Visit was excellent. I didn't feel the needle for the shots at all (Sheshe didn't complain either). Always a pleasure visiting your office3.

It is clear that the staff absolutely LOVES their job. They are so wonderful with my two dogs. I couldn’t be happier! They always call a couple days afterwards to check on our fur-babies. We have the “paw plans” and they are completely worth it!

Very helpful, professional and patient staff. Followed Covid precautions and were very understanding of my urgent situation with my cat.

My lab had her teeth cleaned and a tooth pulled the other day by Dr. Gerards. This is the best vetenary hospital that I have been to in my life. They care they’re compassionate and they stay in touch with you. My dog wags her tail when she goes in she doesn’t act afraid everyone gives her hugs and kisses and lots of love and I feel that she’s really well cared for they check everything. I love this vet I recommend Dr Gerard’s to anybody with a pet

West Hills Animal Hospital took my older dog as an emergency when 7 other vet practices could not. They went above and beyond and performed tests, diagnosis and consequent splenectomy, by Dr. Lawson, within hours. They saved her life. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

If you want a vet who cares about research and keeps up on evidence-based practices, I highly recommend Dr. Gerards. She gave us all of the information we needed to make the best treatment decisions for our two new puppies. Everyone in the office was friendly, patient, and took time to explain procedures and alternatives. I also really appreciate their wellness package which allows you to pay a fixed monthly fee which covers the normal wellness costs and saves money in the long run.

They handled our new big dog "Bear" with consideration. He was a hand-full and they did it well.

They spent so much time with myself and our 2 dogs. The whole staff is fantastic. Highest recommendation!!

My poor guy Hercules was screaming in pain for a better half of the night and all the emergency vets were at full capacity. I just so happened to leave a message with them and received a call within the hour of them opening for me to go in so they could see him. Turns out he has a pretty bad injury and they were so sweet to him and understanding of my situation. I really do appreciate the compassion that was shown by all the staff and doctors who spoke to me. I was even given resources and encouraged to let them know how he’s doing. It was such a stressful day and the journey to recovery is on its way to getting started. I would recommend them any day.

My wife and I have been taking our fur babies to WHAH for a bit over 10 years, the staff and Veterinarians are always genuinely very friendly, loving, and always provide excellent service.

I can't give enough thanks to Dr. Gerards, Michelle the technician, Liz (receptionist) & entire team for taking such care of my ginger fur baby Penny. Not only did you fit me in when Penny was sick, but also kept me updated of her progress at every step of the way and advised me how to best care for her post hospitalization. Yesterday Penny got sick again and within 30 minutes Michelle the technician called me with medication and instructions. I would be lost without the amazing Dr. Gerards, Dr. Lawson and the entire team. Thank you for all you do daily to care for our fur babies. I know you are overwhelmed with emergencies daily yet you always find a way to save our pets!

I love this place. Always friendly and truly interested in how my dog is doing. The care here is perfect, they never let me down, the doctors are awesome! They are so knowledgeable and they truly love animals. I’ve been coming here for at least nine years with all my dogs and I won’t go anywhere else even if I move away from Woodland Hills. Their pandemic protocols have been such a smooth transition during this horrible time. They made it easy for check-in or pick-up of food, meds, and picking up my dog after his appointment - it’s been flawless even since things have been so crazy and mixed up Thank you WHAH for everything. You really are the best!

The staff here are amazing. Friendly, kind, smart, funny and animal loving. Probably the best clinic in the valley. If you take your pet here you can rest assured their health will taken seriously.

I am very happy with the care my mini panthers get at West Hills Animal Hospital! They remind me of when it’s time to bring them in for their check ups and only treat or prescribe for what they need at the time. They have a wellness program that covers at lot of treatments to keep your pets happy and healthy and that means a lot to me. The staff his also very professional and compassionate! They don’t just treat you like another number but like family and they show your pet such kindness and care as if they were their own!

I decided to try West Hills Animal Hospital after being tired of less than good feedback from the veterinarian I had been using over the past four years. All of the staff here have been excellent. Everyone has been friendly, compassionate and helpful. Dr Lawson introduced herself and spent time explaining her recommendations and options. Both she and the front office staff made follow-up phone calls to check on progress. Pricing is fair, but being a medical provider, still moderate to expensive. On the positive side they offer a few plans which while not health insurance, can make routine visits less costly.

Kimberly was exceptional! Multitasker, compassionate, professional, everything one could possibly want. Dr. Jose Torres went above and beyond my expectations. He took an amazing amount of time to explain in detail our kitty's condition. I wish I had discovered him sooner. I will tell all of my friends of our experience with the staff.
