She runs a foster program that is not in the best interest of her dogs - only what is convenient for the bottom line.. Out of sight out of mind.

I called three days ago to ask for a prescription for my dog who has heart problems and has been breathing fast. After I asked them to put an URGENCY for us to pick up the medication, at first they said that we could pick it up the following day, then at 4.30 pm of the following day, they said that we could only pick it up from them, because it takes longer for the doctor to write a prescription, and today, after 3 days, the doctor STILL hasn't written the prescription!!!! They tell you one thing and do another, and they obviously don't care about your pet AT ALL!!! The WORST place ever... I will NEVER go back to this place! BEWARE. REPLY: The request to pick up the medication changed ONLY ONCE since I was coming back today, and it shouldn't matter where the prescription is sent, once it's written. At first, I was told that we could get the medicine the following day, then within 72 hours (which is 3 days, so we should have actually had it today!) I spoke with four different people in three days....(short staffed, really?) and the person I spoke with today told me that it actually takes 4 or 5 days for the vet to write a prescription, so... which is it?!? ... It looks like the front staff is simply unreliable, deceiving, and on top of everything, they try to blame you for their inconsistency. Unbelievable! UPDATE: The vet clinic is closed until NEXT TUESDAY and THEY DIDN'T SEND ANY PRESCRIPTION to the pharmacy like I had asked since Tuesday January 4th!! That's FOUR DAYS AGO.... Now Spanky will have to wait for A WHOLE WEEK before getting his medication! The only kind person I spoke with there is Jordan. This is my experience. I really hope that it will help somebody else out there.

They were great they were able to se my dog same day and they treated him so good .. he can be a handful and Samantha was able to keep him calm. She and Dr. Alison Hoffman made him feel comfortable and they answered all my questions walked out feeling better.

Super inefficient, appointments are only ever available weeks out and when I called to make an appointment weeks in advance they said they would be closed the whole week so they can’t help me. I’d also like to add I had an emergency situation where my pup needed an x-ray and the response was “we can schedule her in 2 weeks”. Wow, just goes to show how inept the clinic is

Dr. Hoffman and staff are wonderful, respectful, extremely patient and helpful! Doc was very honest with us and took time to answer all my many questions and talk through risk vs. reward for treatment for our Senior baby. I didn’t feel rushed, even though I know she was very busy. I feel very confident our girl got the absolute best care today and will in the future. Highly recommend Leave No Paws Behind!

This facility is getting a 1 star because they have attitude problem when you confront them of a mistake they made They aren't trained well enough They don't know how to make the customer or patient feel at ease They don't give examples or explain very well so your in the dark They just WANT YOUR MONEY ???????????????????????????????????????? Be aware of they charge as they might not tell you and you think your paying one thing but in reality your probably paying for more services you do t even know about They like to ban people because based they as the employees and company feels like they can Very rude, non professional, liars, and most of all inconsiderate IM SERIOUS ABOUT THIS FACILITY Ask alot of questions and make sure they communicate very well the the services and fees you are about to pay because if you dont then you can over pay with out knowing

The service attitude is very poor and the price is ridiculously high. When I refused such a high offer, my dog ​​was impounded by not letting me go. I claimed that I had to call the police before returning the dog to me. It was terrible

Our dogs absolutely love them here. They get zoomies the minute we pull up. Prices are reasonable and they really care. We’ve been to many vets and I’m sad to leave the area because the pups will miss the great staff here.

They helped my pup the best they could and helped to make sure it did not break the bank. Sadly my fur baby passed away but they were there to assist with cremation at a very responsible rate.

Caring and helpful staff. Always will to answer any and all questions. Very professional.
