Kam is the best! My doodle Evie loves going to Sydnee’s.

It was my first time taking my dog here and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this place! I used to groom my dog at home because every time I would take him to get Groomed they would refuse service because he gets anxious and gets aggressive. But he was really good here.

I have a large Rottweiler that all other groomers seemed scared of( he’s a big teddy bear ). They took great care of him and he looks great! They will be seeing Solo once a month. Great business!

My dog is VERY anxious. I've feared getting him groomed but they were great with him! We will definitely be getting him groomed frequently now! He smells SO GOOD ???? Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I love this pet groomer! I've been taking my dog here for the last couple months, and have had nothing less than amazing service! My dog tends to become anxious, and starts shaking any time she goes to the groomer, vet....even sometimes during car rides. I've been able to get the same groomer, Nora, for each visit.....which helps Roxy's visit, the more she's getting to know Nora. Nora does an awesome job, and she is absolutely amazing with Roxy!!!! After yesterday's monthly visit, Nora surprised my with pictures from a little Christmas photo shoot she did!!! I definitely recommend Sydnee's (and Nora!l)!!!!!

Our dog, Lulu, came out looking great! Our stylist even cleaned out her crate for the ride home. Awesome work and great customer service. We will be back again.

Kayla did a wonderful job trimming our bunnies' nails. She handled them with care.

Took in my old man German Shepherd in for a bath/brush with in and out service for the first time. Nora was incredibly helpful when scheduling his appointment and also for his bath. She took the time to listen to me list my concerns at drop off and was kind and thorough when going over all of his services at pick up. Not only was this the smoothest drop off/pick up I’ve had, the quality is superb. Our dog has never looked better! Due to his age, his coat has gotten dull and overall shabby. But after the bath, his coat is pristine and vibrant, almost as if he has gotten younger. I am exceptionally happy with this location and will return for all of my dog’s grooming needs.

First time ever getting a dog groomed. I adopted a dog who hadn't been groomed for about 6onths by the time I brought him in. I wanted him VERY short to help with all the debri his coat kept bringing in the house. They did a wonderful job! Asked specific questions and helped him keep his personality. They let me know that he was a good boy and that he had one spot that he had something in his paw. I thought it was prompt and was very happy with the service. Definitely will be coming back again.

I am so thankful for Sydnee’s Pet Grooming in West Sac, and especially for Nora! She did an amazing job making sure my 3 year old chihuahua was happy and relaxed during her stay. She’s naturally anxious and it’s impossible to trim her nails at home after she had a terrible experience at Petco. Nora did incredible and lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders by insuring my baby girl’s comfort and well being. She even sent her home with an adorable bandana with little donuts on it! Thank you and we can’t wait for our next visit!!

First time I went was when they first opened and it was great. My dog looked super cute and did everything I asked for. The second time I asked for them to shave her but leave her face fluffy and they completely shaved her. This time they didnt bother even attempting to cut her and gave her back looking exactly the same because she was scared when they were trimming her face. I called back when I saw she looked exactly the same and they told me I couldn't come back there anymore because I was unhappy with the second cut.

This is our first visit. Everyone one is very helpful. Grooming was excellent.

PLEASE CHOOSE ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PET! My dog was matted and I wanted to make sure she was gonna be taken care of properly. The lady that was gonna cut my dog had the worst attitude from the moment she walked out the back, so that was the first RED FLAG. I questioned her to make sure I would feel comfortable leaving my dog. Especially because I read the recent reviews about a dog being bald, and then others saying their dogs paws were BLEEDING. But my appointment was already made. She tells me there’s possibilities that my dog could bleed afterwards because of the mats. Also my brother normally grooms her but moved out of state and she’s NEVER BLED OR HAD CUTS. She’s been here before, almost 1 1/2 ago when she got matted from getting out of the backyard and was way worst but someone else cut her. Then she says it’ll be an “excessive charge to cut her” I said how much she said “ just excessive” NO. I made the decision to NOT LET THEM TAKE HER. I’m so glad I did, I found someone who took their time, no cuts or bleeding like this place told me she was gonna have. I paid $65 SOMEWHERE ELSE, that had 5 stars. My dog loved her! it included teeth brushing, a very good service and a doggy goody bag after the service with her toothbrush doggy treats and a keychain was included and cutting all her mats. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Such a beautiful cut for my shih tzu even though ik she was difficult to work with. awesome job highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Syndee's! My little chihuahua/dachshund mix did great! He is rather anxious and I'd say even agoraphobia, but he wasn't even whining when they brought him out in his cute little bandana. He smells great and is SO soft! They gave him a bath, ground his nails, and brushed his teeth. Took about 1.5 hours and totally worth the $40. The staff were great and scheduling was easy peasy! I highly recommend!

Terrible. My dog came out bald. Terrible customer service. Unreasonable prices.

Ollie's first groom was a success! He looks great, and is soooo soft. They had to take him pretty short, especially for a labradoodle, but it is perfect for our warm weather. They also took care of the matting under and around his muzzle. I've been nervous to bring my pup to a groomer, having had bad experiences in the past, but I'm so glad I brought him to Sydnee's. Beautiful job, thanks guys! And thanks for treating him well! See you in a couple of months for Ollie's next groom.

This was my first time visiting and they did exceeded my expectations! I had previously attempted to get my puppy a haircut somewhere else and it didn’t go great. Kayla at Sydnees was very patient and kind with my pup. And he looks amazing!

Nora is the best with out pup!

They made my mutt a whole new dog! He could have been in the Westminster dog show! This was his first grooming experience and they handled his jitters with expertise and grace. Bonus points for the little bandana! Pictures are a before and after!
