Smaller store compared to others I've been to but they do have a better selection of live pets.

Now the nail clipping is no more, now they only buff the nails and they charge for shampoo on top of the price of the dog bath. $2 for a squirt of shampoo? Seems like that should be included with the price already.

Very friendly and the young man that assisted me has the same type of breed of dog's like mine. Very educational on what products to buy for my pitbull skin and ear issues.

I've been coming here since the first day they opened. Always has the products I need & the Petco price check was in handy for me to get a discount. I only hope that they will one day have more specific handouts on how to take care of pets, but maybe YouTube & Google are the ones that give that help. Overall, it's still the same little Petco store in West Sacramento.

I found everything that I need but customer service needs a little bit more working on I had to ask them to help me after they looked at me 3 or 4 times before coming to help me.

Petco stores are always clean, sparkling floors, well displayed treats and goodies, with assistance if you need it. It's enjoyable when I have a little extra time to roam around and see the adorable pets you sell.

Smaller than other Petco's but takes care of their animals much better than a lot of the other Petco's I have been to.

Standard. Got your dead fish in unreasonably tiny containers that look like tupperware, lots of lonely critters in spaces way too small for them. Animal hell. Don't support this. If you need dog food, get it from a department store or a pet store without live animals trapped inside

Liv is the best groomer I have ever had! Not only did she do a great job, but she told me a bunch of details that clearly showed how attentive and caring she was with my dog. She even told me about any lumps she found (which luckily I already knew about, so nothing to worry about). Just above and beyond!
