(Edit) Looks like they have added more staff or better staff and seem more attentive. Seems like a terrible place to leave your dog. I walk by the front window to work and there never seems to be any supervision. Have watched dogs harrass, corner, and nip at other dogs with zero intervention from any staff. Very unsafe environment. I'd think twice before bringing your dog here, they really deserve better, there's countless other daycare facilities.

My pup loves Citydog Club! I am a new member to the WeHo location and I have been thoroughly impressed. I have tried other daycares in the area but Citydog has WAY better hours, has a full groomer and amazing staff. I was pleasantly surprised that when I came in for our first meet and greet that I was taken on a tour of the complete daycare. Very clean daycare, from the boarding rooms, to the play pens, to the grooming area. Normally all I ever get to see is the reception area at other daycares but Citydog was fully transparent with their daycare and it made me feel at ease knowing they felt comfortable showing me around the entire space. The staff has been so friendly to my pup on his first two daycare stays and he always looks so happy when I pick him up. I can tell he always has a great time. I love being able to spy on him a bit from the cameras too :-) Thank you all again for taking such good care of my little guy while I’m away!

We've used both the daycare and boarding services for our 4 year-old Golden retriever and have always been very pleased. The dogs are separated by size in two or more play pens. The staff is friendly and take great care of the dogs. There's also a camera system that enables you to see what's happening in the play pens, and most of the times that I've logged in there was someone from the staff either taking care of the dogs or cleaning. Whenever we walk towards Citydog! on Santa Monica our dog starts getting excited, so there's no better way to tell that she enjoys staying there. Definitely recommend!

A GREAT place to bring your pup for a few hours, a day or overnight. They pamper your pup walks, naps and meals. Also expert grooming!

I have enjoyed bringing my dog here for daycare and boarding. She normally does not want to leave me, but gets so excited once we go through the door! Everyone who I have interacted is very friendly, and they go above and beyond, including giving my dog a "second lunch" if she did not eat earlier. I am glad to have this space when I am at work for my pup!

My 8-month-old puppy was very shy and very afraid of other dogs, however, in the friendly environment of City Dog Club she opened up right from the get-go. From the very first day, I could see her running around with other dogs, being curious, socializing. The live cam was helpful, I could see her being her usual self. In another dog daycare place, she was just laying in the corner on the floor all day, City Dog Club environment and stuff helped her to completely shift. I am very happy to bring her back for another day of fun and play. My puppy loves humans and open windows let her see passers by, open windows provide sunshine for her to suntan, she loves that, and there are comfy support beds to sit or lie around on. All around just sparkly clean facility with everything the best for the dog care. Highly recommended.

We've been taking our dog here for grooming for months. For more than 75% of our several appointments, they cancel day-of with no explanation or offer to reschedule. They have been continuously unreliable and it makes me worry about what happens to the pets under their watch behind-the-scenes.

I had a bad experience with daycare. Our 6lbs puppy checked in to the playpen and was constantly getting barked and chased after by about 30 other dogs within a minute of boarding. Our puppy was *screaming in fear* and hide under one of the platform beds, refusing to come out. Luckily, the playpen had transparent glass walls so I was able to observe and inform the staff immediately. There was no one in the playpen to monitor. Some of these dogs are large, 30-40 lbs, even though they claimed that dogs are separated by sizes. The staff spent more than a minute trying to get our pup out of the platform bed as other dogs are constantly piling over. We ended up withdrawing from the daycare with our pup *limping* on his right foot. It was surprising that the staff recommended sending our pup to the playpen instead of the individual suites because it was "better" but turned out to be a traumatic experience for our pup and us. This place is unprofessional and understaffed for daycare. I will avoid Citydogs Club entirely.

TERRIBLE customer service. Not only do they not call you when your dog is done being groomed, they don't pick up when you call the store...and this happened on multiple occasions. Prices ARE WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for this kind of customer service and for my dog to be sitting unattended in a crate without them notifying me. They do a decent job grooming which is the only thing saving this place from a 1 star review...there's too many grooming places in the city for me to come back to this one for this treatment and price

Even though we were not able to use this place for our little furry friend, we saw this place had great services and great employees. We were from out of town and decided to have our baby at their place. We couldn't due to one of 7 different vaccines that had expired 2 weeks ago. This tells me that those who come here for pet sitting are in excellent hands. They follow their protocols to a "T". Can we as pet lovers argue this? Never. Thanks for being helpful and kind. We will try to use your services soon. Can't wait.

Love this place! I used to take my dog to the Culver City location for daycare but moved away. I tried several other daycares in my new neighborhood and none have met the high standard that Citydog! Club set. I especially love the webcam so I can see what my dog is up to with her new friends. I've been recommending it to everyone I can.

