Dr Jenny and Dr Lisa are wonderful. They are excellent vets with excellent skills. The staff is friendly and cares about your pet. They have helped two of our pets recover from serious illnesses. Our young cat got mouth cancer and Dr Jenny was informative, caring and shared her own experience to help us though this tragedy. We received a card in the mail signed by the staff that took care of Luna. It was unexpected and so appreciated. They also have been great for our pets for routine care. The prices are what you expect from a vet clinic with educated and experienced vets. I recommend getting pet insurance is case your pet gets an illness. Routine care is affordable, but non-routine care at any vet can get pricey fast.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I wish I looked at the reviews before I brought my cat here. If I had, I never would have used them as the same thing happened to me that happened to others. The vet, Jenny Schiebert, was very brief with me, and spent no more than a couple of minutes with me. I tried to have her answer questions, but her foot was out the door. The staff, Candace, was very rude to me with her tone and her "assistance." I was having a teeth cleaning done, with extractions. I was told the teeth would cost $40-65 per tooth removed. I got charged $135 for one tooth that was removed alone. Kandace accused me of lying thah a staff told me this. When I asked her "where did I get these numbers from," she was like "I don't know." I was told my "total for the day" was $1, 030.67, which, as the the words "total for the day" mean, I assumed that was including the $199 I paid earlier that day. I found out later that that price was not including the $199. I was told to get a biopsy done on a scab on his neck that he had for a while, since the vet had no idea what it was caused by. Not a clue even. I was told to get the biopsy done while he was having anesthesia for the teeth. Well, I was charged for anesthesia anyways to have this done. They charged me a laser fee to remove the scab, which was ONLY on the surface, that the vet tech said could probably be removed without the laser due to it being on the surface. They also gave me the cat back with stitches on his neck, and no protection to keep him from licking it. The offices did not have sinks to them like other vet offices I've been to, which I found strange and not so cleanly. From what I could tell, this place is decently priced for routine maintenance, like a wellness package for $199 or a teeth cleaning for $199. But if anything is going on with your pet, not so much. So, in short, what I found was a lot of miscommunication, rude staff, a vet that doesn't take time for her patients, and a false disclosure of pricing. I asked people in my town who they would recommend for a vet, now I know why no one recommended them.

There is no better place to board your dog or cat. The vet staff here are attentive to your instructions and of the highest quality. They have stickers up coyote bites and managed complex medical conditions. The group play for the dogs is something my dog looks forward too!

Absolutely LOVED this place! They took amazing care of my three Frenchies, and even gave special treatment to my pregnant dog. They made sure to monitor her and check her vitals regularly to ensure she wasn’t going into labor. Angelica, the boarding supervisor was great!

Decent medical service, but the general service wasn’t the best: poor guidance or lack of guidance on after appointment home care, not the best bedside manners, and long wait times (usually waited 45+ minutes to see the vet for 5 minutes at scheduled appointments).

Horrible dropped my 12 week old weimaraner puppy off for his second round of vaccinations after 3 1/2 hours and a bunch of phone calls I was told I picked up my puppy. Yes, Really, they put him on a cage in the back and forgot about him. I believe they thought I dropped off a lawnmower not a living small scared puppy. Stay away is my review...

My family and my beloved dog were treated with so much respect and compassion when we had to put our dog down. They made sure I knew everything that was going on and what the whole process would be. They allowed me and my kids in the room to say a final goodbye before the procedure. I am grateful to have found them. Thank you.

We sadly had to euthanize our kitty here but the staff was kind, thoughtful and caring. They arranged for cremation and when we returned to pick up the urn, they patiently listened to our stories and viewed our pictures.

My husband and I moved from out of state and needed a vet for our 6 month old puppy. We took him here as it was the nearest vet to us. What a mistake, charged me almost $100 for nothing. Didn’t even diagnose the real problem, we had to go to another vet for that. They also tried charging me $100 for preventative medication that I got from the other vet for $19. Besides the vet being incompetent and a scammer the rest of the staff was rude, demanding, and hostile.

Got there early, tel line always busy, finally tell someone who came out for someone else to get someone out, never shows up, called again, luckily end up getting someone on the phone, person not having correct info, a bit of confusion, got it strained out. After that, someone came out, took our dog in, got his three vac shots, paid and off, we went home. Does not have to be this way.

Don't bother with this place. It took them over 3 hours to change our dogs bandage!! I kept calling and asking what was taking so long and I kept getting the run around. I had to demand my dog back 3 times before they finally brought him out. They are the ones who did his surgery and each follow up we were told he was doing great, wrong!!! I took him to another vet and was shocked at how bad his paw really looked. It was not healing at all and was infected. One week later with the new vet and he is healed and bandage is off. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service. They didn't care about me or my dog.

Been taking my cats here for years for both boarding and veterinary care. The nurses and veterinarians are kind caring and professional. They take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment of your pet. The "hotel" is wonderful and reasonable as well. I love knowing my cat will be well taken care of during her stays. She is a nervous cat and they do all they can to make her feel comfortable.

They do good work but during Covid, their communication has not been great when you book an appointment they tell you nothing of what is expected, unless you get put on hold. I expect to know before I arrive that we have to wait outside in the heat for an hour and are not allowed in even with a mask.

I have a very nervous and neurotic dog that hates being handled. The doctors and nurses and assistants at Shadowridge are always so good with him and he manages to get through it without too much trauma. They listen and are concerned about your pet. I am very particular about who takes care of my fur baby, very! I can honestly recommend Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital without hesitation.

My 9 year old pup stayed there over Thanksgiving week, 2020. During his stay he got a complimentary wash, regular walks, and was in great shape when I picked him up. The staff I met were responsive and caring. Price was pretty reasonable too. They've earned a new customer!
