Quality store and knowledgeable staff!????????

I've FINALLY found the perfect groomer for my 8 month old Yorkie! Jose was amazing and did a fantastic job. He knew EXACTLY the cut I was looking for and executed perfectly. The prices are fantastic and we didn't have to wait all day like those " other" establishments. My Pup was in and out in a 1.5 hr. I will be back and spreading the word about his services! Thank you Jose and a special "THANK YOU" to his beautiful wife who recommended him to me!!

I have been coming here for years ever since you guys opened for my dog Harley. You know me! You have always charged 75 dollars for wash and haircut, but today I had a bad experience with 2 of your employees who randomly changed it to 100 dollars! I told them to check the computer system to see what they previously charged me and they claimed the last time I was here was years ago! (In reality I had been here about 3 months ago)... They did not seem to care, and it seemed like they almost wanted me to cancel my appointment. I am not sure if they are new employees but it was on September 9th at 11:30 AM. Hopefully corporate can fix this, and I can get in contact with them.

They should stop selling bully sticks. They aren’t really good or safe for dogs. My dog had one and cut her mouth open and was bleeding horribly and had to go to the emergency.

Had to get my cat groomed today. Called 10 places half the voice mails were full. The few people I did speak with could not see my cat until next week. Kaiser's not only did a great job same day but really nice staff and very clean place. I would recommend everyone go there next time you need grooming for your pet. Just the perfect experience all around.

Shopping here at krisers is the best. Eveyone is always so helpful when i shop for food, toys and everything else my fur babies need. Everytime I come here the entire staff has great recommendations for what I am looking for.

Stopped by last week as a first time customer , loved the service Kevin was so helpful helping me select some doggy treats and toys for my little fur baby . They also have grooming services available and keep a very neat and tidy store easy to shop and find everything you need.

Not overwhelming, great staff, and you can always find the healthiest/tastiest cat or dog food and treats. For being a small venue, they have a lot of variety. Love it.

Came by earlier this week for some treats and toys , what a great store and great service I was helped by Kevin and he was very informed about the product and so eager to show me the new toys they had just received, I really recommend shopping here

Halsey groomed Rocky today and he looks the best ever . He is also the most relaxed he has ever been after a grooming . A full 5 stars for her work . We drive from ventura for their great service

Landon who works there has helped me the last few years. He has helped me more than any pet store I have ever gone too! He makes that store grest!! That is why I go there and shop. They have great dog treats... everything great and this store always adds the best quality of everything. Landon makes me and friends feel at home and help us with our dogs... he is amazing ... he really cares! Thank you Landon for your great help and your knowledge!

Everyone at this store is so nice and helpful! Landon is my puppy trainer and is absolutely wonderful. My crazy little vizsla would not be such a gem if it weren’t for Landon’s support! Remi HATES getting his nails and glands done, but he still gets so excited to see his friends at Kriser’s Westlake Village, which tells me they are very good with him! (And they return him smelling great and always clean him up...which is a VERY big plus).

Kriser's is the best Pet Store in Calif and the Westlake Village Location is 5x better than the rest. Landon's our Go-To guy at this location. He cares about everything Kriser's .. all of the people and all of the pets that come into that Store. He was born into a family of pet owners in the Pet Store business, with real knowledge and many answers to questions we often Google on our own. It's a great staff, super-clean, always stocked and should be on everyone's list.

Nice variety, good prices. They have Tiki Dog which is hard to find.