Tried to give them a second chance but couldn’t get past the horrible attitudes of the staff, they were all over the place and gave bad customer service. Not to mention they did a horrible job grooming not once but TWICE! Came back during my work shift and they told me to take my time my dog would be playing with the other dogs in the play area. Called twice to check in received no answer and when i arrived found out that not only did they lie and had him chained up in a cage the entire time, they also tried to charge me again after telling me to come back so that they can re do the horrible grooming job they did the first time. Met with horrible attitudes and staff who don’t even know anything about dogs or what they were talking about. If you’re an actual dog owner who cares for your dog I’d avoid getting groomed here, maybe go to the daycare can’t really speak for that. Waste of time more so than money.

My experience with Citydog! was very positive. The staff are very friendly and they do give a lot of care for the dogs. I walk by multiple times a day and there always seems to be a staff member just playing with the dogs. My dog recently stayed for boarding and they took great care of her. I also had her groomed on the way out and she looked great. I'm very critical of those who take care of my dog and I feel very comfortable leaving her in their care. I'll be returning for future vacations/out-of-town trips.

We love City Dog! Our very active puppies need to unload lots of energy throughout the day. They are absolutely delighted every time we take them to play and socialize at City Dog. The facilities are clean, there are lots of spots for the pups to play and rest on, and the staff is fantastic! We summer in Los Angeles from the mountains of Colorado, so it’s so nice to be able to rely on a great daycare and exercise for the doggies while we are in the city. We highly recommend!

My dog Poppy loves daycare here and grooming! The staff is super professional and I trust my baby in their hands! I asked about boarding and they were so great to show me a tour of what options they had. It made me feel more at ease for when that time comes! Thanks City Dogs Weho!

I'm a first time dog owner, and I had more anxiety over how she'd react then my dog did, especially other dogs. They made the experience so much easier, and showed a genuine concern for the dogs welfare. Thank u for giving me the hope I needed. I was considering giving up. Can't thank them enough.

I was in complete awe at the level of friendliness and professionalism shown by every single employee from the West Hollywood CityDog. The meet and greet went fantastic, the handler introduced the other dogs to my very shy dog slowly and one by one and he went great lengths to get my little guy to interact with them and walk around the play area. Usually, he stays in one place at home and doesn't go anywhere, so I was happy to see him exploring the playground and coming a little bit more out of his shell. He is an extremely shy dog with escaping tendencies, but CityDog provides a completely safe, controlled play environment so it's exactly what I was looking for.

My dog Lucky is older 17yrs & he lost the love of his life this past year and they both loved Citydog! Now he comes by himself but he enjoys his friends and the staff have always been mindful of our loss. It doesn't matter if it's a play day or an overnight stay it's a tail wagging time for him. I watch him through the window and he's clearly happy.

I'm retired now, but when I did work for a VERY important University administrator, he gave me this advice when I became a supervisor: Never evaluate an employee as a 10 out of 10. Nobody will believe you. They will just figure the person is a friend, whatever. So always include an 8 and a 9 no matter how good they are. Keeping that in mind, I still graded CityDog Club WeHo as a 5 out of 5 because I can't think of a single reason that I could justify/explain a 4. We live nearby and my dog gets excited to think he's going in when we go shopping/walking on the street and can look in the windows. He is not at all hesitant to go into their door---arriving is always a suprise for him because I don't know how to tell him in advance he's going. In the beginning I was afraid he wouldn't "talk" to me at the end of a visit because of my dropping him there. Not at all. He is happy to see me, but always gives Fiona a backward glance so she knows he really likes her too. Having this available as an option instead of feeling bad if I have to leave my (only) dog alone for a long part of the day is great. Also, the overnight is reasonable enough that I enjoy using it if we go out to dinner or a movie and know I don't have to rush back to rescue him. Sleeping late (I usually walk him at 6 am, but they do that before I pick him up) is also a treat for me.

[I posted the same review on Yelp] This review is for grooming. I have not used daycare services at Citydog. Jessie is an amazing groomer. She has groomed my dog Odie twice now and he looks amazing. He just got his summer shave and looks very dapper. Jesse is great at cutting his hair and makes everything look really smooth. Odie is happy after coming back from grooming so I know they treat him well.

Outrageous! Quoted $72 for grooming a 3 pound teacup Pomeranian! That's just for basic grooming, not a speciality cut! Highest price I've been quoted in over 7 years!!!

So happy this new location opened in the neighborhood! They took such good care of my girl and gave us a report card at the end with a photo of her and her new friend. I also love the webcam feature!
