. Worked for me!

The groomers here are all very caring about the pets who are visiting. They know each pet's name, personality, likes and dislikes. I think they're terrific!

I have two show level Pomeranians that I received when they were 2 and 3 months old. I researched the best groomers in my area to avoid trauma etc... so I ended up at healthy spot in the village. They charged me 50 per dog for the grooming plus another 30 per dog for keratin conditioner. I asked about it since the first two times I had them groomer there their hair was aweful and they thought it was the shampoo. Anyway they did an ok job and loved my dogs. But then I found fancy fur and I am thrilled. Half the price, their hair looked and smelled fantastic and as another reviewer pointed out “They came out happier than they went in!” Grateful to this excellent company????????????????

She is so good with my dogs! (2 of them) Every time they are well groomed with cute bows! And she is so reasonable for both dogs when it comes to cost. Not hundreds of dollars. Like other groomers have cost in the past because of their size and amount of hair. She makes it affordable so they can come more often for the owner! I love that about her! Highly recommend!

Best groomer I have ever been to (and I’ve been to lots). I was able to get an appointment one hour after I called on the same day for my 4 1/2 mo old goldendoodle. I was referred by another goldendoodle owner who informed me she never takes her goldendoodles anywhere else to get groomed. I spoke with the staff and asked them if it was okay my puppy was young. They took them time to get her used to clippers and she wasn’t scared. Such compassion and preofessionalism. They also happen to be one of the cheapest prices around.
