Great at keeping your kitties calm. Very informative and helpful

We have been going here for years, and have had many interactions with different staff and doctors. Every time, it has been a fantastic experience. They’ve helped take care of injuries, end of life, checkups, and boarding for us. Great people.

We scheduled an appointment with the vet to adress some concerns we had about our cat’s health, and while waiting for our appointment date to come, our cat had a seizure. We called and explained the situation, and they were able to move our appointment up to the next day. When we got there, they were able to tell us what was wrong very quickly, and explained it to us thuroughly. The treatment he’s recieving is helping already, and didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. We’re so glad Civic Feline is our cat’s vet, they take wonderful care of him.

This is the second year we have taken our young cats to Civic Feline, and we plan to continue to use their services. Excellent caring vet, friendly and welcoming staff, no wait time, very good facilities.

I had a very nice experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The doctor was professional and very sweet. She is very knowledgeable and personable , as well. It’s a very inviting place. My cat Chloe was happy too! A bit expensive,, but A+ customer service!! When it comes to my fur baby, I will do what I have to, to keep her healthy! We’ll be back!! Best cat clinic in the area!!

We received info we needed to care for our cat Jack, and vet laid out a plan including potential outcomes that helped us help Jack. Having that kind of support goes a long way in helping worried pet owners like us feel like we are doing everything to make Jack comfortable.

I called last minute for an appointment for my kitten and they were so accommodating and worked with my to try and find a time that worked for me. Everyone was so helpful and sweet and treated my kitten with such care. Will definitely be making this my primary vet!!

Very impressed in our first visit to Civic Feline Hospital. Friendly, casual (non-corporate) setting with Responsive doctor and staff. We had our primary questions answered and look forward to returning for followup plus with other cats for second opinions

My first vist with this clinic was unfortunately a sad one. My beloved kitty Pops didn't make it to his appointment and passed away at home in middle of the night. I was able to bring him in and they took care of the arrangements for me. I will always be grateful to them for their compassion and how sweet they were to me during one of the hardest times in my life. I will always use this clinic for my other kitties. They really care❤

This place is so kind and helpful. They love your animals as much as we do. They worked me a long time and I appreciate all they did for me and my cat.

Brought my cat who doesn't like the vet or car rides in. Easy exam and was out with her new vaccinations without her getting mad at me. Will be bringer her back in to get her fixed. The Dr and the assistant were both very friendly

Love all the people who work here, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Our veterinarian was very patient with our kitties who were scared and squirmy. Not the most easy building to find. We got a little lost trying to find it the past two times, but the service/care makes it worth it. Definitely recommend if you need to find a new vet for your kitties.

We love the staff at Civic Feline Clinic from making an appointment (very courteous and accommodating), prompt, informative, courteous, etc., etc. We have great faith in their handling of Thai Lin, our Balinese cat.

I’ve been taking my cats to Feline Clinic for over 5 years now and they’re wonderful. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes me feel better that they are cat only too. No dogs around when I take my babies.

Dr Brisban is really awesome. Very Thorough exam and explained all vaccines etc with detail and in easy to understand language. He took his time and showed care and interest in my cats. Did not feel I was being sold uneccesary treatments or policies either. The rest of the team ( front desk, vet assistants) are all great too - super friendly and great service I’d really recommend and trust him with my cat care

Although they were very busy the day I called, the practice was able to get me an appointment when a cancelation came up. We were seen within 5 minutes of arrival and my kitty was given a thorough exam and appropriate treatment. Everyone was professional and caring.

The doctors and staff at Civic Feline Clinic are terrific. My semi feral cat needed dental work and to be boarded during our move. Sarah our vet tech did an amazing job caring for him along with Dr. Roach and Dr. Smith who examined and did the extractions. I am thankful for their professionalism and how they took care of him. He’s a happy guy in the new house and it helped so much with this transition.

Moved our cats from another state to Concord. One of the Cats did not get along with Doctor Visits. A whole New Experience for us and the Cats. Best care in all the years as a pet owner. 5 stars to all the Staff.

We boarded our three kitties for 11 days. They received excellent care. We are pleased with the Civic Feline Clinic. It is very nice to have a clinic dedicated only to kitties.

My wife and I went in to get our cat examined for a health certificate needed for travel to the EU. It is a cumbersome process; however, the vet and office manager were very professional and helped in every possible way. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

These people are really really good at what they do. They also were generally concern with the well-being of their furry clients and they're less furry clients highly recommended no need to go anywhere else

Was so easy to book an appointment on their website. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We saw Dr. Brisbin and was worried about our cats behavior, but she let him, without a peep examine her. Obviously he and his assistant have that magic touch. So glad we found this Clinic.

All the doctors and staff are friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.
