They almost always have what I'm looking for.

Great store, nice associates. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

This petsmart is really large and well stocked, they're usually very short on staff so the wait in line can be a bit longer than usual, but I usually order ahead for pickup. Other than that great facility and friendly staff.

Have a great selection and friendly staff everything you need for your four-legged in two legged family members

Absolutely horrendous customer service . And this is coming from someone who has a retail business. Looking at the fish for 15 minutes …. Nobody in sight. Had to go through half the store to find an employee asked for help with the fish….nobody came. Asked another employee for help. NOTHING. I don’t shop there anyways because they have zero knowledge of dog and cat nutrition. But WOW. Do yourself a favor and shop small. Where they actually care about their customers and not just making a buck.

On the advice of my veterinary, we never shave our dogs down to the skin. Hair prevents the dog from getting sunburn. On 08/08/2021 my 70lbs golden doodle was shaved down to the skin. I was charged $120. Doodle owners, I suggest going to a real dog salon for cuts and staying out of PetSmart.

The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with my order which had several discounts to be applied and needed to be rung up a certain way. She was the best person I've dealt with yet at PetSmart.

I had a grooming appointment for my dog. They call several hours a head to cancel my appointment, then call back 3 hours later and said the appointment can be resume. When I was there, then they said they needs more $ to trim my dog's ears; which was very surprising me. Because when I made the appointment ahead in person, I already showed them my dog's picture, discribed my dog's breed and my expectations. Then they quoted me the price. Anyway, I agreed to pay more to make sure my dog's ears get trim with explaining my expectations again. After an hour, when I pick up my dog. The ears didn't trim as I said earlier, not even trim much at all. They even tell me the groomer already left and they can't do much. I end up had to talk to a manager, the manager had to find me another groomer to trim my dog's ears right away. In this experience, I am not very happy with the service and their professionalism.

Well stocked and has a friendly staff.

A bit depressing honestly. Didn't have the catfood i needed and I got the last 6 cans of the dog food. Shelves are bare, refrigerators for dog food is bare. Lighting is even depressing. Employees are nice. I dont know if this is a result of the times or just the fact that people don't shop this store in person that much anymore.

During this rather challenging time, Pet Smart has gone out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. I was able to order online and call the store when i got there and got my items.... They make it easy to shop there.

I recently adopted a kitty cat and PetSmart in Westlake was the only place I could find that did "cat grooming". Making an appointment was super easy and the scheduling associate was friendly and helpful throughout the process. This is my first cat and Angela, The Groomer was extremely helpful and super sweet with teaching me some things about my new kittycat. On our way out Angela suggested we buy some cat toys since they were on sale due to it being Valentines Day. To my surprise we got an additional discount due to scheduling our grooming services on Valentines day and we ended up getting our two cat toys for free. My cat left a happy cat :)

The staff is very accommodating as we are all trying to get through this public health emergency.

Only bad thing I can say is that during the time of Covid-19 you can't pet the dogs that people walk in with, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The grooming was very bad. The nails weren't done but said they did, his hair wasn't brushed thoroughly and more.. The lady told me he is too active to groom him! Lol he is 7 months old puppy first time grooming! Bad experience, love petsmart but the grooming? No.

Horrible service. Wanted to support my local Pet Smart, but got rude service instead.

So happy their grooming service is so good Last week brought my husky malmute mix for shedding they did excellent job Thank a lot again

In my experience, the PetSmart staff members are very helpful and eager to get you what you need.

These pet CA tags are the best!! The information on the tags does not wear off or get scuffed up. When the dogs play in the Thousand Oaks/dirt and get the tags dirty, they easily clean up with soap and water. I will order again when I want new tags in a different color.
