They completely shaved our beautiful Goldendoodle 9 month old down to the skin because they didn’t want to take the time to groom him. He has little cuts on his tummy. Our own kids are scared to play with him. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before and after photo.

Love this joint for our small dog Mia. She gets a facial and a brush, teeth cleaning, nails ground and she gets a happy kerchief to boot!

ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS:] Just used Janelle’s on-site service for first time and am very impressed. Best cut my dog has had, and he’s always been well groomed. Price is comparable to others. Also everyone was super friendly. I recommend.

Have been bringing our Berner here for years and we are always pleased with their service. Our pup gets so excited when we drop her off!

A little pricey, but great cuts and caring staff

My two German Shepherds are still jumping with joy after their wash. By far the best grooming they have ever had. The state of the art mobile unit was impressive too. They showed up on time and kept me informed via text the whole time up to the moment they pulled up in front of the house. The little touch of the festive 4th of July bandana's they put on them when they were all done was fantastic.

I checked out this establishment due to other places being closed during 2020 Quarantine. The prices were comparable to my usual dog groomer and the staff was so friendly! They took less than an hour to get my dog fully groomed. I was very impressed.

I brought my golden doodle puppy and I was nervous because he’s had one bad cut at another location. Let me say that I had nothing to be worried about! Tony did the most amazing job! Love that he listened closely to my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took time to talk to me about everything before and after! Leo looked adorable, fluffy and of course so clean! He did not “poodle my doodle” which is what I specifically asked for! We’ll be returning only to him for our future grooming. Definitely recommend! ????

The shop is very clean and the groomers obviously love their work and treat the animals well. They use top of the line equipment and products! I am a groomer and know good stuff when I see it. I would trust them with my dog, easily. I wish we had more shops like this where I am from! Visited here on a trip to learn with Jonelle and she is wonderful. I am envious of her shop and work environment. So peaceful!

Maureen is the best! She makes our very shaggy Golden Retriever look like a runway model. We recommend her to all of our friends and family. She does fantastic work with cats as well.

Friendly, professional and always willing to work with you, I've been a loyal client and fan of Its Pawfect for years. My maltipoo always looks great, the staff are all very friendly, and the extra touches of feathers or bandanas are fun! Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible haircut. The owner shaved our beautiful golden doodle into a poodle. We couldn’t include our doodle in our engagement photos it was so bad. Front desk staff was very nice but the owner was so nasty. Left us in tears.

It’s terrible. I had the cutest dog and now he looks absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend. They will make your dog looks like a piece of trash. I’m embarrassed to bring him out in public now. We gave the groomer very specific intructions on how to groom him and a picture but he doesn’t look like himself at all. This place is just overall terrible. Go to another groomer.
